Any test will never match the conditions perfectly. My question would be is it a reasonable facsimile? Yes, no doubt Pat-Yardley is a conspiracy promoter despite the fact that he can make the shots "over and over." Now, LHO was not as good a shot as Yardley. But he was (according to his actual MC records rather than anecdotal reports) a "competent" marksman.

Certainly they could have taken the children if they wanted to. I think David has the answer-the dental appointment. Now, that will not satisfy everyone, but what can you do?

Were they asked? I don't know. For her part, Marina wasn't about to do anything like that unless someone took her. She had no money and no transportation. As far as Ruth not going, everyone in the city of Dallas was not there. And as has been pointed out, the children probably entered into it.

There is an app you can install-that is what I use. I currently have about 80 or 85 JFK books (have sold many) and about 50 of them are on Kindle. I will admit that there are times that I prefer the physical book but the Kindle is cost effective and doesn't take up any space in my house. I had the physical version of With Malice when it first came out and sold it (out of greed) when the price went to $60 since I doubled my money. I now have the Kindle version.

You're welcome David. BTW, you can sign up for email alerts somewhere on the site and get a notification of new posts which is how I found out. The passage you quoted pretty much sums up why he likely will not. For most people, the sheer amount of time you have to devote to fighting a losing battle against 10 people at once is not worth it. I've always been amazed at what you have been able to do here. Perhaps having an extensive website (as you do) to quote from helps make it easier.

The Kindle version is $3 right now. Not sure if that is a sale or what. IMHO-I think everyone should have it. Some don't like the Kindle version but the advantage is you can search.

The first "idea" was for me to provide a link to Fred's article that proves there was a series of memos from Oser since that was questioned. The second "idea" is to provide evidence that argues against the notion that LHO was at a training camp because I know of no proof that he was. Tanenbaum allegedly saw a film but the film does not exist. Tanenbaum also talked about a testimony of Phillips that does not exist. Bringuier thought LHO knew about the camps but never said that he was there. That is the evidence as I see it.

Exactly. Also, we have two versions of the story now. Stone tells Schnaph that the Paines threatened to sue which implies communication with them. But he tells DiEugenio that they wouldn't talk to him and says nothing about a lawsuit.
