So we have Lemnitzer and Lemay and possibly one other JCS member agreeing JFK has to go in early or mid '62 they order Ed Lansdale to plan the hit with the goal of pinning it on Russia. Angelton is playing his mole hunt with Oswald and somehow either Angelton, Harvey or Helms spills info on Oswald to Landsdale. Landsdale then decides to use military intelligence officers disguised as CIA to manoeuvre Oswald to appear connected to Castro and the Soviets. Once ship dipped the MI officers get Oswald into place near the chosen ambush site, this is how they can pin the assassination on Cuba/Russia. This will remove Kennedy and get public opinion on side to attack Cuba knowing full well that Russia will make some kind of measured strike against US forces to defend Cuba. Once Russia makes that move the JCS Hawks can then launch a nuclear attack and annihilate Russia. Would Landsdale then possibly attempt to create another backup plan to achive his goal of pinning the assassination on Cuba/Russia and use some anti-castro Cubans to send in as a compartmentalised hit team? He would know the TSBD was his Oswald frame location could he be so calculating as to set up the DalTex as a second firing site and place Anti Castro Cubans in there with a military sniper team on a different floor to guarantee a successful shot from that building. This would explain why David Morales who worked the anti Castro Cubans believed his guys were responsible for hitting JFK.

Just throwing this out there for consideration. What if Lee under instructions was told to produce the BYP's whilst he had access at jaggers for some purpose down the track, but gave himself some deniability by superimposing his face from one image onto another image of his own face? Creating some sizing or shadow issues or cut lines that if ever the image(pic) was used against him...he could get experts to agree the image was doctored. Sneaky of him but if he was at all paranoid of his role in things to come...i think he was capable of trying to create himself some insurance had the notion entered his mind.

In all honesty, all of these intrusions on personal liberties is one day going to be widely accepted as normal. When planes are hijacked and rental trucks and RV's are used as weapons these surveillance systems give us answers to the who did it and why(usually). Imagine if cctv and this kind of data collection was in place in 1962/63 on Dallas and New Orleans streets and on roaming cop cars, phone lines and above cash registers in shops( or even movie theatre concession stands) everywhere. Even on buses and in taxis as it is today. Our great mystery "Lee Harvey Oswald" wouldn't be such a 57 year old mystery as he still is today. Its the illusion of safety in an advanced society that has to maintained. Make crime harder for people to undertake and make it almost impossible to get away with undetected and you can sustain the illusion of public safety.

I am asking you before we have to provide you with the much more difficult and involved answer to these questions to simply prove one fact.....prove beyond a reasonable doubt that LHO was firing from the TSBD 6th floor window during the assassination! The principles witnesses and orchestrators are all dead and cant be questioned in a court setting, their answered cant be cross examined. Where were you in 1968/9, where were you in the 1970's? We saw that during the late 60's and early 70's the principals in this case still had to much power and control. Which hints to who organised, executed and covered up the murder. Members of the US government's departments and agencies. They may have utilised those outside the government to perform certain tasks involved in the murder and cover up, but i believe many of us on this forum have no doubt Government employees orchestrated this crime and covered each others asses for the next 25 to 50 years. Lets just say if you were looking for justice for JFK, an American court room was never going to be the place to find it!! Neither was writing a book.

So David, can i outline what i think your saying here, please correct me if i get this wrong........ You believe that the Gov was hit in the chest from the front between Z225 and Z242? Due to the Gov's body position at that time... That would mean the pergola on the north side of Elm to Zapruders immediate left and rear was a firing position or the small concrete wall to Zapruders right and front only 25 feet away was a firing position? These two spots are the only areas allowing cover for a frontal shot to the Gov's chest at that time and since no shooter was ever seen, they had to fire from a position of cover. A shooter from behind the picket fence wouldn't have the correct angle between Z225 and Z242.
