According to James Files (who only lies on days that end in 'y') you cannot wash off GSR. It must be waxed off as the GSR is embedded into the skin. No less than John Connelly did not believe in the 'magic' bullet and stated that he carried enough lead in his body for the rest of his life to personally disprove the single bullet theory.
