  1. I've viewed interviews of Wesley Frazier 200 times. One quote that he repeated in what seemed like half of these was his immediate question to Lee as they were getting into Frazier's car the morning of 11,22,1963: "What's in the bag Lee?" How many Mondays did Buell Frazier take Oswald to work in his car? 6? It appears that Lee throwing his brown paper wrapped item on the back seat was not what Frazier remembers him doing with his lunch bag the other 5 previous times. That suggest to me that what Oswald threw onto the back seat was not his lunch. At least not in the form Frazier ever witnessed in his 5 or 6 morning commutes to work with Lee.
  2. I've stopped posting about current political issues on the forum with a few exceptions such as RFK Jr., however I do miss the discussion. How do I access that political thread here? I do believe it is a tough call regards moving RFK Jr. completely out of the main forum because of one issue. When RFK Jr. keeps proposing his CIA involvement claims, it is intrinsically linked to the general JFKA debate. I've suggested however, that I think RFK Jr. cannot win the primaries due to his interjection of this highly charged issue into his campaigning. The traditional powers to be cannot let RFK Jr.'s charges turn into a growing public accepting threat against them. The JFK, RFK, MLK assassinations are still as taboo as UFO/ET reality subjects to bring into society wide political campaign discussion to any serious government mistrust degree. Dennis Kucinich's 2004 presidential campaign was instantly destroyed by the first question proposed to him by moderator Tim Russert in the first major televised debate. Something like...do you still believe in UFO's? How Russert got away with that Kucinich credibility destroying question has always been a mystery to me.
  3. It was rumor reported that RFK Jr.'s dad didn't "publicly" disagree with the Warren Commission because he felt that the right way and time to really get to the truth was only after he became president. The forces he was up against until then were just that too powerful. Hoover, LBJ, Helms, Military, MI Complex, Big Oil, Mafia, Segregationists, etc. Only as President could he truly have the power to over-ride those other competing forces. RFK was playing his true intent cards close to his vest even if it made him appear oddly submissive to the Warren Report to millions of Americans who wanted him to go after his brother's killers with a sword in hand bugle charge. And, again reportedly, RFK also wanted Jim Garrison's investigation to be deflated for similar reasons. RFK Jr.s bold, public straight for the jugular national news rocking claims about the CIA as one of his main campaign messages right out of the gate begs several questions for me. I don't think anyone who makes the Earth shaking charges he is making could ever be elected President. The majority of our society fear going that far with such scary responsibility demanding subjects. Heck, they don't want to deal with a super violent attack on our own Capital building full of our Congress and the Vice President by a massive death chanting mob of crazies. They don't want to deal with charging and perhaps holding accountable our own president for inciting the life and death trauma fear attack and then allowing it to go on for hours when he could have stopped it in 5 minutes. I could see RFK Jr. keeping his hot claim hat in the ring up to a certain point. But, going as far as a Ralph Nader 3rd candidate run will guarantee a Republican win next November/24 imo. RFK Jr. ( just by the still heroic Kennedy name alone ) could pull away 10 million votes or more. But not "one" would be from the Trump Republican base. There are no independent Republican voters.
  4. At least half the books and articles and an even higher percentage of documentaries ever published and/or produced about the JFKA have been dismissed by most of the higher credibility JFKA conspiracy believing research community as absolute crap. And the other half have been attacked just as aggressively by high level planted WC Lone Nut proponents bolstered by most of the MSM. There is no single book ever published on the JFKA that has been given a clear majority societal stamp of definitive credibility approval over all the rest. Why? How? It has been a 60 year long game ( agenda ) of purposeful high powered and financed derision, distraction and disinformation propaganda designed to keep the JFKA conspiracy truth from gaining the majority societal acceptance in our official historical record. Flood the Zeitgeist with disinformation to keep the truth confused and hidden from our society. JFK was brutally slaughtered in broad daylight in front of hundreds of eye witnesses on 11,22,1963. His security failed to protect him from shots fired from an unwatched window perch just above his motorcade limo. This happened in a city and state known for being the center of the most rabid JFK hating segregationist and powerful extreme right wing groups in the country. The main suspect arrested within just hours for the crime never admitted to it and claimed he was "just a patsy" in the affair. Sleazy Dallas strip joint owning Jack Ruby blew this one and only main suspect's guts out less than 48 hours after JFK was murdered in the midst of 70 armed security personnel ( including two handcuffed to him ) right inside the Dallas Police Department basement and this was witnessed live and/or seconds later on tape by 50 to 75 million Americans. Due to Lee Harvey Oswald's most improbable security breakdown, America was denied the opportunity to learn anything more about the crime in a truly informing criminal trial. After 60 years this is still all we can agree on regards the truth of the JFKA? What a sad, gut wrenching state of JFKA truth reality. Guess we're all just left with something akin to the Alcoholics Anonymous serenity prayer: "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can,and the wisdom to know the difference."
