  1. Reliability as a witness[edit] Author Gerald Posner profiled Odio as an unreliable witness and one who has a histrionic personality disorder. Posner, a defender of the Warren Report, discredited Odio's character by revealing portions of her psychiatric history and accounts of what her friends told him. Specifically, Posner mentioned Odio's hysterical fainting spells and that she is a divorcee who left a fractious marriage.[18] Odio's psychiatrist, Dr. Burton Einspruch, told the House Select Committee "Let me say, consciously, I don’t think she would want to lie, but to me, it’s very conceivable that in the histrionic personality, the kind of personality that she had that where she would not lie, she could be — has a degree of suggestibility that she could believe something that did not really transpire."[19] Notes[edit] The Warren Commission's report also said that Odio's sister briefly saw the three men when answering the door and thought that the American was Lee Harvey Oswald.[6]
  2. I was making a general statement regarding my own personal view that there was a connection. And that for anyone to think otherwise is naive.
  3. Repectfully Paul, then what would Oswald's motivation or agenda purpose be in personally involving himself with these militant anti-Castro types? A planted spy? For whom?
  4. Like I mentioned, if you believe Syliva Odio's story, then you must conclude that Oswald was involved with JFK hating Cuban political extremists just weeks before 11,22,1963. And to say that this association had absolutely no meaning, connection or importance regarding Oswald's alleged actions on 11,22,1963 is nonsense.
  5. So, did the WC decide this date ( the 25th of September ) was mistakenly given as the correct date? And if so, what do you make of their conclusion? Do you personally believe Sylvia Odio and her Angelo/Leopoldo/Oswald visit story entirely, mostly, partly or not at all?
  6. Even if Oswald was on the bottom floor of the TXSBD when JFK was shot, his own interrogation admitted actions during and right after ( seconds ) just add to suspicious nature thoughts and questions. Most everyone in the employee group there were showing great personal shock, sadness and distress. Billy Lovelady ( and Shelley?) take off running to look for possible shooters. Others are shocked and frozen with disbelief. They are anxiously talking with one another. Press and police are running frantically to and fro. Yet, Oswald decides that right there in the unprecendented frantic energy, highest shock and distressed scene ( The President has just been shot mere feet from him!) that now would be a good time to saunter up to the second floor lunch room to get a soda pop and stand there by himself sipping it as if this was just another typical work day? Apparently, whatever Oswald had for lunch earlier, if anything, he missed having something to drink with it and all this excitement worked up a desperate thirst? And you'd also have thought that politically and "Fair Play For Cuba" obsessed Oswald would have been even more shocked and interested in such an event happening just feet from him contemplating what a JFK shooting incident would have meant to America's and JFK's Cuban foreign policy stances. A instant massive change for sure. Heck, you would also think maybe Oswald might have thought about making a quick phone booth call to his wife and Ruth Paine reassuring them about his personal safety being so close to the killing scene ( right in front of his building ) and knowing they would certainly soon be seeing this shocking news on TV or hear about it on the radio? He had enough change in his pocket to do so considering his soda machine and bus ticket purchases. Since Oswald's immediate supervisor or Truly himself never told any employees they could leave their jobs after the shooting, it seemed illogically selfish and irresponsible for Oswald to walk off his job like that. Self-centered Oswald just being Oswald? Perhaps, but like everything else with Lee Harvey Oswald...half the time his actions seem way too illogical relative to average folk. An enigma so pronounced, it begs suspicion of motivation beyond just his basic extremely closed, uncommunicative and secretive personality.
