Hillary's fainting spell did look real and worrisome to me. But, it's been 4 years and she looks okay from a mental and physical health standpoint.

Trump's face at times looks is so unhealthily puffed up you'd swear he was ready for a stroke.

Starkly visible circles and puffing underneath his always bloodshot eyes.

Wonder if DT still eats MacDonald's fish sandwiches, fries and apple pies with diet soda.

He is the senior citizen poster boy for the "Super Size Me" diet.

Amazing he still gets around as well as he does with his eating habits.

Glad to see the TV show "Cops" cancelled.

It invariably showed the police in a positive light and their suspects in a very negative one.

The show always depressed me.

Not just that it gave you the impression that life in our urban and rural area poor zones was rife with drunken, drug addled, crazy and dangerous looking characters driving around and/or hanging around every corner with domestic violence rampant to boot, but it seemed as if the huge majority of arrests were made around drug possession.

Drug possession was clearly the number one excuse to make these arrests.

Also, the majority of suspects seemed black in my observation, although I didn't do a scientific study of this.

With far too many of the episodes showing the police acting much more aggressively than the situation called for imo.

Scores of times you would hear handcuffed suspects who had been tossed on the ground and leaned on calling out saying they were in extreme pain and begging for the arresting officers to stop the aggression. They rarely responded to these complaints of pain imo.

I thought...if these episodes are depicting this over-aggression so clearly, what in the world did the videos that were edited out show in this regards?

The show definitely had a police can do no wrong, most suspects are just low life scum fascist tone and color. 

I'll be the first to say we need police in our society. Letting criminally minded people ( especially violent ones ) do their thing unfettered would be the ultimate apocalyptic nightmare.

But, according to the show Cops, the majority of police arrests are centered around drug use and possession and not actual physical violence.

Time to decriminalize drug possession and use...with an exception for clearly larger dollar amount drug shipment, dealing and sales.

I also felt the coverage of Trump's walk down the ramp and two handed water glass event was frivolous and a waste of more important national coverage Trump concern reporting time.

It doesn't look like it in my forum facial photo, but in the 37 years since that was taken my body has degenerated into an almost identical current Trump shape and size.

Fairly obese with a huge spare tire protruding belly, fat swollen male breasts and sagging jowls and thick neck.

If my head hair was orange, cut long and hair spray coiffed and my face was sun tan booth burnt orange, you might think DT and I were brothers!

The reason I mention this is because when I watched Trump cautiously walk down that ramp with slow, ginger steps I knew exactly why he was doing so.

My body is now super "top heavy" and my legs aren't as strong and body coordination as sharp as when I was under 50 or even 60.

Now when I almost trip I am aware that I can't catch myself properly with all my top weight overcoming my ability to stop the fall.

The last time I did fall ( I was naked in the bathroom with a slippery wet floor ) I really hurt myself.

225 lbs crashing down on my wrist ( fractured) and hand and some painful bruising of other parts of my body.

I too now walk as slow as Trump going down any incline, especially if I don't have a rail handle to secure myself while doing so. Naked bathroom activity is also snail paced and wall and hand rail secured.

And I also might very well use two hands to pick up and hold a thicker and heavier type of glass of water versus the super light plastic bottles of water.

I don't want to give DT an inch of absolving excuses for anything because if you do he will always stretch that into a mile of shameless, entirely self-aggrandizing praise.

But, in this case, I feel I must counter and expose the silly waste of time spent on reporting these two unimportant Trump actions.

At least they can't dismiss Trump's niece as some 3 kids by the age of 19, missing teeth meth addled, welfare subsidized, embarrassingly dysfunctional black sheep of the family type.

She's a well kept, well spoken, intelligent and attractive looking woman and her academic degree credentials are pretty impressive.

With a much more high level and intellectually wide ranging academic and study interest background ( English literature and psychology ) than her single subject only (business degree ) manic money minded uncle D. Trump.

Just in Mary Trump's tweets alone you can see the stark contrast of writing and communication skills versus her misspelling and proper structure mangling uncle Donnie.

The contrast is cringing.

Of course there's probably some bitter inheritance motivation behind Mary Trump's family secrets expose but it looks and sounds as if much more of it is also simple inherent right and wrong morality and judgement values.

