  1. I too wonder what would have come about in our country if JFK had lived and been re-elected in 1964? And the same with Bobby in 1968. I don't think the average American was even halfway aware of the true extent of special interest power battles going on in this country between those interests and JFK and RFK after JFK was elected in 1960. Power battles of unprecedented intensity, yet never presented as such in the MSM. Kept behind the scenes in that way. Of the top 12 power groups and individuals in this country ( who up until 1963 really ran things behind the scenes it seems) JFK and Bobby were considered the greatest threats to their power, wealth and control that they had ever encountered. The military old guard. The MIC which had their way to make tens of billions of dollars every year. Our intelligence agencies. Hoover. LBJ. WASP old wealth and banking set. The wealthiest men on Earth...Texas Oil. Organized crime which had grown to unfathomable power, wealth and influence. One third our citizenry which was rabidly segregation minded and hated JFK for his more liberal stances on civil rights equality for blacks. Hot headed Cubans who felt JFK had betrayed them in the BOP. If JFK had not been removed...those adversaries would have probably found JFK more of a threat to their interests in his second term than his first! JFK was going to implement his adversarial policies with a fuller commitment than he did in his first term. He wouldn't have to hold back for re-election reasons. This group of JFK hating adversaries ( which when combined was huge ) would probably have become even more desperate and aggressive in fighting JFK and RFK over their efforts to not only keep them in check, but to even dissipate their monopolistic power which Eisenhower had warned the nation about in his farewell speech. Describing this Military, Industrial and Congressional complex which had grown to possess unwarranted unelected power and influence that threatened our very democracy. JFK and RFK did not realize the true depths of seriously minded physical danger they were in just during JFK's first term alone. Imo anyways. All those highest power groups who felt threatened by JFK and RFK played for keeps. If JFK had survived and been re-elected and continued to confront them as he did in his first term...he and RFK both would have had to hunker down with unprecedented security the likes of which even they would have a hard time accepting.
  2. Trump opening up the JFK files? Just another dangling of candy he thinks might win him some votes. Would he deliver? Just reported on several internet news sites is an interview of a former Pennsylvania Mob boss. He says he had to deal with Trump and Trump screwed him. Atlantic City Casino stuff. He trashes Trump. A man you could not trust at all. When the Mob says you're a POS...well.... At least America knows Trump dealt with the American Mafia is his business dealings.
  3. Could someone post the Harold Doyle photos that don't look-alike? The one of him in the Dealey Plaza perp walk and the other one that looks different? Thanks.
  4. Cord Meyer? Well, one thing I am sure you agree with me about. The man walking in the grainy picture on the left, is the same person depicted on the right. Same "everything!" Height, build, head shape, haircut, gate ( leg movement exactly the same ) slightly stooped posture, suit type and color, distinctive white collar and even shoes etc. Check the folds in the lower back right side pant leg when the two photos are shown side to side. Exactly the same! Same with the indented fold in the upper back left thigh side of his pants. No doubt at all these two pics are of the same person. And I agree it is a worthy question, where the heck is this guy going? In the tramp walk picture he is headed to the end of the Texas School Book Depository building where there is only an open parking lot. I believe that lot had been closed off so he couldn't have been going back to get his car from there.
  5. Very possible. Whatever hit the windshield had a much reduced velocity and mass, hence just cracking it and not going through and through.
  6. Thanks. So, those fragments from the JFK head shot bullet traveled another 5 feet and with total loss of velocity simply dropped down on the front seat floor? JFK's head was pulled down slightly by Jackie when it was hit and was on a lower level plane than both Kellerman's and Greer's heads 5 feet in front of them. So, obviously those fragments didn't hop over Kellerman's and Greer's heads and then drop down. They either went right between their bodies before dropping down ...or, again they were part of a larger fragment or another bullet that hit the upper windshield frame. That's my "elementary dear Watson" laws of physics deduction guess anyway.
  7. Fragments of bone? Or fragments of a bullet or bullets? Since the bullet which reportedly went through JFK and John Connally was found virtually intact...any bullet fragments found in the front seat area ( on the floor or seat itself?) must have come from the JFK head shot, correct? That bullet went through thick skull bone upon entering JFK's head and did so again upon exiting, and in so doing exploded large flaps of skull bone outward as well as a huge cloud of pink colored blood and brain matter spray outward and upward that was so condensed it is easily visible in stills of the Zapruder film. How could anything left from that head shot bullet clear the Connolly's, the steel bar separating the rear seat area from the front seat area and then simply drop down onto the front seat area? Or, could any shell fragments found on the front seat floor have been from another bullet that hit the inner, upper windshield frame and left a finger tip sized and deep indentation with twisted surrounding metal in that steel frame?