  7. I understand Sylvia Odio is still alive? In all these years, you would think that someone would have shown her pictures of Cuban men who were possibly the ones that visited her apartment with or without someone they identified as Lee Oswald? I assume many researchers have tried over the years to interview Ms. Odio and her younger sister as well? However, with only a couple of personal interview videos from long ago being the only ones I have ever found and viewed, I have to guess Ms. Odio and her sister chose to cut off all such interaction completely? Perhaps for their own and their family's privacy and mental health? The incredibly important ( smoking gun mind blowing important ) thing with the Angelo/Leopoldo/Oswald visit to Syliva Odio's apartment incident and her sworn WC testimony describing it in detail is that "if one believes it as fact"... then to such believers it proves a conspiracy of at least Oswald's much more involved interaction with extremely active anti-Castro / JFK hating Cuban resistance movement members and their presence ( and Oswald's ) in the Dallas area at that time. Didn't the WC dismissed Odio's story and it's relevance mainly because they decided that the dates she gave for the visit conflicted with the dates they believed Oswald was in Mexico? Sylvia account of not just the visit ( basically backed up by her right there eye-witness sister ) wasn't just explosive in it's Oswald presence aspect, but also what Angelo told her about Oswald in a day or two later phone call. Even if the man who was introduced to Sylvia in that nightime visit was not the real Lee Harvey Oswald, the fact that he was presented as such to her is totally and importantly conspiracy suggesting. So many times JFK assassination truth seeking interested students are presented with the final simple choice of deciding "who they want to believe" in the over-all story of the event amongst the hundreds of characters involved who have given sworn and notorized testimony or simply shared their tales in interviews with researchers that conflict with the final WC findings of Lee Harvey Oswald as a lone nut killer of JFK. No conspiracy involved. Odio's sworn testimony account rings true to me. I believe her. I believe that Oswald ( or even an impersonator ) was with the two other men who visited Odio's apartment that evening. I believe her account of what was communicated to her in the next day's phone call to her by Angelo ( or Leopoldo?) regards Oswald. So, obviously, I believe this Sylvia Odio story proves at least some conspiracy involving Oswald with extremist JFK hating Cuban political activist types just two months before 11,22,1963. Just like I believe other WC sworn testimony accounts which they chose to dismiss including Seth Kantor's "Jack Ruby in Parkland hospital encounter" just after the assassination as well as so many others. Sometimes the WC's dismissal of their own witness's testimony was so grossly arbitrary and baseless it begged ( even shouted ) common sense suspicion to a sickening degree imo. Syliva Odio gave a very detailed Angelo/Leopoldo/Oswald visit account to the WC. She was asked many, many pointed and probing questions. In all her answers, if she was making this story up (especially the Oswald presence with the other two Cubans) she was never tripped up, she stuck with the same story without contradictions and she was backed up by her sister and others whom she interacted with in the days just before and after the visit incident. The WC questioners couldn't trip her up and expose her as a nut case and damage her credibilty. So, they had one option to make her story go away. Oswald ( or the real Oswald ) could not have been with the two Cubans who visited her at her apartment that September 1963 evening because he was in Mexico at that time. Too bad Perry Mason wasn't around to embarrassingly counter and destroy that weak Hamilton Burger proposition. No, the WC hearings had no such counter balance of evidence and testimony challenging. It was a grossly inadequate one-sided FBI controlled affair.
  8. Just read your entire conspiracy theory summary BC. Whew! I never sleep and reading your JFK speculation/explanation post beat two hours of idle thought insominia tossing and turning. So much to comment on. Agree with many of your plausible explanations. Will chime in later with shared takes and thoughts.
  9. I watched the Jim Garrison response on TV when it was aired. As usual elegantly stated and presented. Garrison was really a man of superlative intelligence, verbal and public speaking skills. A moving, thought provoking and true deeper moral value honest man and speaker. Every detractor of Jim Garrison couldn't hold a candle to his sincere, righteous moral value courage and eloquence imo.
  10. At one point, Buckley cites Liddy's "personal heroism." ? Buckley is Buckley light in this interview. Not his usual aggressively sharp tongued sarcastic and antagonistic combativeness with condescending offended raised eyebrow theatrics and hard hitting even insulting insinuations like he leveled at so many other show guests whom he thought were of the "left." In this debate/interview Buckley is notably subdued ( soft spoken, no outraged face making, no sarcastic analogy jokes ) just like he was with E.Howard Hunt. My sense is that Buckley protects those whom he considers true patriots by pulling back on his usual hard probing, attacking and insulting barb punches, Kid glove stuff?