Who could be drawn to study English Literature and not be more humanitarian concerned liberal in their belief system versus someone whose reading interests are "reportedly" no more inclined than Hitler speeches mixed with Power Of Positive Thinking, Think And Grow Rich books and Penthouse and Playboy centerfold bio's and pics?

I also sympathize with Mary Trump and her Brother Fred Trump III in their feeling of being cheated out of their grandfather's inheritance.

Their father was left out of the otherwise "equal inheritance share per sibling" wishes in Fred Trump's will, perhaps changed after Fred Trump II's alcoholic death at a fairly young ( 42 ) age.

Uncle Donnie thought this was just fine and that Fred Trump II's children should only get what the other grandchildren were left ... $200,000 each. 

While Donald Trump and his 3 siblings divided up $300 million?

Think about this Dicken's cruelly unfair settlement affair for a second or two.

Those other grandchildren all stood to benefit hugely more than a simple $200,000 bequeathment that they and Mary and Fred Trump III received simply because their entire direct family units were instantly endowed with great financial security wealth.

Those other grandchildren's lives would be forever very well off and secure as a result.

In Mary and Fred Trump III's case, it was the opposite.

My sense of basic fairness would have been to leave tragic young death Fred Trump II's equal sibling share to his fatherless children. In a trust of some sort?

If I heard the Trump family versus Mary and Fred Trump III will contesting case as a juror, I would have voted to give Mary and Fred Trump III their equal sibling share within a minute of deliberation.

I do not have any published documentation right in front of me but wasn't there some decently provable criminal law breaking actions involved in years of tax cheating regards the Trump family businesses reported in previous investigative pieces?

Donald Trump's business MO most of his career has reportedly been one of manipulating every tax break and bankruptcy clause to the point of cheating and with his many bankruptcies truly damaging thousands of others who invested in his numerous failed ventures.

There is "no debate" in the common knowledge assessment of Donald Trump as a "master of manipulation" of any financial and tax loophole he can find (even to the point of pushing criminal boundaries ) so it seems more logical to suspect the same mind set in his larger family's business mind set in the past as Mary Trump describes it imo.

And in not choosing Warren he is going against the logic and numbers that say his election chances with Warren as his VP running mate are much better than any other woman on his list.

These Warren favoring polls also show the majority of Democrats are not concerned about her age ( she's in excellent physical and mental health and looks like a super fit 60 year old  ) as anti-Warren PR machines are telling them they are.

Warren looks like she could compete in track running and WIN for the older than 50 age group!

Heck if this age fear factor was real, the Democrats would be much more concerned about their main candidate Biden's obvious advanced age decline in mental and physical sharpness.

And Bloomberg and his bankers actually targeted Warren and Sanders to get them out of the primary race. Bloomberg is on "public record" ( read Bloomberg's own words to Goldman Sachs below ) explaining why he (they ) felt Sanders and Warren were more a threat to their immense wealth, power, influence and control interests than Donald Trump himself.

Bloomberg spent 1/2 BILLION dollars ( unprecedented ) in a charade candidacy campaign to marginalize Warren and Sanders by splitting the later main primary vote so Biden could win even though Biden could never muster more than a weak plurality on his own.

Biden was losing head to head against Sanders or Warren up until the insanely huge financed Bloomberg entry. And it is so obvious what went down with this Warren/Sanders sabotage as Bloomberg immediately dropped out of the race within days of the vote marginalization of them both.

I don't think Biden really wants a black VP.

This also could be a charade. Biden wants the black vote, but he knows that they only make up 13% of the total electorate at best.

If he does choose a black woman as his VP running mate, I think it will be Susan Rice.

I think Biden wanted Klobuchar. But her questionable police brutality and abuse prosecutorial actions in her time as Hennepin County attorney seem to have seriously damaged her civil rights reputation credentials.

My other guess is he will offer the VP role to perhaps NM governor Grisham. A Latino in heritage. 

Regardless, the ignoring of best election chances Elizabeth Warren is a give away to Biden's true political loyalty colors in my opinion.

And which include being much more aligned to the Bloomberg/ Wall Street folks than anyone knows...again, imo.

