I find it still amusing that every report about Oswald is based on the Oct 1 call which has already be proven NOT to be Oswald... It's a non starter.... With respect DSL, Duran recommended the photo shop for theses visa pictures... Something her job would require. Yet she cannot say which of the few locations these photos could be taken it was... She doesn't know where she sent this man? Two, she staples 1 photo to original and the carbon... Yet there are no staples in the carbon version... Finally, the FBI asset at Gobernacion who no one has ever written about until I did admits on the 8th that they too have no proof he was there. It is this asset who provides the FBI with ever item of MX evidence... He touches the hotel registry, visas, tickets, manifest, FM11....etc. The man Ruby shot was not in MX. He was in Dallas and the Odios, who are not Cuban intelligence or CIA or DFS are much more reliable a witness than the den of liars in MX... ?

On thing I find strange is that all the notes I've seen about Oswald after the left ear operation was he never had a problem with them again... the notes on this guy state he had a left ear problem, operation and "ears have ached since childhood" They note the left side surgery scar.... On page 411 of CE985 it says that Oswald wrote " I have no PASSPORT ... given to American Consul in Moscow" He was given a National Passport and ID card...

That brings up thoughts related to Hoover's memo that someone else MAY be using Oswald's Passport other than Lee... He was right.

His citizenship in the USA was never officially renounced; He did give them a Passport He may have requested Soviet citizenship, but he never got it... & everyone who analyzed it came to the same conclusion as the HSCA... (48) XI. A check was made of the historical diary (item 16) . The 12 pages were written with the same type of writing instrument. The paper used for 11 of the 12 pages is similar ; only the last page differs-it is appreciably thinner. The writing has a continuity from page to page and line to line that is indicative of being written about, or at, the same time. It does not give the impression of being "random" as would be expected of a diary extended over a period of time. It appears that this diary has been written within a short period of time and not over any extensive period . (143) Opinion. While the diary was submitted for examination in original form, it was almost completely unsuitable (with the exception of p. 11) for document examination because of treatment with fingerprint developer. Little patches of ink were unobscured, but these were insufficient as a basis for a definite conclusion . From the patches of ink that could be studied, there are indications that the same pen and, ink could have been used to write the entire diary. However, this observation is based solely on microscopic examination ; no chemical tests were made or authorized . Use of the same pen and ink (particularly when, as here, a fountain pen or a dip pen, rather than a ballpoint pen, was used) is more consistent with the diary having been prepared at one time, or over a few consecutive writing sessions, than it is with execution from day to day over the extensive period covered.

The last is the assumption that Oswald went to Dallas with Marina...Kaack report from Oct 31st describes the New Orleans arrest but still no whereabouts for Oswald.. A 10/25/63 FBI memo from SAC New Orleans tells us Oswald left the Paine address for forwarding mail. The link offers: "While CIA agents had picked up on Oswald while he was in Mexico City in September 1963 trying to return to the Soviet Union, where he had defected in 1959, they did not pay much attention to him, according to a Sept. 18, 1975, CIA report that attempted to explain what the agency knew about him." Both the photo and voice are not his... in essence there is simply no direct evidence that Oswald was the person Duran and Azcue describe. Then it's simply a coincidence that the GPO is zone 1 and the postmark includes one of the established zone numbers? I've heard the arguments related to the different machines and what type of marks are placed on the envelopes... The map below shows that zone 12 touches the corner of W. Commerce and N. Beckley... The corner of N. Beckley and W. Commerce is where the Beckley bus turns south... and continues right past the bus stop in front of Oswald's rooming house. Most feel Oswald got on the Marsalis bus but McWatters and Roy Milton both negate the thought that Oswald was on THAT bus... yet his "interrogation" yielded notes that said he took a bus all the way either home or to the Texas Theater...