  11. This article is extremely interesting. Surprised it was allowed to be published.
  12. I know it's WIKI However, It's at least a starting point informing summary of his life. I am sure most forum members don't know the majority of life to death details of GDM's life that are presented in the WIKI piece. To me, GDM is a fascinating character in the whole JFK/Oswald/Intelligence world affair. George de Mohrenschildt - Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org › wiki › George_de_Mohrensc... George Sergius de Mohrenschildt (Russian: Георгий Сергеевич де Мореншильд; April 17, 1911 – March 29, 1977) was a petroleum geologist and professor who befriended Lee Harvey Oswald in the summer of 1962.
  13. Mr. Liddy helped devise plots to discredit Nixon “enemies” and to disrupt the 1972 Democratic National Convention. Most were far-fetched — bizarre kidnappings, acts of sabotage, traps using prostitutes, even an assassination — and were never carried out. Never carried out? Oh please. Liddy would never admit to any dastardly deeds he did carry out. Even if they were exposed. How naive to think Liddy didn't pull off many nefarious political dirty jobs. Who knows what the guy may have done in this area? Even murder wouldn't shock me. Liddy would do "anything " in the spirit of being a loyal soldier to those whom he considered the ultimate American patriots. And Liddy bragged how he would lie profusely if he thought the patriotic "cause" demanded this. E. Howard Hunt was " weakly" asked by his son's godfather William F. Buckley if he ( Hunt ) had participated in other nefarious political dirty trick acts and Hunt's eyes shifted and he hemmed. Buckley quickly dropped the subject. Hunt, Liddy, McCord, etal. They wouldn't have been chosen and greenlighted to do the Watergate caper if they had a track record of failure in the dark world of illegal political subterfuge. These guys were extremely experienced "experts" in their field of nefarious political dirty deeds. And how do you earn the title of expert? By doing these things successfully. If we only knew the full extent of all the capers they were apart of. Most would probably not believe the full file truth. IMO.
  14. I read many of Jim Di's Kennedy's And King essays he occasionally posts on the forum. Love the deeper and thought provoking historical knowledge he shares and which seems well cited. He also includes interesting pieces by other writers. I do see how he tries to keep his writing easier to follow by those of us who are not used to more complex and higher vocabulary versed literary expositions which he could whip out blindfolded I am sure. Still, like a highly trained "Grand Chef" making dishes for the common palate he can't help but toss into these a pinch of choice dramatic or even humorous flavor enhancing exotic spice quotes, words or analogies now and then and which makes his essays as deliciously fun to read as they are informative and thought provoking imo. Jim Garrison also had this skill of mixing just enough well chosen subject fitting humor in with his deadly serious writing to keep his readers entertained and engaged as well as informed. Regards George de Mohrenschildt, isn't it obvious to everyone by now that if anyone involved with Oswald, even for just a few to several months before 11,22,1963, that begs the most believably suspicious motive scrutiny it would be him? GD's thoroughly documented background shouts agency activity...for decades! I always wondered why the de Mohrenchildts ( both George and Jeanne ) didn't immediately end their contact with Lee and Marina over the rifle discovering incident in the Oswald's apartment. Whether GD asked Lee upon seeing the scoped rifle in the closet if he had perhaps taken a pot shot at Walker, or said "how could you miss" to Oswald as Marina testified to, GD surely seems to have had a serious sense that Oswald might very well have been the Walker shooter. You can be sure that Russian suspicion savvy Jeanne and George de discussed the rifle discovery incident with dark Lee Oswald implication ponderings after they left the Oswald's apartment. Who would want to associate with someone they suspected slightly or strongly was going around trying to kill people for any reason? Maybe they decided to distance themselves from the Oswalds in Marina considering stages beginning that evening?