Remember, Biden comes from the most corporate loving and tax break catering state in the Union - Delaware.

1,100 graduating cadet's addressed today by the most prolific violator of those very tenets in Presidential history.

And a strapping strong athletic young man of extreme wealth and indulgence who when of draft age used five questionable deferments to get out of active military service when he was called to serve his country himself. 

Wonder if any of these cadets have ever done even the most limited reading of Trump's personal biography and often shady career and dealings in business and other areas as mentioned above and not formulated at least some doubt about his integrity relative to their own honor code?

And what do these cadets think when they see more former highest ranking military leaders recently going public with the most severe criticism of a sitting Commander In Chief in modern American history?

Yes, JFK had many generals hating him after the Bay Of Pigs and the Cuban Missile Crisis,  but they didn't go public with this criticism as those today are doing regards Trump.

Even the current Joint Chief Of Staff Chairman General Willey going public to apologize for allowing himself to be a part of Trump's DC church photo op? Willey stated he was so regretful of being pulled into this Trump political stunt he considered resigning his position!

My wife drove me up to the city last year for a visit to one of the UCSF medical clinics.

This was at their Parnassus location.

I don't drive out of our local area anymore due to massive anxiety and panic attacks.

I just can't handle highway and big city traffic anymore.

However, this trip turned into a panic attack one for my wife as well.

We hadn't been in the Bay Area for many years. The traffic situation is so packed on every highway up there and we hit it during the mid-morning rush hour. Hard to believe how many cars are on the road up there.

Trump times are fun, aren't they?

I have read Ruby's WC testimony many times over the years.

It is actually cringing to follow.

The man is so scattered and going off on rambling, disjointed and illogical tangents that veer from the original questions to a degree that you literally have to take mental breaks in trying to keep track and make sense of it all.

His testimony is also rife with lies and purposely intended holes and left out information.

And his questioners let him do and get away with this time and again with little refocusing interjection and deeper contradiction exposing follow up questions which adds even more frustration in reading his testimony.

One senses that the Commission members were provided with intelligence information that countered much of what Ruby claimed about his connections to organized crime figures.

Yet, they would only push so far in this area of questioning, even when they knew Ruby was obfuscating, holding back and diverting.

To such a degree and with so little meaningful questioning follow-up that one can't help but consider the whole Jack Ruby testimonial event as a purposely limited effort, begging suspicion as a set up.

Just viewed again Seth Kantor's under oath testimony in the "Trial Of Lee Harvey Oswald" video.

A couple of things Kantor told the jury about Ruby stood out.

According to Kantor, in researching for his book "Who Was Jack Ruby?" he received through the FORA process copies of CIA documents reporting Jack Ruby traveling to Cuba in 1959 several times and once actually visiting and meeting in person Florida and Cuba mob boss Santos Trafficante Jr. in jail there.

Fairly strong evidence that Ruby did indeed make this trip and visit.

Trafficante was one of the top 3 or 4 most powerful Mafia bosses in the country at that time.

Up there with Marcello, Giancana, Meyer Lansky, Joseph Barbara.

I ask again, if Ruby was just some small time non-Mafia connected tacky strip joint owning nobody in Cowboy land Dallas (and who many considered unstable regards his temper ) what in the world is "he" doing traveling to Cuba to visit one-on-one with someone of highest organized crime stature as Trafficante, especially in such a dramatically stressful need time scenario for Trafficante?

Does anyone really think Ruby's one-on-one meet up with Trafficante was just about cheering him up with free admission tickets to the Carousel Club whenever Trafficante got out of this Castro/Cuban jail?

That visit starkly contradicts Ruby's downplayed non-connection to organized crime nobody image pushed by the Warren Commission and F.B.I.

The other factual information Seth Kantor presents in his "Who Was Jack Ruby" book ( again acquired through the FORA process from the F.B.I.) and that was displayed to this trial jury was a record of Jack Ruby's long distance calls in the two and one half months just before 11,22,1963.

Using a chart, one can easily see that the number of long distance calls Ruby made in that time period far outnumbered his normal call record.

But even more suspicious, was "who" Ruby was making these calls to.

