I had not been aware that he perhaps, the next year with certainty , realized that none of the footage was destroyed / lost . Through our communication in 2007,- he never mentioned anything of that to me atleast.

It was just one of the first hits on google, - and a race against time, to get them online somehow. Will try to make an a account on a site with some real storage space, - just for the photos on the disk. But not tonight. Last : It is not many in total at this one,- and more importantly,- I see now that just the entitling (if that is a word) of some of them -- is not even informative enough,- to know what the clip/video even is. Btw. , a keyboard may be my enemy at times. If I just sit down to say one word, like "hello" or "thanks" - to someone,- and I end up writing a novel. A poor one. Also; I understand,- but no matter what you say,- I an nothing but stricken to the ground, just thinking of how many hours you have spent. Thanks for the input. Rusty as I am within this subject - I of course - out of curiousity, -- had to google Rago / Ringler, even though it may not have much with the original topic of the thread. My own input was just intended as the "two cents" from this subjective view, - and to try in some way, - illustrate that the original poster's suggestion of a way to solve this forum's problems, (which I have not been a witness to - the last 6-8-10 years in partial) -- in order to reach simplicity, -- may be somewhat good, - but that simplicity in itself, - in general,- and within this topic , --- is hard/impossible to achieve. Can't believe it is more than 10 years ago I made my Youtube-channel. It has been neglected to say the least. The videos are more than 10! years old,- and it was a different time then. As far as I can remember,- I only made public footage, - which at that time I had yet to see on Youtube or anywhere online. Some of the videos have sadly been removed, as far as I can tell,- but many are still there. I still get comments all the time ( I now discovered). I am so rusty myself now at this subject, compared to then -- - and Youtube is a different world now. I logged in the other day,- and for all I know -- it is low numbers,.- but for me it was quite astounding that such a neglected channel (do not think I have done anything on it since 2010 or somewhere around there) - has 3.5 million views and 1224 subscribers (who haven't gotten anything in all these years). I do not get what is really groundbreaking here. Interesting yes,- some of the details, i.e. Perry's reluctance to ever discuss or talk about the assassination (or was it reluctance to talk about what he had been told by agents of the SS,after what he stated to the reporters?) with one of the other doctors that were with him inside that trauma room. Personally I'm nowhere near being an expert in any of the fields within this assassination,- but I have heard about Perry's initial statement, - that he believed the neck/throatwound was an entrancewound. So is he referencing a book he himself wrote,or what? Which book,-which author? Which agents were these, - what were their names? ---- Regarding the article, - I guess already in the headliner he meant to write "Almost 49 years..." - instead of 39. Exaggerating a tiny bit also, to say that "thousands" of spectators were horrified to see that the President slumped to the left in his car. And I guess the writer of the article meant to say that the incision by dr.Perry was made into his throat,-not his neck! I guess virtually all stories change over the years that pass by,-but did not Hoffman's story change remarkably? And did he not actually say that on the day of the assassination he tried to tell what he saw to the FBI,- but that they offered him money!? to stay quiet?

I tried to explain in words,and those things what I call something might just as well be my eyes,deceiving me. I did not see the "stains" or whatever my eyes delludes me to believe it to be, when extracting that frame in particular,but when I watched the entire clip in slow motion. Maybe it was an mis-statement to say that what I see as stains (of what very well may be dirt from underneath the shoes of all the spectators),are "leading" towards that direction. Dark spots. Again I have to remind that I feel am not educated enough within these fields extensive studies,to make any competent sort of conclusive opinion. My main point was to make aware of what I perceive, share the information,and a reference to where this is taken from. Not all frames are this clear,and I am still trying to extract that clip in its entirety without loss of of quality,and as I really have severe problems with my OS,my videocodecs,and the compatibility of those towards the editor I am trying to convert to at the moment. I do have a 20MB extract now I am trying to compare to the source,if usable. But I'll see what I can do about trying to locate and install the lossless codecs,I seem to have lost due to formatting. The results I get now,as I am trying to extract is not as good as I could have wished. Again it could very well may be nothing,or dirt or whatever. I was just a sidenote. What I was originally interested in was the "pool of blood" as described by the witnesses and its true location. And why it was there in the first place. Not much to get out of any of these captures but I'll post anyway. As you can see from these,it is not much to conclude,maybe other that than I need glasses. This footage was apparently also converted to be shown on TV,and if I understood it right, I would prefer to be able to work with progressive frames. In the end I wanted to make aware of that part 3 series,and it is both typical and a shame if it is right what you say; that it is not available. The necessity of access to information is there. But its not there. The access. As an example I tried to get a hold on the Muchmore film enhanced by Archangel but to no avail.

Frontline produced a three part series called "Who was Lee Harvey Oswald". 17 minutes out in part 3,are some very short outtakes from different news agencies. Included is the few Darnell frames in the best quality I have seen so far. One can be inclined that to believe that it certainly is a pool of something there. Also on the steps (from the "pool" -leading up and to the right (south/southwest)),something is visible. Something that could resemble stains of some kind. Dirt,grass,soda,blood - I won't speculate, as it for all I know can be some result of grain,object,etc. - made in the process of developing the film. I do not have sufficient expertise to determine if it is anything at all really. If I should guess at this point in time,I could maybe guess that it is simply dirt coming from the vast amount of people running up there. Trying to find an exact spot of this pool of something, with the help of the testimonies can lead to a different conclution every time one reads them it seems. These spots/stains are certaintly more visible if viewing the clip alltogether,and not especially particularly in this frame I post now. Sadly I have some issues with my videocodecs right now,and are trying to solve the problem. I am sure other members here must be aware of this series. It is a portrait of Oswald,and features Gerald Posner,Dale Myers and Patricia (McMillan?). It is basically portraying Oswald as the usual lone nut. Extensive interviews with Ruth and Michael Paine, and James Hosty amongst others, are interesting though.

Yes there certainly is. Myself I practically stopped posting here,due to the way "most" topics seem to wander off into meaningless verbal,biased personal attacks.