  5. Agree or not with the propositions expressed via K & K ... I find it one of the most informative and well documented research debate venues on the internet regards everything JFK.
  6. Gosh MK...that's being a bit harsh isn't it? Could you be more specific why you feel this?
  7. I couldn't recall whether a co-worker was carrying something into work, even just days after such, unless it was the size of a wine barrel, a strangled unplucked chicken or maybe a long rifle. And none of those workers were close to this quiet, nondescript new hire at all, with Buell Frazier being the exception. And if the wrapping paper found on the 6th floor was used by Oswald, did it have any tape on it? Oswald "threw" his package onto Wesley Frazier's car back seat. If it wasn't taped, it could have easily opened up. If Oswald wrapped his broken down rifle in Ruth Paine's garage and used tape and scissors, was any tape ever found there? Or scissors too? The paper found was not a "bag" was it? I do sense that Oswald felt he had lost Marina by the time of his last visit with her at Ruth Paine's. And losing Marina was going to mean she would take June and baby Rachel as well. The only thing that mattered to Lee Oswald in the area of affection, intimacy and fatherly love was his circle of Marina and his kids. Oswald was an extremely ( pathologically ) closed individual otherwise. No social connections beyond his little family. I can't totally rule out Lee Oswald saying "F*** It All" when he realized there was no chance to save his marriage and family. Didn't Oswald change seats several times after entering the Texas Theater? That's weird. Maybe he really was looking for someone?
  8. To actually hear these phone conversations between the Governor of Mississippi and JFK is an astounding and eye-opening experience. JFK stepped right up to the plate himself in that explosive situation. He didn't budge in his responsibility to uphold the U.S. Constitution regards the civil rights of black students like Meredith. You could hear JFK's growing frustration with the Governor who kept throwing out his state constitution loyalty when JFK was reminding him of the U.S. constitution having overriding authority. Finally, when it was obvious the state police were losing control of the violence in Oxford, JFK sent 20,000 federal troops there ( two divisions! ) to show he meant business. He also mentioned arresting retired Air Force General Edwin Walker if he continued to participate in law breaking protests, which he did! And incredibly, JFK even mentioned arresting the Governor of Mississippi himself if necessary! JFK was not afraid to jump into that fray knowing it could have triggered even more violence throughout that state and beyond. No one hated JFK more than the segregationist of our country. Of course people like Joseph Milteer, Guy Bannister and many others in that world wanted JFK's hide. And no wonder black Americans revered JFK as much as they did. They knew he was putting his life at risk standing up for them like he did in the integration crisis in Mississippi. JFK was hated way more by millions of people in his own country than he was outside of it, including the Russians and even Castro imo. Hated to a murder minded degree.
  9. Exactly AV. Most every American with a brain felt the same suspicion. Maybe 50 to 75 MILLION ( or more ) Americans!? I've mentioned before how I don't think a book has been written that fully and adequately captures the true depth of American societal shock, trauma, let down and mistrust toward their own government that Oswald's brutal murder and Ruby's improbable access into the Dallas PD building to whack Oswald in the midst of 70 armed police security fostered in their consciousness. The power of that live event on the minds of millions that watched it was improbably and impalpably profound. To an unprecedented even epic degree. JFK was brutally slaughtered live in front of 100's of eyewitnesses. Oswald was brutally slaughtered live in front of "10s of millions" of eyewitnesses! That fact made this an amazingly powerful impact event. I was watching NBC's live TV coverage of the Oswald transfer and murder. The second it happened on scene reporter Bob Pettit instantly and breathlessly shouted out the following words that I will never forget... "HE'S BEEN SHOT...HE'S BEEN SHOT! LEE OSWALD HAS BEEN SHOT!" If I could write I would expound upon my proposition that the true power and effect of that event seen live on national TV upon our entire society needs to be much more thoroughly examined and reflected upon. In my opinion...we were all traumatized much more than we realized...then and now. NBC TV reporter Bob Pettit's shocked shouted words would be the title of such a book.