Some were to top Chicago organized crime figures and who were well known "muscle/ hit men" such as Dave Yaras, Lenny Patrick and Robert "Barney" Baker.

Ruby also had calls to Vegas and his organized crime gambling expert mentor Lewis McWillie, who was a business associate of Trafficante and Meyer Lansky and who once managed Frank Sinatra's Cal-Neva Casino in Lake Tahoe.

Ruby was even seen visiting McWillie in person in Las Vegas just 5 days before 11,22,1963.

Why would Ruby be calling 3 Chicago Outfit hit men in the 2 and 1/2 months just before JFK assassination?  He supposedly hadn't had anything close to this kind of one-on-one contact with any of them since the 30's and 40's?

Ruby claimed in his Warren Commission testimony he did so because he was having trouble with the Theatrical union that represented his strippers like Janet "Jada" Conforto, musicians and other performers.

Ruby claimed in his Warren Commission testimony that his complaints were about the Union not responding to his complaints of unfair competition between him and other Dallas area club members.

What in the world would Chicago Outfit hit men like Baker, Patrick and Yaras have to do with helping Ruby in his problems with this Union down in Dallas?

I think the following question is relevant and fair in light of your questioning Doug Caddy's presentations and suggesting their not being based on facts to a degree they actually do harm and damage to valid searches for the truth in some of our most important areas of societal concern.

I also ask this question because of your own credibility promoting background resume of being a "data controller" who's primary and highest value job mission is to find, know and deal with only proven facts. And to not do so competently ( or purposely?) meant actual loss of life and increased threat to our country.

Since you have been following this forum since day one and "read every bit of everything since it started" you must have come to at least some opinion regards which members fit into the "conjecture, speculation, disinformation even agent provocateur" JFK truth mucking category and those who you feel are of the truly honest and responsible " proven fact" adhering realm.

I am not asking you to name anymore names in your nefarious category ( which you have already done with Doug Caddy ) but could you perhaps list one or more JFK assassination researchers and general posters here or elsewhere that you feel fit the opposite higher plane worthy status of "proven fact" presenters?

Not just personal ones.

He was employed as a high secrets intelligence level "technology specialist" and had access to reams of "proven facts" at least on your level I am guessing ... and perhaps even on higher ones?

Whether his releasing much of this secret but proven factual information to the public was traitorous or not, even you must admit that the factual information he shared proved that some actions and agendas promoted and carried out by our government weren't always in our civil rights guaranteeing best interests and in fact violated them to varying degrees.

I mention Snowden mainly to point out that what he released countered what many regular citizens would have labelled as "made up conspiracies and disinformation" that our own government would possibly engage in actions that would harm them in violating their civil rights including privacy.

Accepting this scenario as fact, is it really a stretch to consider our government carrying out other secret agendas and programs that violated constitutional tenets and then hiding them through disinformation campaigns on their end?

The UFO/ET presence story and truth could be one of these. The JFK assassination truth surely is.

The burden of credibility is on our own government as much as it is on individual researchers who promote alternate truth theories to any number of high importance events.

We have too often learned of official public government explanations of major events being disproved later on, often through the dogged work of individual citizen research and reporting.

If Doug Caddy's proclamations are so wrong, why not just let them rise or fall on their own merits?

I of course believe Mr. Caddy's account of this meeting with Hunt and his quotes of Hunt's words.

Then you must decide whether E.Howard Hunt just made up this super tainted credibility and reputation subject "shared ET knowledge" story for another one of his covert spy truth manipulation and misdirection reasons.

But of all the JFK assassination reasons Hunt could have offered Doug Caddy, this particular one ( ET presence) seems so out-of-the-blue and out there bizarre it seems almost too illogical to make any sense in the context of Hunt using it as a distracting lie that he seriously thought Caddy would believe.

And I don't see Hunt showing such disrespect toward someone who had helped him in time of need by lying to him and insulting his intelligence with a story he knew to be untrue and commonly known as whacky.

And to add to Hunt's reputation of perpetrating false stories, did he also make up his end-of-life JFK "Big Event" confession one where he related this to his son Saint John Hunt and even the world to hear on audio tape?