  8. Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee discovers the Chief himself had already broken into Mary Meyer's garden art studio ahead of him just hours after Mary was gunned down on the river walk pathway in the middle of the day with no witnesses. Both looking for Mary's red book dairy? Now THERE'S a story worth pondering.
  9. Good point. There probably wasn't any blood on the front seats. Now the seat under JFK and Jackie? Now that was a bloody mess. Posner's credibility was famously shot when he claimed David Ferrie and Lee Harvey Oswald had no past connection at all and then the CAP Cadet camp out photo came out showing young Lee right there among the other boys in Ferrie's troop. How embarrassing to have a major claim in your first JFKA book totally debunked like that.
  10. Trump blusters every day to everyone! He is the Barnum & Bailey ringmaster of blusterers! Step right up folks...Step right up! You're not going to believe what I am about to show you. Look at this ... General Milley's invasion plans for Iran! Yes ... the real deal! Right here in my hands! Rustle, rustle. Can you believe it? They're not declassified though ... so this is off the record. There are two areas of secrecy inquiry that even Trump is hesitant to take too far imo. The Alien ET one and the JFKA one. Although you can be sure that the keepers of the full file truth of those two secrecy subjects would never let a blustering loose cannon character like Trump see anything close to the most important aspects of them.
  11. I didn't think there was "anything" that Trump could keep his mouth shut about. Yet, something he saw ( or was given a summary about? ) regards the still held back JFKA files was able to put the fear of God into him enough to actually clam him up? Must have been one jaw dropping doozie of a secret. Or secrets? I did notice Trump never bringing up the JFKA much or at all in the last year or two of his term. When Trump ran in 2016 he couldn't mention Raphael Cruz's father enough as one of Oswald's "Free Cuba" leaflet passing crew in New Orleans during the summer of 1963. One can have fun speculating what Trump was made fearfully aware of regards who killed JFK and why? Maybe Doug Caddy's sharing of E. Howard Hunt's explanation that JFK was killed because he was considered a threat to releasing the greatest mankind importance secret regards the Extra Terrestrial visiting Earth truth? Every former president asked about the ET subject after they leave office says the same thing..."sorry, can't talk about it." Maybe JFK was considered too dangerous in his acid taking with Mary Meyer? Maybe the JCS decided JFK was simply too dangerously crazy in his seriously proposing some type of Detente with the Soviet Union? Maybe Bill Clinton was telling the truth in stating on one of our late night TV talk shows that there was a government besides our general election one. And they decide what an elected President can and cannot know about our greatest secrets? Stone cites JFK files released by Trump as stating that Oswald studied Russian at one of our military language schools in North Carolina? And that LBJ was once a member of the KKK? I consider Roger Stone one of the most abhorrent characters in our political history ever. His loyalty to Nixon and all the constitutional law breaking shenanigans RMN and his entire staff carried out for years is perverted imo. Yet, he tears apart LBJ. And I agree with everything he has said about LBJ and how totally corrupt and deviant he was.