  10. Sergio Arcacha-Smith Sergio Arcacha-Smith was born in Havana, Cuba, on 22nd January, 1923. He moved to the United States in 1945 and attended college in Texas. He served as Cuba's counsul in India under Fulgencio Batista. After marrying Shelia Duarte he left the diplomatic service and became Assistant Manager of the Lago Hotel in Caracas, Venezuela (1954-57). Arcacha-Smith returned to Cuba but after Fidel Castro gained power Arcacha-Smith went into exile. While living in New Orleans he joined with David Ferrie to establish the Cuban Democratic Liberation Front. Arcacha-Smith was also an associate of Guy Banister. Richard Case Nagell told Dick Russell that Arcacha-Smith was "strictly right-wing, into everything so-called anti-Castro". According to a FBI report Carlos Marcello offered Arcacha-Smith money in return for gambling concessions in post-invasion Cuba. In October, 1961, Arcacha-Smith introduced David Ferrie to Carlos Bringuier. In January, 1962, Arcacha-Smith was expelled from the Cuban Democratic Liberation Front after being accused of misappropriating funds. Later that year he made a secret trip to Mexico. Arcacha-Smith moved to Miami in October, 1962. The following month he settled in Tampa. The following year he moved on to Houston where he sold air conditioners. Later he becomes Assistant Manager of the America Hotel in Houston. While in Texas he became friends with Edwin Walker and Haroldson L. Hunt. In 1967 Jim Garrison was unsuccessful in having Arcacha-Smith extradited from Texas for questioning. Sergio Arcacha Smith died on 5th July, 2000.
  11. Pamela...seriously, I did not mention the word "classy" with any purposeful "making fun" intent regards your family eating Swanson TV dinners while watching the incredibly shocking Oswald murder news on national TV that day. I was raised in a fatherless, on welfare home. Even though our mom cooked most every dinner for my 6 older brothers and I for years, by the time I was a young teenager most of my older brothers had joined the service as it was the only option for them to get out on their own and making it. By that time and with a stepfather who stopped allowing regular meals to be cooked for my remaining 3 brothers and myself, we frequently ate when and in whatever way we could, always when Frankenstein was away on his day job. Hence an occasional 30 minute heated TV dinner that we would sneak into the freezer of our refrigerator. I never went to one restaurant until I was maybe 17 or so with the exception being our oldest brother ( out of the kindness of his father role taking heart ) taking us 4 youngest brothers to one in downtown Chinatown in San Francisco when I was about 6 or 7. To this day, my next oldest brother and I still remember that event as one of our most cherished memory ones. Years later, on my own as a young man I wasn't into cooking except maybe eggs. That is when I regularly began buying TV dinners. And honestly, I loved em! I was the opposite of a picky eater. As a child in elementary school the few times I got to eat a hot school lunch instead of my typical peanut butter sandwich and banana bag lunch, I felt as indulged as if I was dining at Spagos! Just some real life background sharing to verify my sincerity regards my respect for TV dinners back in those days. Your family dining on Swanson's TV dinners while watching the Ruby/Oswald news was no unclassy thing. In fact, I was amazed at how delicious those new food preparation concept meals were! I can still taste the fried chicken, corn and little chocolate cake ones. Mmmmm. And the crumpled up foil containers made wonderful throwing balls for what ever game purpose a childlike young man could imagine.
  12. What a dynamite document! It clearly ties together Bannister, Ferrie and Sergio Smith. Rock solid proof. And wasn't G. Wray Gill Carlos Marcello's attorney? It is rational to consider that since it is documented that Ferrie sexually molested young men in his Civil Air Patrol youth group, that young Lee Oswald could have been one of his victims? In that group photo of Ferrie with his CAP boys during what looks like a camp out, Lee Oswald looks like one of the youngest, smallest and most vulnerable of the group.