After reading so much of what Doug Caddy has shared on this forum and in radio interviews and his own personal writings, and considering everything else about his background and education and his proven direct involvement with the most central characters of Watergate and many other government, police and political group officials including even William F. Buckley, and weighing it all using my life time common sense experience comparative analysis of truth discernment, I am all in on not just Doug Caddy's credibility, but his personal integrity.

He seems seriously committed to sharing what he knows for the common good of everyone with a passion. 

I also lean toward the ET story being true mainly because of stories related to me suggesting such by people I totally trust in their honesty and motivations.

For instance family members. 

Just one brief sharing:

An older brother was an AP (air police) duty member of the U.S. Air Force in the early 1960's. On night guard duty one evening at a nuclear weapon equipped base near Morocco, he and his fellow guards noticed large red circle shaped aerial objects hovering over the base.

Obviously concerned as he had never seen anything like this, he and they radioed their superiors to report what they were seeing.

After a long pause, he and they were told ... "We have nothing on radar. Therefore you see nothing." "And don't write home about this."

The hovering lights eventually left. 

But, please, these hovering objects were ours?

Later my brother was stationed at Vandenberg air base on the Santa Maria Calif. Coast.

He had no aerial sighting experiences there nor did he ever hear of any other strange UFO stories in his entire time of service nor share or promote any in his entire later life.

He just wasn't one to make up anything unusual regards any subject his entire life. That is one reason his story about the Morocco sighting rings true to me.

The other half dozen or so UFO accounts I have heard and believed more than not, are also from close family or friends.

Cumulus Media own 5 S.F. area radio stations. The entirety of all 5 ratings numbers don't even come close to matching the "one" leader KCBS. 

 

and they know the SF Bay Area is a liberal hot bed. Apparently they're not having much success at it, though. And haven't for 9 years!

But  I can't explain why is it that right wing guys make it in radio. But I traveled to the 4 corners a few years back and Rush Limbaugh was on everyday.  I got an idea of what he does that make those people out there follow him. The classic 2 in Cable News. I compare Fox News and CNN, I think CNN is generally for a  more intelligent, thoughtful  audience, but when they both  go on the WTF human interest, Fox is more actually  more entertaining. You would have thought Al Franken, being as funny, clever and smart as he was would have filled a niche in radio, but it had the feeling of NPR.  I think he wanted to be more serious and factual, but it didn't work.

Ray Taliaferro was getting so tired in his last KGO broadcast days, he was nodding off I believe. Perhaps even talking with his eyes closed. Yes, it was time for him to go. That time slot is a dead zone mostly anyway but he was dramatic, forceful and even funny enough in his prime he actually lifted the listenership of it for quite a long time.

But you could argue that liberal women have  dominated daytime TV. How do you explain Oprah? She's  liberal and a media force of nature. Who is it that is holding her back? She's an empire!

Look at the demographics shown just under the Nielson Rating link I provided.

The Latino radio audience and over-all general population is now the much larger ethnic one ( by far ) throughout California.

They are younger too.

The traditional and majority listening audience in KGO's heyday was white as was the population of California.

This group is now aged and dwindling and relatively a small minority of radio listeners anymore.

I remember 30+ years ago, scanning the radio and finding one, maybe two Spanish language radio station. Music only. AM.

Now, it appears to me half the stations are now Spanish language ones, and that includes FM!

Times have changed in California socially, culturally, ethnically, linguistically to degrees that nobody even imagined 40 years ago.

Oprah has a core base that is so loyal she can't lose. Majority women. Especially women of color.

The American national daytime TV talk show format has always been hugely popular and successful.

Early morning and late night as well.

A format first dominated by men, now women during the day.

The formula has been refined to a can't miss degree from a woman's perspective.

My theory of why right wing political demagogues dominate in radio broadcast nationwide is that there are two major factors involved.

I think working class people ( trades people ) in America who work outside of the home such as carpenters, plumbers, electricians, construction, truckers, mailing and delivery, etc. generally listen to their car and truck radio stations while traveling to and from their jobs much more than people of the higher paid professional and inner office worker positions.

Poorest lowest pay workers ( millions of people ) such as fast food, gas stations, motels and hotels, working class serving chain stores, etc. also do not have access to radio's while they are working. 