  12. How about the following impossibly illogical incongruity: Jack Ruby. Shamelessly sobbing off and on in front of others "immediately" upon hearing someone shot our beloved president, including to his sister Eva on the phone. He races to Parkland hospital while JFK is being treated there and stops well known newspaper writer Seth Kantor ( whom he knows ) to express his sorrow and ask Kantor's advice regards him shutting down his strip joint out of respect for the national tragedy loss. Kantor expressed agreement with Ruby's suggestion and testified to the Warren Commission that Ruby looked extremely distressed. Carrying on like that for hours including more sobbing after he returns to his strip joint Ruby actually shuts it down and angrily shouts at his calling in strip girls when they dared to ask why. Ruby is so emotionally effected and driven by the assassination he then thrust himself into the DPD building press crowd crush all Friday night to see if he can get close to Lee Harvey Oswald, including pretending to be a reporter complete with a Jacques Clouseau type glasses, note pad and pencil holding get up and acting and shouting performance. He continues his concerned obsession by driving around Dallas in the early morning hours after to take pictures of some JFK hate billboard to find out if a Jew had been so traitorous. Ruby later goes to his local synagogue to seek solace for his sorrow pain. Ruby then aggressively immerses himself "again" into the Saturday night DPD building and press conference crowd and upon it's conclusion even talks Dallas District Attorney Henry Wade into answering questions on the phone from a local radio personality Ruby knows. A man so wracked after a 3 day binge of sobbing tears of sorrow his obsession reaches insanity level where he crazily commits the ultimate final act of Jackie Kennedy pain protecting for her and her children by risking his life sneaking into the DPD basement press crowd and blasting Oswald's guts out right in front of and surrounded by 70 hair trigger anxious armed policemen. Now THAT is some deep love. Yet, the man holes up in a newspaper ad department the entire time of the downtown Dallas JFK/Jackie motorcade on Friday noon? This man about town isn't inclined to walk just two blocks to see his beloved President and world class beauty wife icons in the flesh? Sorry but that hiding away action on Ruby's part regards totally avoiding a Dallas event of the decade showcasing his beloved objects of extreme affection is so illogically contradicting of his well known man about town character it shouts major, reasonable suspicion.
  13. Thank you Doug Caddy for sharing this story again. Many members here, especially new ones, should know that you were right there in the middle of the Watergate break-in aftermath event. Called in to provide legal help for Hunt in the first days following his arrest. Your character is even depicted in the very famous Hollywood A-list film "All The Presidents Men" starring Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman! That is an amazing and important historical connection you have. E. Howard Hunt's own children could not recall his presence in their home on 11,22,1963. David Phillips reportedly confessed to his estranged and dying brother that he was in Dallas that day as well. William King Harvey? Who knows? That fellow walking across Elm Street toward the grassy knoll in Dealey Plaza minutes after JFK was shot really does look like Hunt. His Georgetown set spy trench coat gives him away. His hat looks just like Hunts. Odd that Hunt came up with his own personal code name for the JFKA like "The Big Event." Has anyone "ever" come across anyone else using that same term for the assassination? Hunt had an imaginative spy novel mind. Guess he made up the "Big Event" name on his own? The Gerry Patrick Hemming look-alike does greatly resemble Hemming imo. Same block head. Same haircut. Very tall man. Hemming was 6 ft. 8 inches. The fact that Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee and James Angleton were both breaking into Mary Meyers art studio looking for her dairy within hours after her murder is a huge, huge red flag of intrigue imo. To have two men of their highest positions doing that shouts out the probable truth that there is much, much more to the Mary Meyer story than we have ever been told. More than her getting JFK to drop acid with her and seeing the spiritually enlightened pathway of peace seeking and promoting.
  14. I viewed Mary Dowling's interview on You Tube. Mary Dowling was a waitress at "Dobbs House" restaurant in Oak Cliff during 1962 thru 1963. She worked alongside another Dobbs House waitress Mrs. Johnnie Maxie Witherspoon who admitted having a 2 year long affair with Officer J.D. Tippit. In that interview it was mentioned that Mrs. Witherspoon lived on the same street that J.D. Tippit was murdered on.
