  1. Has there ever been an attempt to identify and interview the men who appeared in the line ups with him?
  2. no, it had been routine in Detroit for decades that the officer in charge would pick up the clothing and dry it, examine it and put it in evidence. It was not a federal crime to murder a president and the ME there was absolutely right it should have been done there. It all smells worse than a decomposed corpse-those who believe the single bullet ought to mount their unicorn and ride back to Oz.
  3. everybody is an expert in cyber space because they don't have to get their hands dirty or bloody
  4. I really ought to fire my editor but then I'd be unemployed and yes I actually believe there were two Oswald's and that John Armstrong pretty much had it right.
  5. so how many times have you handle bloody clothing? I did two tours in Detroit Homicide, handled bloody clothing on a regular basis and spent time with Dr Spitz discussing what bullet holes in bloody clothing could tell us.
  6. Recently on You Tube I saw some footage of the motorcade en route to Parkland. On the way they bypassed several private vehicles. Has any effort ever been made to track these folks down and find out what they saw in the limo? Also recently came across Will Fritz's "notes" of Oswald's interrogation. It appears the man was only semi-literate AND his notes are totally inadequate. I did two tours in Detroit homicide and taking of detailed notes was repeatedly emphasized and to write down my thoughts and impressions at the time. These notes would be placed in a misc file inside the homicide file and where not subject to discovery by defense attorneys. As stupid as it appears Captain Fitz was he should have been smart enough to know this would be the most scrutinized case he ever had and if for no more than self interest they should have been highly detailed UNLESS what Oswald was telling him did not fit the plan.
  7. I don't know if it's deliberate or, but I notice a lot moe ego than intellect. Do I have pet theory? You betcha but I'm looking for the truth, but if the truth me wrong, I wouldn't take marbles and go home. A little moe civility and the placing our egos in lock box we might actually solve puppy. At Homicide I solved a 60yr old cold case
  8. I met one of his former investigator's and he provided info and documentation that he will not allow to be shared until he is dead, but CIA was constantly sabotaging his investigation which they would not have done if he had nothing. And his former employee that I met could be a poster child for integrity and would have not have stayed around if Garrison was a crook. A lot of info not published exists about Ferrie's "impromptu" trip to Texas and the fact that Oswald had his library card because it would send up a lot of warning flares in the intell community and could be his get out of jail free card. Of course, he did not expect to be framed as the lone assassin.
  9. Joseph keep the faith and stay the course. I can tell you as some one who did 2 tours with Detroit Homicide that this case was not investigated properly.
  10. I suspect there were a lot people who were thrilled by JFK's murder, but I'm sure that only a relative handful knew it was going to happen. Clint may have funded it, but I'm convinced that if was run by Angleton and his cronies. I had a partner in the Tac Unit who had been a Green Beret in Vietnam and later worked Phoenix. He had heard the contract was discussed by a small group of SF and that SF snipers had been the triggermen. In spite trying to resume the conversation, he would never discuss it further. I verified through a retired high ranking Army officer that he had been both in Phoenix and a GB.
  11. This all a bunch of trype-there is no official connection between my church and the JBS. Salt Lake put out a letter forbiding ANY political mtgs in Church bldgs long ago. I've served on Executvie Councils over the last 30yrs and have never heard JBS even mentioned. I don't know if Harry got excommunicated or what, but his bitterness towards the LDS shines through.
  12. t's a shame that ego seems more important than intellect. We could have a very good chance of solving this case if we checked our ego's at the door and with ONE VOICE demanded the release of the files still being witheld. I've never claimed to be a Homicide expert, but anybody who has worked big city homicide for a year could tell you the Dallas PD effort sucked.
  13. I bought this as an E book, but quickly found it was poorly written and full of undocumented innuendo. I've had three best selling books on ammunition published so my comments on this book are not without foundation. Destiny Betrayed is a much better book
  14. I'm not sure what this means if anything, but my partner and I in Detroit Homicide, when we found ourselves clueless, we would often go back and approach the murder from a different direction and solve it.
  15. a whiff of smoke will often point to the smoking gun.
  16. I'm certain the communists had extracted all the info they could from the two spies before selling them. Have two buds who retired from CIA and one was sent to Africa in the 70's with $100,000 in US and went to a small village and ransomed a white guy. He had a phony passport for the guy. They flew into DC and a crew from CIA picked him up. During the time they were together not a single word was spoken. He though the guy was of Slavic descent but had nothing to prove it.
  17. all this nonsense about the Mormon Church is a lie. I've been a member for 70 yrs and a member of both local and regional excutive committees and as a white Homicide Sgt would have been an ideal recruit for such a movement-it doesn't exist. Additionally, I've been at the Nevada Test Site which is next door to Area 51-Yes, I saw alot of unusual things at night but I don't believe in UFO's, I believe in CFO's-classified flying objects.
  18. had the opprtunity while a Detroit cop to have a long conversation with a descendant of a Purple Gang member. He commented that conspiracies work best when they are lean and mean AND involve blood relatives exclusively. Do I think there was a conspiracy? Absolutely! I, however, think the operator's were a very small group and most likely involved a Special Operations Team borowed from Vietnam. I had a partner in the Tac Unit who had been active in Phoenix-I verified his involvement with an Army Colonel I knew. My partner indicated that Phoenix had done some "jobs" were outside of Vietnam. I thought he was talking about SE Asia, but he shook his head no and changed the subject.
  19. Robert, I believe it was Jonathan Swift who said, "You know you're on the right path when the Dunces have conspired against you." keep up the good work and keep it here.
  20. a big conspiracy may make people happy but it quickly becomes unmanagible and leaks like the Titanic. There were certainly alot of people happy to JFK die and who benefited without actually being involved. I think is was highly compartmentalized and a relatively small op. I have a friend who was involved in Che's capture. His opinion is that Morales strongest skills were as a hands on operator. Shooters with particular skill's needed were not that hard to find inside CONUS-the anti Casto Cubans seemed incapable of keeping their mouths shut. I've always thought that Mitch Werbell who invented the Sionics suppressor and Jack Cannon who invented the Glaser Safety Slug deserve alot harder look. I think Angleton was the planner, Morales the incident Commander, and 3-5 gunmen and an equal number spotters with a similar number of personnel to help them escape the event. They would have certainly a 2nd team in place past Dealy Plaza in csde the 1st attempt failed. During two tours in Detroit Homicde we often found that our assumptions were incorrect and had to look at the murder a second time from a totally different perspective. The real problem in attempting to solve this conspirarcy in not information but ego. Too many folks on our side of the fence are more concerned about their theory than the truth. 21. Only a fool would call a grown man, "Boy". I spent 20 yrs in the Detroit Police Dept where my assignments included-Tactical Unit, CSI, Homicide, and the Special Response Team. After my retirement I worked for Israel Military Industries and the National Nuclear Security Administration's Office of Secure Transportation, training the federal agents who transport nuclear weapons. Joseph Smith said it best, "People can leave this Church, but just can't leave it alone." It's too bad that such bigotry exists here-I just finished "Nexus" and find it more enlightening that a printed tirade by an Ex Mormon.
  22. Boy, you can learn more here about JFK assassination, by reading the 1990 manuscript/book CROSSTRAILS written by a resigned Mormon.