I have personally worked in the trades and can tell you, the crews I have worked with often listen to talk radio while they are traveling or even working and on their lunch and other breaks.

Usually a foreman would choose which talk show is played. Back in the 60's and 70's PAUL HARVEY would come on with his right wing propaganda rants every day, most always during the lunch hours, adjusted for the time zones of each station area.

Our foreman would blast this and you didn't dare let on that you didn't agree with Paul Harvey's views.

Rush Limbaugh inherited Paul Harvey's audience since then, but there are a dozen more extreme right wing political radio commentators who now broadcast like Limbaugh every day as well.

This first outdoor trades group ( tens of millions in number ) has always been over-all less liberal and actually pretty hardcore right in their political sentiments imo. Lot of rough necks in the trades.

And the money pumped into this right wing talk radio medium seems to be massive and unlimited. Like they know the political influence power and worth of this medium.

Why the left political power base doesn't commit any similar level funding into this area is a mystery to me. Maybe the left just doesn't go in for massive, daily, nationwide propaganda machine media broadcasting, at least not national radio broadcasting for sure.

An ethics thing maybe? Or maybe they just can't afford to do so?

KCBS's  format is boringly repetitive I admit. I listen off and on just to get the basic weather and other news.

Of course I miss the old KGO of the early 2,000's. 

Today, SF's highest listener rating goes to KCBS. 11%.

I think public radio is a close second.

KGO is at 1. something!  Yes, that's 1.+ percentage points!

24th in all the Bay Area.

Whoever bought KGO back in 2011 did so to rip it apart and bring it down to nothing.

Who does that kind of business deal? And why?

I took Hydroxychloroquine for the first three months of my first combat tour to Afghanistan. I would never wish it on my worst enemy. Vomiting, diarrhea, night terrors and suicidal thoughts were an everyday occurrence.

I read where the fluorine damages cell structure. 

Many people given these fluorquinolones antibiotics have suffered serious injury.

Torn rotator cuffs, achilles tendon ruptures, damage to intestinal tracts and many other injuries.

When the antibiotic Levaquin first came out, it was referred to as "The Big Gun" in medical care professions due to it's potency. I know several health professionals who will never take this drug due to their knowledge of it's injury potential.

I listen to KCBS for one main reason.

They cover so much more over-all California news than our little stations down here in Monterey.

If you want to be kept up to the minute informed about Northern California news of every day in a practical context ( weather, traffic, sports, business )  they report it all, every minute of the day.

You ask if I ever listen to KGO?

I was listening to KGO back when I was a teenager!

It was far from the hot political debate format of years later.

Dr. Dean Edell, MD, hosted syndicated radio medical talk show; aired live 1979-December 10, 2010. Really liked his show.

• Bernie Ward " Lion Of The Left."
• Poor Bernie. Sad way to lose everything.
• Ray Taliaferro. God's gift to women! Ladies man extraordinaire.
• Both were as aggressive in defending the left and attacking the right as Rush Limbaugh and Michael Savage were on the right.  Ward and Taliaferro had huge audience followings due in great part to their super aggressive fiery deliveries. As do many of the right wing national radio propagandists of today.

• Rothman and Thurston are mildly entertaining...but milk toast compared to Ward and Taliaferro days.

• For awhile KGO even had a character named "Karel" ( Charles Karel Bouley) who gave gay pride a real voice beyond anything before on the radio airwaves.

• Regardless, do you know where KGO stands now in the current San Francisco Radio Nielson ratings? 24 TH!

• Cumulus purchases the 3rd highest rated radio station in Northern California in 2011. And since then this station has almost dropped off the entire rating system!
• The income from advertising ( life blood of a radio station's financial health and value ) comes from these ratings.
• Cumulus Media/Westwood One Media ( and whoever may have purchased it from them in the last few years) has run KGO into the ground.
• Who in that company would make a decision to purchase a top nationally well known radio station and then through failure of management and firing of almost every radio host (which made this station so popular) end up with an almost totally destroyed one in it's place?
• I always felt that whoever purchased KGO back in 2011 did so with only one main purpose in mind. To shut down the popular influence of their left promoting political talk show.
• And these purchasers were so wealthy, they didn't care if they lost millions destroying KGO's popularity and political influence in the process and could easily afford the loss.