  15. Thank you all for posting. All I can do is speculate and express my own opinion regards the Hunt confession story. My gut feeling is that there are still at least some reasons ( if only a few) to not totally dismiss Hunt's JFKA story. Yes, we all know about Hunt's disinformation specialty background as well as David Phillips. He was also a wannabe Ian Fleming and he had trained himself to write Bond type spy books with exaggerated stories and characters. Those facts certainly affirm his ability and possibly an inclination to have made the whole confessional up. And Hunt was very money orientated in his mid-career days. He obviously liked the good life for himself and his family. The Country Club lifestyle. Large estates in the country. Cadillacs, cigars, private schools for his kids. He probably had his Bond type sexual dalliances in his travels. Hunt was clearly extremely financially stressed and desperate in his last invalid days. So it would make perfect sense that he wanted to get that one big last payday for his family before he died and needed to present Kevin Costner a great story to get it. All logical reasons to easily believe he made this guilty party JFKA story up. We all also know Hunt would lie his head off in the name of patriotic duty. G. Gordon Liddy same thing. Yet, there are some accounts mentioned by some in Hunt's circle that I believe collaborate at least a few aspects to his confessional story. Both Marita Lorenz and Frank Sturgis mention running guns to Texas and staying in safe houses on a Southern route days before the JFKA. Marita claims she dropped out of the group, sensing something too dangerous about it. Hunt mentions this traveling safe house scenario at the same time. He mentions only being a "bench warmer" for the group. There was movement of covert agents through the South ( at that time ) according to all three accounts stating this. As imaginative as E. Howard Hunt was in making up stories I still think his LBJ, Cord Meyer connection was too specific. Why throw Cord Meyer into the mix? Very few people ever heard of Cord Meyer before Hunt's story. Doug Caddy told us that Hunt also didn't personally like Cord Meyer. He had something less than flattering to say about Meyer upon Meyer's entrance to a private club Caddy and Hunt were dining at. I've read St. John Hunt's account of his very frictional and angry interaction with Kevin Costner when Costner came to get E. Hunt's story. St. John Hunt and his father were completely insulted by the pittance amount Costner offered for the story. I mean it was so cheap...I agree with dad and son when they felt it was insulting. It all blew up. Who do you believe in this tale? I think LBJ was so corrupt and ruthless, ordering or okaying murders was definitely possible on his end. Getting his protege Malcolm Wallace off of a jury reached murder conviction is just one true story that reveals his corruption in spades. I also believe LBJ's long time mistress regards her claim that LBJ "growled" into her ear the late night of 11,21,1963 that "after tomorrow those blankity-blank Kennedys will never embarrass me again. That's no threat, that's a promise." Was Hunt throwing in Cord Meyer in his guilty men JFKA story to get back at him for some reason? And the murder of Mary Meyer just adds another connecting thread to the Cord Meyer mystery. IMO, the Mary Meyer killing was a classic professional hit. One carried out in broad daylight along a public walk way yet in an area where there were no eyewitnesses. Washington Post editor Ben Bradley races to break into Mary Meyer's art studio within hours of her death and finds spectral James Jesus Angleton already there!? Both of them looking for Mary Meyer's dairy? PLEASE...
  16. No takers regards my E. Howard Hunt "Big Event" confessional question eh? Typical. No one wants to commit to it's integrity...let alone it's existence.
  17. What person goes to a car dealership, asked to test drive a car and then proceeds to drive like a "MAD MAN' while doing so? Especially if he or she is sober? Oswald may have driven around a residential neighborhood with Ruth Paine a few times. However, I doubt if she told him to go onto a freeway and "LET ER RIP!" Sounds like Lee H. wasn't ready for freeway driving. Surprised no one asked Ruthie more details about her driving lessons with Lee. How far did you let him drive? How fast? How did he do? Was he nervous or calm and confident driving? Did you let him go onto the freeway? Was he ready to take a DMV test and pass in your opinion? Very important questions.
  18. Do all here dismiss E. Howard Hunt's taped, near end-of-life confessional about his team's involvement in "The Big Event" including his "bench warmer" role and his placement of LBJ and Cord Meyer in the hierarchy of it's planning? If so, please explain why you do...and your thoughts as to why Hunt would propose and create such an earth-shaking confessional? If it was all a hoax...why would Hunt perpetrate it and state it on tape no less? And even include a diagram of hierarchy drawn by his own hand? That tape and it's accompanying diagram is universally treated as if it doesn't exist. Sorry, the tape and the diagram does exist. And the ignoring of that Hunt confessional reality impugns the integrity of those that do imo. Before the Hunt "Big Event" tape and diagram...how many JFKA researchers and writers ever included the name "Cord Meyer" in their possible "guilty men" scenario speculations? Hunt not only mentions Meyer but even offers his opinion as to Meyer's specific motive for wanting JFK killed. That of a jealous husband who lost his wife's affection to JFK. Was Hunt the first to offer this Cord Meyer involvement and motive story? Or, had someone before him presented this and in a published way?
  19. Why is the above application document completely filled out but not signed by Oswald? Looks like Lee printed his name at the top and filled in the boxes answering every question. Where was this document found? At Ruth Paine's residence? Or at Oswald's North Beckley room? He listed his residency address as "Irving, Texas." Was Ruth Paine ever asked how Oswald did in his 4 driving practice runs with her and her car? Was Ruth Paine's car a stick shift? Or an automatic? Question for Michael Crane: Do you think Lee Oswald could have been the customer that car salesman Al Bogard described as test driving one of his cars and driving like a wild man on the highway while doing so?
