  1. Very interesting and relevant Greg. Thanks for the info. I also find it strangely peculiar (perhaps exhaustion from other research?) that none of them even attempts to look deeper into the tragic death of JFK Jr. John Hankey is one of the very few who have looked into that event (which is actually very good save for a couple of points, far more accurate than his JFK Sr work) by relying primarily on public records and eyewitness testimony to make his case.
  2. Do we know the chain of custory concerning Lee's handgun that he brandished at the Theatre? This thought hit me today and unfortunately I have not read as many accurate books as I'd like to regarding the subject. I wonder if the malfunctioning firing pin was a coincidence or not.
  3. Well was Odio ever shown images of many of the prominent Anti-Castro Cubans regarding Angelo & Leopoldo? I mean surely she or her sister could have identified the men who brought Oswald with them closer to the time period that the incidents (Odio's and the Assassination itself) occurred...
  4. This is very fascinating.....I look at these images and simply wonder about the 'dark complected man/negro ' but that would be referring to the TSBD. Anyone ever do a good analysis on who that man may have been in the TSBD? How did Izquierdo's plane crash? Please and thanks.
  5. I don't understand why anyone would be quick to use the "xray photos" and autopsy records which extremely questionable at the very least. If there was a coverup of the shot pattern and activity in Dallas I can't understand why anyone would believe that the (as Lifton nicely calls it) "diagram of the shooting" would just be casually and conveniently shown to the public...
  6. Thanks for the info. I think its also good to remember for any historian that many of the prominent (and even less prominent) players in IranGate were certainly players in the JFK assassination scene. I tend to think of it as "work with who you've used or trusted for years" logic. I do not believe that it is a coincidence.
  7. My original response was only to two narrow points from John's article. Where does Ferrie himself allege any relationship with del Valle? I think sometimes there's a tendency to pile-on Ferrie, to believe any accusation without any attempt to verify the source. Ferrie was an interesting guy with some interesting real connections, but we should be careful about weaker ones. Its certainly weak with no "stone ground proof" (then again....this is the JFK murder, nothing is as concrete as it should be here and there) but just based on just one source. I actually mean to put that quote as from Stone's film but I am not aware of Ferrie actually saying that to even Garrison as the film depicts. Ultimately its not something I'd say for sure was a certainty but worth looking into (as you seem to have already). It wouldn't surprise me one bit if it were ever revealed as a fact however.
  8. I have those 2 in my personal collection of data but thanks anyway Stephen. If de Brueys was Oswald's handler I would highly doubt he'd personally ever admit to such given the circumstances, etc.
  9. Not sure what is going on but seems like I double posted. Please delete when possible mods, please and thanks.
  10. When Ferrie mentions that Del Valle was his "CIA Paymaster"......do we just ignore or count such claims as irrelevant especially given the context and nature of not only Del Valle's death but also Ferrie and a myriad of other LA-based witnesses?
  11. I had no idea he passed recently (reading DiEugenio's great book and am in a chapter where he is introduced at length for the first time).....boy....what he and Regis Kennedy knew and I can only imagine that this obituary is simply rife with "official" historical events and not what is being told at the very least by DiEugenio, etc Also, apologies to any mods if this should've been posted in another thread, etc., feel free to move/edit/delete if necessary.). I'm also not sure why this topic has been seemingly posted by me 4 or so times lol. I am using an iPhone at the moment so maybe that has something to do with it. 12. Does anyone have any further information on this friend of Lee Bowers? I came across the following video last night and found it fascinating as well as tragic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcXJJsZs7LE Just thinking loosely on the video afterwards, I wondered if Bowers was, in essence, "witholding words" during his Mark Lane because of what happened to the poor guy right after the assassination? I did a search on the education forum of Rischel and the search came up with nothing. I figured I'd ask futher about this guy and any corroborating evidence as well. If true, no wonder Bowers would have to have been murdered in theory.....I mean seeing the gunmen actually fire shots, even going so far as to say that one of them were on top(?) of a car firing? Extremely interesting....
  13. Too bad Odio wasn't a visual artist/illustrator with a photographic memory lol. Figuring out those 2 would be a great opened door to this ancient case....
  14. I think a possible interpretation could be that Johnson, being more right winger than liberal essentially, was ultimately "handed" JFKs civil rights plans which could certainly cause Johnson to be viewed as left leaning.
  15. Isn't this exactly what most of the Dallas witnesses and doctors saw and testified to?
  16. Quick couple of questions: Has there ever been any further research on the man who allegedly filmed the "sacrilegious" footage and perhaps more importantly, the officer who confiscated his property? Has any research ever turned up this event or the characters involved? I mean it's amazing what new events surrounding this murder are still turning up after 50 years. You simply never know what you'll read about concerning it tomorrow.
  17. The most interesting aspect of the medical evidence perspective is that people actually doubt/ed the trained surgeous at Parkland, some of the 1st mass of medically trained witnesses...Naturally I wouldn't.
  18. Pardon me guys but which book is this? Nevermind, found it: "Absolute Proof". Where in the world could one possibly purchase it?
  19. Hey Vince, care to elaborate on "certain matters" or direct me to a source where I could read? Please and thanks.
  20. That is a rather off statement but I could never imagine any mainstream studio wanting to take such a well researched documentary on such a high profile case. In fact there is nothing like this very complex conspiracy on TV or even a theater. It puts all works of fiction to shame.
  21. O'Sullivan does it again. I am very much looking forward to seeing this.