More and more of our highest former military heads are finally taking an all out stance against Trump publicly.

The numbers doing so are unprecedented.

And their condemning and warning commentaries are far more inclusive of his entire term leadership and not just about the current nationwide protests of police misconduct.

Trump's authoritarian excesses have gone too far, according to these former military heads.

Trump's own appointees General Mattis's and General Kelley's rebukes of Trump are shocking in their stark ideological turning and comprehensiveness.

This new Trump criticism is so heavyweight in it's highest rank military authority origin and context, it's making it harder for the majority of our MSM to downplay it as they have typically and irresponsibly done so the last 3 and 1/2 years.

Reading Eva Grant's testimony above kind of reminded me of J.D. Tippit witness Helen Markham whose own testimony was so scattered, disjointed and self-contradictory it was cringing to read and hear.

The more one reads through Ms Grant's own scattered and contradictory testimony in this criminal affair, her claims of complicity innocence through ignorance are hard to accept as a result.

Does anyone really think Jack Ruby's sister Eva and Ruby's brother Hyman were honestly unaware that drug trafficker Paul Jones's pipe sale scheme was just about pipe?

And their reimbursed part in this scheme was simply as some type of facilitators where they would get a "finder's fee?" A finder's fee? Please.

Ruby's family was so much more connected to Chicago crime figures than is generally known.

GUTHRIE but he had legally changed his name some years ago to STEVE GUTHRIE . Mr . GUTHRIE furnished the following information :

He was elected sheriff of Dallas County in July, 1946, and was to go into office in January, 1947 . He was an ex-policemen and had returned from the service a short time previous to his election . He served as sheriff of Dallas County in 1947 through 1948 . Shortly after his election in July, 1946, a man identified as PAUL ROLAND JONES,contacted him on a Dallas golf course and asked him how he would like to make some big money . He stated he told JONES he would be very interested . At that time, Dallas County was "wide open with prostitution and gambling and other vices running full steam and there were an average of 2 or 3 murders a month which looked like murders by gangs . JONES told GUTHRIE that between them they could make approximately $40,000 per month . This contact by JONES was made since he was spokesman for the "syndicate" out of Chicago and the 'Syndicate" was planning to move into Dallas and take over the vices .

There were approximately 25 "thugs" and hoodlums from Chicago in Dallas from time to time . GUTHRIE got in touch with Dallas Chief of Police HANSON, GEORGE BUTLER, a detective of the Dallas Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety to see if they could make bribery cases on the "thugs" who had planned to take over vice in Dallas .

With the assistance of these officers, they wired GUTHRIE's house for sound and made numerous recordings of conversations had in GUTHRIE's house with a number of hoodlums from Chicago . Included in the names was SONNY LABRIOLA and a LIPSKE . As a result of this investigation, a great number of records were made .

RUBY'S name came up on numerous occasions, according to GUTHRIE, as being the person who would take over a very fabulous restaurant at Industrial and Commerce Streets in Dallas . JACK RUBY never in person talked with GUTHRIE about this matter and, in fact, GUTHRIE and RUBY had no conversation during this investigation . However, according to GUTHRIE, RUBY's name constantly came up as being the person who would run the restaurant and GUTHRIE said if the records can still be heard, RUBY's name will be heard on numerous occasions . As a result of the investigation, PAUL ROLAND JONES was sentenced to a term of 3 to 5 years, according to GUTHRIE's memory, and ROMEO JACK KNAPPI was indicted by the grand jury . KNAPPI was believed to be related to JACK NETTI, well known Chicago hoodlum ; however, Dallas authorities were never able to get custody of KNAPPI .

GUTHRIE advised he has never heard a good thing about JACK RUBY to the best of his knowledge . He believes RUBY has operated some prostitution activities and other vices in his club since RUBY has been in Dallas . GUTHRIE further informed he has heard and believes it is fairly well known around Dallas that either mayor CABELL or City Manager CRULL ordered Chief of Police CURRY to "put on the show for TV" of transporting OSWALD from the City Jail to the County Jail. He said as a result of this, CABELL will not discharge CURRY since CURRY was acting under orders . COMMISSION EXHIBIT