  20. Why would Lee put off getting a license and a car for such a long time and instead go through the humiliation of depending on others to drive him and his family around so much? 4 times hundreds of miles from Dallas to New Orleans and back again?
  21. Young Lee Oswald moved around so much as a child through adolescence ( you don't keep a car easily at hand in that type of unstable situation ) and his barely making ends meet mother didn't sound as if she had a car much of the time. And even when she did, I could imagine LHO's mean, bossy and impatient mother being the worst person you'd want to have show you the ropes. Give it some gas...no, let it off, hit the brakes! Watch out! Turn left, turn right, HARDER, OH NO...you just ran over a curb Lee ...YOU IDIOT! Lee didn't have a father to give him beginners lessons. His much older brothers Robert and John Pic weren't around to do so either. Ruth Paine did however, testify that she gave Lee Oswald driving lessons several times using her car in 1963. I remember friends of mine who got cars at an early age and would let me drive a block or two myself at times. Amazing how easy and relaxed it was to have friends your own age show you how to do things like drive a car. Or brothers close to you doing the same thing. Oswald had nothing like that going for him. We also had mandatory "Drivers Education" classes in our high school. I doubt they had those in Lee's time. And there was never enough money in Lee's world to even think about buying a car...even an old junker. You really didn't need a car in the 1950's enlisted man Marines. Stationed overseas they had their own transportation to and from wherever they needed to go. And where would you park a car if you bought one? Right outside your barracks housing? The longer one waits to get a license and do drivers training the anxiety level is higher imo. When you are a teenager ( especially boys ) I think most have less fear of trying new things like driving a car. An extension of riding and racing bicycles maybe? Lee missed the boat in that regards. I believe he had more fear of driving than what has been speculated. And Lee didn't drive in Minsk at all did he? It's sad that Lee was saddled with that handicap which burdened him and his family to be so dependent on others to help them in that way. Taking city buses and Greyhound buses get's old, inconveniencing and even embarrassing, especially when you have a wife and infant children in tow. This handicap of Oswald's was a huge burdening problem for him and his young family. It put enormous strain on his marriage. Just think how much better his family life would have been if they were free to come and go anywhere they wanted and didn't have to be dependent on the White Russians and Ruth Paine like they were? And the car shopper customer of Dallas car salesman Al Bogard who took Bogard for a wild 80 MPH Daytona 500 race track test drive just two weeks before 11,22,1963 could not have been Oswald. If Bogard's story was true...that episode proves Oswald was being impersonated.
  22. Thought provoking read GD. Lots of curiously interesting information I was never aware of. Is there an official entry into the DPD records stating a car was discovered running with it's keys in the ignition ( but no driver ) in the alley way behind the Texas Theater as the police were swarming that area? If so ...now THAT's suspicious. Curtis Craford ... what can one say about that odd character? Vagabond circus carny extraordinaire. Right there with Ruby for weeks before and right through the JFKA and then his ridiculously explained getting the hell out of Dodge run to the nearest freeway on-ramp with only $7.50 from the Carousel till, one bag and a light coat to begin his 1,250 mile hitchhiking journey to his sister's house in Michigan in the freezing cold upper Midwest late fall weather? Burt Griffin and everyone else on the Warren Commission had no choice but to consider Craford and his preposterous hitchhiking story with extreme suspicion. If you read Craford's Warren Commission account of his spur of the moment impulsive no notice run away from his job at the Carousel and Jack Ruby and his amazingly colorful hitchhiking tale with obviously made up characters who supposedly picked him up and befriended him along the way you can't help but laugh at the ballsy brazenness of it all. With no bathing or changing of clothes for 3 days and sweatingly walking miles at times in the day and night along country roads in the middle of nowhere between ride pick-ups...Craford must have looked and smelled like h*** when he finally arrived at his sister's house near the Canadian border and greeted her with his toothless grin. She must have thought...oh boy...look what the cat dragged in. My wandering, toothless brother. Road dust dirty, stinky ... and broke as usual. Come on in Curtis. I'll make you some coffee and a piece of pie while you get yourself a bath so we can talk without gaggin'. Craford may not have been a "Rosetta Stone" in the case...but he was surely more than just a dumb as a rock simpleton in it ... imo anyways.
