  1. 2+50 = elevation 429.7 .... Shot #2 at 419.7 (not 419.07) is 10 feet lower in elevation 313 - 183 = 130... just about the splice for the limo cut...
  2. I understand it Steve... The report is from the ROME CIA station (William Harvey) after a report was compiled for Giulio Andreotti. I have to assume that the CIA and Italian "XXXX Service" would share info... Couple things of note... I am still not convinced the rifle DAY carries from the TSBD is CE139... the markings are not there... The problem with the MAUSER designation and the scope... is that the scope covers where the rifle markings are... and the MAUSER designation was used to account for there NOT being a clip... since it uses a stripper clip... and not a full metal clip...
  3. Thanks Larry.. Yes, everyone was..is better at it than we are.. It seems.
  4. Having trouble... On a tablet. But will post asap....
  5. They also knew about the planted rifle from what I read... I have the report from Rome CIA station....
  6. the defense rests... next he'll be offering McAdams a quickie...
  7. You might consider lying down and getting some medication ... And I'm 100% sure those authors do not want you representing their work in any manner... if you could even begin to understand any of it You really don't get it. you're the proverbial gnat ...
  8. Nope... only kept 3 year old payment stubs for someone else... It's as if Marina didn't bother to see what of her husband's they took... y'know, just out of curiosity... the detail in those lists is amazing... yet the BYP and negatives were supposedly written down as "Misc photos and maps" - Stovall B - And kind of my point about the rifle carton... What better place to FREELY keep your rifle than in the carton it came in?... how else would he have gotten it home if, in that parallel universe, the rifle was shipped and waiting for him at the GPO. Mr. BELIN. And do you know in what kind of a container it would have been shipped? Mr. WALDMAN. It was customary for us to ship these rifles with scopes attached in a corrugated cardboard carton made for us by the Rudd Container Corporation of Chicago. Mr. BELIN. About how long would that carton be in size, if you know? Mr. WALDMAN. Approximately 60 inches.
  9. All we need now is to determine if the FBI or CIA had access to quality forgers... Your HSCA in action.... (71) Five items of evidence were not examined in the original, but were copies. Photocopies have several limitations. They do not reproduce all the fine details in handwriting needed in making an examination and comparison. At best, they do not produce as sharp an image as a properly produced photograph, and they lack tonal gradations, a result of the contrasting process of reproduction. In addition, it is possible to incorporate or insert changes and alterations into copies. A method frequently used is to paste together parts of documents to make one fradulent document, which is then copied. If the first copy can pass inspection, it will be used ; if not, it will be reworked to eliminate all signs of alteration. This amended copy is then recopied for the finished product. This is usually referred to as the "cut and paste" method. (72) Document examiners only render a qualified or conditional opinion when working from copies. They stipulate that they have to examine the original before a definite opinion will be made. (73) Because of problems with the following documents, no definite opinion can be rendered (74) Item 18 (Nov 15, 1959 letter from Oswald), a halftone copy of a photograph of the original document. This is at least a third generation copy and is not suitable for comparison. (A halftone copy consists of very small dots and not continuous lines.) (75) Item 29 (US POSTAL ORDER) was a Xerox copy made from a microfilm copy. Such a second generation copy has the defects of both processes. (76) Item 39 (HOTEL REGISTRATION MEXICO Sept 27) was a photograph taken without a scale so that the magnification or reduction of the writing could not be determined . (77) Items 40 and 41 (ORIGINAL AND COPY of Visa Application from Cuban Consulate) were very poor quality photographs and lacked scales to determine the size of enlargements . (78) Item 47 (Letter to HUNT) was a photograph of an out-of-focus facsimile copy. Instead of having clear discernible lines, the copy has indistinct and blurred outlines . Such a muddy and unclear copy gives the appearance that it might have been so made for a purpose.
  10. Sure does look like it Steve... but why the different "A" One of the two Oswalds did not usually write in script... (Lee)
  11. The HSCA handwriting report was a sham from start to finish Steve... I hope you don't place too much faith in most of the HSCA work... I stopped after finding this at the beginning of my Mexico Journey...
  12. ok... see below... but first, He never mentions RADAR SCHOOL in Biloxi in his timeline but only in his recap... you may remember after his claim he'd give radar codes to the Russians, nothing comes of it... he never went to Radar school and didn't know any codes to tell them... that was Lee. Most of the Folsom Exhibit is info on LEE (including his teeth) The Title of his MOS is Aviation Electronics Oper (-ation?)(-ator?) yet he is NOT an Air Traffic Controller... his preference and recommendation is "Aircraft Maintenance and Repair" A Radar operator does not also fix the planes...