  15. Another shooting with multiple victims? Virginia Beach. Seems like all across this country daily life is more and more becoming like a violent video game. Maybe viewing and playing these thousands of times, viewing decades of violent movies and listening to violence themed rap music has numbed the minds of millions of newer generations to it all? Younger adults ( even teenagers ) getting and carrying guns like it's normal? In our most important areas, our entire society is massively fractured, misguided and confused and desperately needs a healthier, kinder and more hopeful common bond goal focus. Young people today are in a hurricane of conflicting social, cultural, economic and morality confusion. What's right? What's wrong? What's good or bad? What's important? What should we all be aiming for? Our ethnic make up has changed so much in the last 30 years, English isn't the main language in many major American population areas anymore. Young people in America today have seemingly a thousand different conflicting, confusing, and constantly changing stressful challenges and pressures to face just as they're facing entering the world on their own. Certainly different than my "Baby Boomer" generation. Economic, social and gender correctness, ethnic, cultural and language diversity, political, religious, relationship and parenting demands, crime, violence, housing cost explosion madness, loss of jobs, never ending infux of millions of illegal immigrants which only adds to the ever growing financial stresses of cities, counties and states regards their societal need providing budgets. And now with this unbelievably traumatic virus madness? I say we are in an unprecedented national public health crisis way more stressful and damaging than at any time since WW II. And even that event didn't fracture us and traumatize us and especially our young people like what we are experiencing now. I believe this increasing multiple victim gun violence is a by-product of societal confusion, division, fracturing, stress and trauma.
  16. I'd still take JFK's character over LBJ's and Nixon and Trump's anytime. I think we have to grow up regards JFK's extra-marital affairs. Besides that one addictive and admittedly wrong marraige vow dishonoring flaw, no President has ever inspired and energized not just America, but the entire free world in the most important areas of democracy based societies like JFK did. He was truly moral in his stances on racial injustice and equality, opposing of long time abusive colonial rule, standing up to hard line military leaders who would actually consider nuclear war as an option, economic disparity, unchecked growth and influence of the massive MIC as Eisenhower warned and our secret government agencies yet he would not back down if America and our allies were truly threatened by any outside aggressors. Etc., etc. When JFK was taken out, we were left with a President 10X more corrupted and morally bankrupt than JFK ever was. And whom had his equally black mail corrupt "brother" J.E. Hoover kept close as his wing man throughout. How come LBJ's extra marital dalliances ( as numerous as JFK and which produced children and humiliated his wife Lady Bird ) are hardly ever mentioned in any main stream media? LBJ was an extraordinarily crude, debased and probably murder ordering creep compared to JFK and we all know it. And could you ever imagine JFK saying to anybody, even in a jocular setting, that he liked to "grab em by the pu$$y" referring to attractive women he encountered? Trump talkes like a street thug half the time. Using Mafia, WWF Wrestler and angry fringe right lingo even in public speeches! Gotta go after those "rats", gonna take you down baby, gotta keep fighting the lib commies, keep up the good fight my fellow patriots. Tough guy patriot talk, coming from a guy who dodged the draft at the height of the Viet Nam war? A guy who got out of serving his country in any risk taking and sacrifice military duty way? JFK put his life on the line in WW II. And yet he never tried to talk patriot tough like D.J. Trump. I disagree with Judyth Exner. JFK was more qualified to run this country than anyone since, by far.
  17. Received my first Pfizer Covid vaccination shot yesterday. A less than great report I'm afraid. No side effects for several hours into the evening except my tinnitus increasing 50% and feeling more drained than usual, however I often feel that way so not sure if it was my imagination? Later though about 10PM and since then my upper arm is hurting, especially right at the injection point. Just touching it hurts much worse than I had heard others say it did for them. Deep soreness pain, even without any contact with anything. Can't lay on that side. Don't want to be too negative ( no breathing problems at all and no fever or chills ) but I have not slept one second all night. My upper and lower insides feel tense, agitated, stressed, kind of sick feeling, especially my stomach and intestinal tract. Constant loud growls, rumbling, stress and again slight nausea in that area. Is this a Covid vaccination side effect? I had been feeling quite well in this regards until today. My guess is that it probably is? I am sure about the tinnitus side effect however. I noticed just 3 or 4 hours after my shot that the tinnitus I already have in my left ear increased in loudness 50%. Still this loud at 4:05 AM this morning. Not my imagination. I am obviously somewhat anxious about these post shot side effect symptoms. The arm pain is expected and will fade I am sure. Hoping the other physical stresses somehow dissipate throughout the day today as well. We'll see. Wish I could say I felt no different after the shot than before. Just can't though.
