Rain rain go away! Come again some other day!

Enough already!

One month + of rain here on the Central California coast!

Still raining as I type!

Grey, cold, wet, YUK!

People here are used to "some" California sun, even in the heart of Winter.

Mushrooms are growing in clogged roof gutters and on top of dirty cars here!

I feel like we have had 6 weeks of serious storms here, big seas and tons of rainfall. Very atmospheric. At least water deposits are replenished.

It's worse where I am.

We do need the water, Joe.

Hang in there another day.

If it's like previous years, there won't be any rain for 10 months!

Though I don't think so.

Isn't it interesting , all the birds, the plants , the trees, all the wildlife just love it!

We're the only ones who hate it!

The photos of the flooding in California look horrific.

More catastrophic climate change.

Stay safe.

Incidentally, the first "bomb cyclone" in recorded history hit Denver on March 13, 2019.

It uprooted eight mature aspen trees in my backyard.

Supposed to have full on sun for the next 6 to 7 days after today's rain.

Yippiee - Ki- Yay! Yippie-Ki-Yay!

The homeless aren't loving it. And people who have huge trees on their properties within striking distance of their homes if they fall.

Alaskans have this no sun, grey, wet and cold mud crud 6 to 7 months a year?

No wonder that state has the highest per capita depression and suicide rates.

You're right, Alaska's suicide rate is #2 behind Wyoming.

California, despite being the most populated state is #46 of 50!

Of course, climate change and extreme weather are only going to continue.

But keep in mind, Joe. Even with this rain. Everybody here in the U.S. in states East of the Rockies, with the exception of Texas, will probably end up getting more rain this year than California!  Most people are used to the lack of sun.

In the 3 historic major mass migrations from Asia. On the second wave , they migrated to the Eastern U.S. The West Coast was not that bountiful. It was much more bountiful in the East where it rained every month.

We're now having mild winters here in Chicago; no snow!

A friend on Facebook today lamented that if this keeps up, everyone will want to move here, because winter is the only bogus thing about this city!