  13. For a while the FBI/CIA thought Mystery Man could be HIDELL... but they were not sure... Again, if Oswald had used HIDELL since returning from USSR... wouldn't we find that in the FBI reports? Like no FBI reports of the rifle back in March, April, May, June... etc if he was using HIDELL for anything you'd think the FBI would have noticed. The HIDEEL (with the same FPCC PO Box and stamp) vaccination was created/used to prove Oswald got back into the US from Mexico... if you have one of those you didn't need to get off the bus to get vaccinated... no records. I am fairly sure that other than on the Klein's coupon & PMO, there is no other "USE" of the name ALEK HIDELL.
  14. Thanks... I have always felt, given the medium, we should always post links and/or images to help make and support the point. Another reason I simply cannot suffer the fools who come here so woefully unprepared to have a discussion or need to disparage all that eludes them about the case...
  15. Paz... while so many rail against the evidence of there being both a Lee Oswald and Harvey Oswald, more and more and more the evidence points in that direction. Take a look at CE1961 next to Allen Felde's account of having been with Oswald... what is evidence is that 2 men's records were combined into 1 "Military cover backstop" so if the Russians checked up on the Oswald we sent them, it would check out... In 1947 and again on Nov 22, 1963, the house across the street from STRIPLING is where Harvey's mother lived... the house a friend of FRED KORTH owns.... you see, without John's years at the Archives making these copies as well as making them available free of charge... so many researchers would not have access to such important info... If you don't make use of these resources... you're missing out http://digitalcollections.baylor.edu/cdm/tabs/collection/po-arm
  16. Speaking of Letters.... Were you aware that NONE of the letters to LEE OSWALD from his mother are in evidence. And letters FROM LEE do not start until mid 1961 (edit: my bad, I just saw the 1959 letter too... just before he left and would write again when he "lands" yet it's another 2 years before we see a letter... These are all the letters TO LHO in the WC H&E... His mother is said to have written him 2-3 times a week for some periods... Many, many letters were written yet not a single one in evidence... (yes, we think the letters were sent to LEE by his real mother rather than Harvey Oswald's keeper) Exibit No. Description Page 65 Letter from "Brick" to Lee Harvey Oswald, dated August 22, 1962. 216 72 Letter from Patrice Lmnumba University to Lee Harvey Oswald, dated May 3, 1961. 234 229 Letter from Prof. Hans Casparis, Albert Schweitzer College, to Lee Harvey Oswald, dated March 22, 1960, with envelope. 626-627 230 Copy of letter from E. 17. Stoop? and sure I love me some emoticons.... welcome to the 21st century boys. and you both still have yet to post anything worth more than a warm bucket of spit... your mama's must be so proud
  18. Is this child for real? Newsflash little man... none of this is for you - you don't understand any of it and when you try, you look even more ignorant - if that's even possible.... Just make the assumption that if I start a thread - you will not understand what it's about or offer anything constructive... so here's a thought... start a thread with something you want to talk about... and have at it... Spending your day finding ways to understand what we're talking about and being offensive because you simply can't comprehend is fine for an 8-year old... oh, right. When does "offensively and annoyingly posting repeatedly on every thread with no rhyme or reason other than to annoy" become a offense worthy of a time-out? Go ask tommy... he knows.
  19. tommy... belittle... me? you seem a bit fixated on my profile, posting, image, and style good buddy... whereas most come here to discuss a topic within the JFK case... you, it seems - with only the respect you deserve - have barely 1 thing to say, just the 1, and you repeat it as if it 1) needed to be so maybe you'd be taken seriously or 2) you were adding anything to the conversation to begin with... Maybe instead of trying and failing to be witty with every post, you could try for interesting, helpful and/or informative instead? Then maybe people wouldn't feel so imposed upon or annoyed each time you and your buddy in perpetual confusion, enter a thread as for the emoticons and you being upset about EVERY - LITTLE - THING I do...
  20. Steve - Thanks for helping me ponder... Jaggers-Chiles-Stovall was in Ozzie's phone book with "microdot" under it... Innocent letters sent to Russia by the wife... maybe not be so innocent?