  18. Perhaps we just see many more types, shapes, sizes and numbers of UFO's because of the huge increase in camera and video access technology and use? Kenneth Arnold's 1947 Washington State sighting UFO 's were crescent shape. More Star Wars exotic looking than the mundane 1950 McMinnville, Oregon garbage can lid looking one. And similar to at least two reported crashed UFO's later on? And perhaps as we have advanced incredibly since WW II in our own air flight technology, there has been greater ET interest in our advancement, especially our beyond Earth's atmosphere vehicles? We have had reports of UFO's as large as 2 aircraft carriers ( Japanese airline cargo flight sighting over Alaska in 1986 ). Entire cargo was Beaujolaise wine! A small polished obsidian pyramid shaped landing one at RAF Woodbridge in Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk, England in 1980. Massive, silent V shaped UFO fly overs in Phoenix, Arizona in 1997 and Texas and other areas since. We have more orange colored Chinese Lantern type UFOs reported now. Still, for much of the last 75 years and even now, it seems the general saucer type UFO is the most commonly reported shape of choice. I noticed that for a few years, some up close UFO sighting reports were accompanied with descriptions of "Nordic Blond" occupants. I felt that this was really good news about a usually dark and scary phenomena. I thought if I was ever abducted, maybe a Pamela Anderson look alike alien might greet me upon my ship materialization?
  19. Yes, great thoughts and questions. No smoking guns at this point? Guess E. Howard Hunt's end of life "Big Event" explanation about the JFK murder is officially classified now as a ridiculous St. John Hunt monetary gain motivated hoax? And the subject of Ed Lansdale's possible presence in Dealey Plaza on 11,22,1963, as well as Rip Robertson meaningless as well? Also, how could "Assignment Oswald" writer and Oswald note ( or more file info? ) destroying FBI agent Hosty know whether Oswald was outside watching the JFK motorcade when he told the WC he was having lunch in a downtown Dallas diner during the motorcade?
  20. Oswald just turned 20? Man, he was just a kid! At that age I didn't know anything about anything except my primal urge satisfying need being my one overwhelming constant daily mental state and drive. I could have cared less about a pretty girl's political leanings. Commie or capitalist? Meaningless ... absolutely meaningless. I think Oswald felt much more this way himself without fully realizing it. Perhaps, ( from a Freudian perspective ) the political stuff was an outlet of sexual frustration and a way to seek attention? Especially from the ladies? Oswald frequently mentions his first female contacts in Russia in physical attraction or unattraction ways. Later on in his dairy, he boasts of flirtations with ladies while in Minsk. That is until he first spied radiant blue-eyed beauty Marina at the swinging collective sponsored dance hall party. Holy Borscht! You can be sure it wasn't Marina's political sentiments or background Oswald was concerned or thinking about.
  21. These visitors are not human loving angels, that's for sure.
  22. Fascinating. Judyth Campebell Exner was a very interesting person in her own right. Monica Lewinski fell under the same spell Exner did. Willing to have sex with a married president. Presidents that made it happen. Lewinski suffered the same media humiliation as well. I copied this following piece of the article. Interesting reflections on JFK by Judyth Campbell. And by the way, I see "Jack Kennedy" in her boy's face. The eyes, smile, face shape, ears, full head of lighter colored hair. His build and height. I know, he was born after JFK was killed, but he still looks eerily like a young JFK imo. He even resembles John F. Kennedy Jr.! SUBSCRIBE VIEW ARTICLE PAGES She, too, has done her reassessment of his presidency. In the end, she says, it was his character that she came to doubt. Something bred in the bone. "The father [Joseph Kennedy Sr.] really set the pace for the boys. I used to say that the Kennedy men were morally bankrupt. And I still feel that way. It's a rather harsh judgment, but it's what I came to realize about Jack. No one wants to accept it, but there was a very cold inner core to him. He did what was right for Jack. And everybody let him do what was right for Jack. Whatever Jack wanted." She stops to shoo a Persian off the tape recorder. "I don't believe Jack should have been president." Why? "His conduct." Meaning his alleged dalliance with Giancana? His womanizing Mistakes? "It's flaunting who you are and the power. And I think Jack did abuse the power. The C.I.A. did also, by having anything to do with the underworld. I mean, you either set the standards and live by them yourself, or you have no business being there."
