And the sixth floor TSBD window is over Arlen Spector's out stretched left hand i take it.......LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL Go put the limo at Z220 on Elm St and tell me if you stood beside JFK and placed this rod over his right shoulder it would be pointing at the TSBD 6th floor......any shot from the 6th floor to JFK had to have a trajectory across the right rear tail light or slightly inside that across the boot. Guess who weighed in on Cyril Wecht;s retrial for fraud crimes commiteed as county coroner in Pen. The good senator Arlen Spector said the DA should not proceed with a retrial of over 40 + charges. Cyril later coughed up $200,000 in settlement costs.

Hi David, This is a thought i had developed over the years also. There are four major conspiracy theorists who early on(64-80's) were incredibly vocal and adamant of a conspiracy then suddenly went quiet or totally flipped course or produced a totally ridiculous concept to destroy their credibility. I'm gunna throw out some names and i might cop some flack for these but, its just my take on how things evolved in the research community. Gary Mack - easy and obvious one Cyril Wecht - Incredibly vocal early, appeared on every doco screaming conspiracy then got to see the autopsy xrays and came out saying "Nope all good, nothing funny going on here." Fletcher Prouty - Did produce volumes of helpful information to the research community on how things were done inside the pentagon/white house relationship and how the military and CIA worked together. My reservations are that: a) how was he allowed to spew out all this info in retirement without reprisal from the Military b) because he was such a well placed insider most of what he said was automatically taken as gospel.....a fair few statements he made are now looked upon as flat out wrong. Jack White - whilst he did amazing early photographic work it was all undone i believe by "Badgeman" Which to this day tarnishes CTer's .....Does anyone here today believe in Badgeman????? I just cant believe it was put forward with pure intentions by such a seemingly credible person. Does anyone think others might belong on the above list?

Hi Steve, This could easily be done by someone who coordinated with the plots a man on the inside as it were, who could simply say to each group "we have the Secret Service on board, they are going to slow the Limo at this point here(Elm St. Dealey Plaza)".

Here's an interesting one for us David, Case Report A 32-year-old male reported to the casualty of our centre, approximately 2 hours after sustaining a single gunshot wound to the left posterior cervical region of the neck. His chief complaint was neck pain. No neurological deficit was noted on examination. He was conscious. Sensory examination was intact for pin xxxxx and light touch throughout, and the vital signs were within normal limits. The bullet entrance wound was in the left posterior cervical region of the neck, above and medial to the scapula. No possible exit wound for the bullet could be identified anywhere else on the head and neck region. The patient had not seen the assailant as it was night time and the bullet had been fired from behind his back. Because of the same reason, neither the type of weapon used to fire the bullet, nor the distance between the weapon and the patient was known and could not be judged. Both carotid pulses were palpable, and there were no carotid bruits. Initial radiographic (Figs. 1, ,2)2) and CT scan (Figs. 3, ,4)4) studies showed a bullet fragment in the left side of the neck at the levels of C6 and C7. It appeared to be a civilian gunshot injury. Mechanism of Injury Gunshot Wounds Cause Injury by three mechanisms—direct tissue injury, temporary cavitation and transmission of shock waves. High velocity bullet wounds tend to follow a direct and predictable pathway, while low velocity bullets have a more erratic trajectory. Also, bullets have rotational characteristics that increase the possibility of an unusual and unpredictable course after impact. Hi Chris, Your work on this is amazing and very much appreciated. I have a challenge for you, I really hope if you get the chance you can look at the following for me and break down the measurements in distance and elevations from street level(most of which i believe you have probably already calculated)......just need to formulate my request into a logical understandable form. OK here we go.. Chris what i would like to achieve here is a list of measurements that if someone was to go to Dealey Plaza today and anchor a spot on the ground directly below the mid point of the 6th floor snipers window at street level. Then using this as our axis point run a tape measure so they could stand at the exact location on Elm Street and at the height you calculate, place a stand/tripod(for lack of a better word or implement name) at the height of JFK's throat wound(back wound point is under to much conjecture). I guess what I'm trying to achieve here is a kind of "follow the bouncing ball" where the ball is actually JFK's throat wound and the bouncing is its movement down Elm Street. The distance or section of the drive down Elm St I am interested in is from Z207 to Z226 I would like to plot each of these points in distance and height then later this year i hope to be in Dallas to conduct an experiment to see just where a laser pointer would strike on the surrounding buildings if placed facing backwards at specific angles (which i will be calculating from the photos of JFK's clothing). Basically i will be constructing a plastic housing that for want of a better description would look like like a cheer leaders bull horn only it would fit in the palm of your hand (roughly the size of a pen)....it will represent the size of a 6.35mm diameter exit hole on one end and then a slightly larger perhaps 10.5mm diameter opposite end thru which the laser pointer will be shone thru. Im gunna throw a possibility out here for ya Steve, What are the chances that during the 6 weeks or so prior to the assassination LHO took his lunch out onto the knoll/pergola area and sat down to enjoy the view, the peace and quiet or just the sunshine.....then along comes the groundsman and they exchange pleasantries one day, then again another day and then again another.....they aren't best of friends but if someone asked the groundsman do you know that man LHO....... my answer would have been yes!!!!!