  13. Pamela, you and your family were eating Swanson TV dinners in front of the TV at that hour? Early lunch? Must say your family had class. Swanson had some real gourmet selections back then. I've been eating foil tray ( and now plastic ) TV dinners all my life. I consider myself somewhat a microwave meal gourmand now at the ripe old age of 72. Stouffers is consistently good. Their meat lasagna is a favorite. Marie Callender is fairly good. Banquet? Hard to pass on their 10 dishes for $10 specials. I've pondered having a JFK assassination anniversary talk event here in Monterey/Carmel, CA. from time to time. We have an older age and fairly well off demographic here. I am sure many lived through the event. I would think the State Theater on Alvarado would be a good venue for this? Or the lecture forum or drama theater at our Monterey Peninsula Junior College? The Sunset Center in Carmel is nice but very expensive. Our local Hyatt Regency hotel has great convention meeting rooms. I know several regular members here live in Calif. Kirk, Jim Di, Joseph McBride. Wouldn't be hard for them to get here. I wouldn't speak. Just coordinate others to do so. Wish I had the big bucks. Enough to pay our members to speak and arrange and pay for their transportation and lodging and meals. I think our speakers would love dining at such fine Carmel restaurants as "Casanovas", Clint Eastwood's "Mission Ranch" with a view of Carmel Bay, or "Terry's Lounge" in Doris Day's ( now passed on ) hotel..."The Cypress Inn." Monterey has a fine restaurant called "Tarpys" as well. Oh well...maybe I'll win the Lotto soon and we could make this happen.
  14. How would Shaw seeing "JFK's" autopsy photos change his opinion that 399 did not show enough fragment loss versus the amount he saw in the X-rays of Connolly's wrist?
  15. WOWEE ZOWEE! 15,000 MPH...and it was one of ours?
  16. Shaw had many years of experience in the trauma surgical area and one assumes many due to gun shots. He surely had experience reading X-rays and working side by side with radiologists, which is standard procedure. You can't dismiss Shaw's testimony that easily. And why don't we have an actual radiologist examine those X-rays of Connally's wrist. One with gun shot experience. And then show them 399 and ask them if they see more fragments in the wrist versus that missing from 399.
  17. By eye test? It sounds to me that Dr. Shaw saw more bullet fragments left in Connally's wrist than that stated lost from the 399 bullet.
  18. 3 to 15 degrees per second? What does that translate into regards miles per hour?
  19. Dr. Robert Shaw was the lead surgeon treating wounded Texas Governor John Connally the afternoon of 11,22,1963. The following is from Dr. Shaw's Warren Commission testimony regards Exhibit 399 which is the so-called "Magic Bullet." Mr. SPECTER - Now, without respect to whether or not the bullet identified as Commission Exhibit 399 is or is not the one which inflicted the wound on the Governor, is it possible that a missile similar to the one which I have just described in the hypothetical question could have inflicted all of the Governor's wounds in accordance with the theory which you have outlined on Commission Exhibit No. 689?Dr. SHAW - Assuming that it also had passed through the President's neck you mean?Mr. SPECTER - No; I had not added that factor in. I will in the next question.Dr. SHAW - All right. As far as the wounds of the chest are concerned, I feel that this bullet could have inflicted those wounds. But the examination of the wrist both by X-ray and at the time of surgery showed some fragments of metal that make it difficult to believe that the same missile could have caused these two wounds. There seems to be more than three grains of metal missing as far as the I mean in the wrist.Mr. SPECTER - Your answer there, though, depends upon the assumption that the bullet which we have identified as Exhibit 399 is the bullet which did the damage to the Governor. Aside from whether or not that is the bullet which inflicted the Governor's wounds.Dr. SHAW - I see.Mr. SPECTER - Could a bullet traveling in the path which I have described in the prior hypothetical question, have inflicted nil of the wounds on the Governor?Dr. SHAW - Yes.Mr. SPECTER - And so far as the velocity and the dimension of the bullet are concerned, is it possible that the same bullet could have gone through the President in the way that I have described and proceed through the Governor causing all of his wounds without regard to whether or not it was bullet 399?Dr. SHAW - Yes.Mr. SPECTER - When you started to comment about it not being possible, was that in reference to the existing mass and shape of bullet 399?Dr. SHAW - I thought you were referring directly to the bullet shown as Exhibit 399.Mr. SPECTER - What is your opinion as to whether bullet 399 could have inflicted all of the wounds on the Governor, then, without respect at this point to the wound of the President's neck? >>>>>> Dr. SHAW - I feel that there would be some difficulty in explaining all of the wounds as being inflicted by bullet Exhibit 399 without causing more in the way of loss of substance to the bullet or deformation of the bullet.." <<<<<<