Connally. My opinions on what and where that bullet went have troubled me for the last 19 years......

John, You read the FBI report regarding the Secret Service handing over to the FBI lab JFK's clothing late in the evening of 11-23-63.......the second photo was taken after sections had been cut by the FBI lab surrounding the bullet hole to look for traces of metal...the shirt was then again photograghed in mid 1964 to be included in the warren report.....photo 3 is from a different view to number 2 the fibres of the cotton shirt pushing thru upwards toward the camera and the now elongated hole in the shirt is what you would expect to see after the FBI made its cuts....... In the picture below i marked the cut areas in RED the bullet hole in Yellow.

Hi All, Thanks David for this gif of the Z Frames 311..312..313..314..315..316 I have believed for a long time that a strong possibility existed that JFK was struck in the back of the head at frames 310/311/312 before receiving a hit to the temple coming from in front and slightly to his Right Hand Side at Z313. When viewing JFK in a close up i always saw that forward head movement for just 1 or 2 frames before the explosive 313 impact. I had never seen a close up slow mo of the limo with all occupants on display... Please look at the DVP gif again and focus your attention on John Connally and Roy Kellerman's head movements from 311 to 316. Their heads start a similar forward movement but only JFK's is rocked backward and too the left after 313 while Connally and Kellerman's continue in that forward motion......the only logical explanation for all three people in the vehicles heads moving forward at the same time is that the brakes were applied..........so if inertia takes all three forward what would cause only one persons head to stop moving forward and move back rapidly and to the left??????????? "You cannot change the laws of physics Jim" someone once said somewhere!!! Inertia is the resistance, of any physical object, to any change in its velocity. This includes changes to the object's speed, or direction of motion. An aspect of this property is the tendency of objects to keep moving in a straight line at a constant speed, when no forces are upon them—and this aspect in particular is also called inertia. Game. Thanks once again DVP and Lance for your replies, I look at the L.H.Oswald and O.J. Simpson possible trial/actual trial situation as very important when it comes to the argument of considering putting 100% guilt on Lee Harvey Oswald in the JFK assassination. From 1991 until 2017 i believed 100% that there had been a conspiracy in the assassination of the president and a 100% conspiracy on the covering up of the crime. Today i believe that the assassination act may have been a conspiracy 80%/20% chance no conspiracy in the shooting but i still believe that the crime cover up is a 100% conspiracy. When it comes to O.J.Simpson from 1994 to 2013 i believed 100% he committed the crimes...but today i think there is a 0.5% to 1% chance he took the wrap for his eldest son Jason believing that he could beat the charge because he was OJ and people loved OJ. Was he at the scene of the crime when or during or shortly after it took place YES 100%. So i have bared my soul somewhat to all here.....its been a long search for me in the JFK assassination and 1000's of hours of relaxing reading and doco watching....... And now a question for David and Lance once again.......and this one may be tough for both of you as it was very tough for me.......... We all realize your position on the assassination and you have both read and watched 100's and 100's of hours of info on the assassination like many of us.......So my question is Can you Choose one fact/item/occurrence/person/piece of evidence that had created some doubt in your thinking that perhaps there was a conspiracy and Lee Harvey Oswald didn't commit this crime all alone??? Thank you Lance and David, Yes there are similarities between Oswald and O.J but the main premise for comparing the two is "Reasonable Doubt" . One man received a trial and one man didn't. It is my belief that Lee Harvey Oswald would of walked free if he received a trial for murder. Perhaps we can ask a fellow EF member and a man i respect greatly Mr. Douglas Caddy a hypothetical question here? Mr. Caddy, if your were forced to represent Lee Harvey Oswald in a murder trial of the President do you believe you could have gotten him acquitted by establishing "Reasonable Doubt"? Mr. Caddy, if your were forced to represent Lee Harvey Oswald in a murder trial of Officer Tippit do you believe you could have gotten him acquitted by establishing "Reasonable Doubt"? P.S If Oswald had of been found guilty in a trial i believe Kathleen Zellner would have gotten him out in the late 1990's anyway.
