  1. Was it really that cold in the chamber where screamer Marjorie would feel the need to adorn herself with an Arctic polar bear skin jacket with huge puffed up fur head and neck collar? You gotta wonder if MTG didn't buy that ridiculously loud coat off a DC street walker for $20 on her way to the speech. If a high school basketball game attending parent screamed insults at the refs as much and as loudly and angrily as Maga Maj did at Biden, the refs would have had her removed. Keep screaming Maga Maj ... YOU GO GIRL...YEAH!!!
  2. Any police interrogator would love to hear his perp suspect target claim..."I am just a patsy!" Oh boy...the windows of others involved opportunity revealing that statement opens up would be very inspiring.
  3. Anyone that still proposes that Marshall's death was a suicide will be looked at as a mental case. As they should be. The evidence is beyond debate. Is there "any" person of renown that still claims Marshall committed suicide? No. For the logical reason stated above. And who benefitted by Marshall's death? We all know who. Marshall messed with the wrong good ole boys down there. And he got "Texas Justice."
  4. The truth is so screamingly obvious! Of course Marshall was brutally murdered! LBJ Texas good ole boys were able to corrupt justice so outrageously back in those days it was hard to accept the reality of it all. Marshall's murder. Malcolm Wallace walking away from a murder conviction? Rigged elections. Owned Judges. Corrupted police. Talk about the Wild Wild West? That was Texas and Texas/LBJ style corruption back in the 40's, 50's and 60's. Corruption beyond most people's comprehension. Robert Caro does not truly capture this massive Texas corruption reality in his LBJ books imo. The true depths of it from top to bottom. Barr McClellan in his book "Blood, Money And Power" does. McClellan describes the absolute power LBJ mentor Ed Clark had over the entire state of Texas in his time. Corrupted power from top to bottom. Like I say, until we acknowledge this Texas/LBJ corruption reality (hard to believe as it is ) we will never be capable of accepting the truth about LBJ and what he was capable of and probably did in his corrupt life...including murders.
  5. I don't know how any rational person could not believe that LBJ was corrupt enough to order or at least green light murders of his most threatening enemies. Folks....LBJ WAS that corrupt! Time to quit living in a fantasy world and accept this truth. And he had his own hit man in Malcolm Wallace who owed LBJ the ultimate price for getting him off a trial jury verdict reached Murder With Malice conviction and life time prison sentence.
  6. Repubs Turn SOTU Into A Real Life "Saturday Night Live" Whacky Performance! A cast of outrageous comedic characters more manic and exaggerated than the real SNL ones! Neanderthal big brow/narrow eyes facial features Maga Marjorie Taylor Green with her over-sized puffy collar polar bear fur was only missing a cavewoman club and big piece of raw Mammoth meat to rip from in her typical "One Million BC" aggressive tribal warfare yelling. Fellow Republican cavewoman Lauren Boubert joined her "One Million BC" counterpart MTG in her angry faced, teeth gritting growling and shouting taunting of their demon tribal threat president. Psychopathic pretender, flamboyant Drag Queen Boy from Brazil Georgie Santos was right there in the most TV visible receiving line location affectionately grabbing hands and blowing kisses until outrageously morals offended Mormon Mitt Romney caught sight of the staff aide thigh caressing/Dog Rescue hero/Volleyball champion and practically bitch slapped him on the spot! Ha ha ha...you can't make this circus clown act stuff up! Only thing missing was an aisle dashing Borat type flasher wearing only a MAGA cap! Go Repubs Go! Democratic party turncoat Krysten Sinema couldn't have grabbed more cinema attention if she had been lifted with wires to fly around the room, in her brightest eye hurting yellow "Wizard Of OZ"/ Flying Nun winged angel outfit. All 3 RING leader Kevin McCarthy could do in response to his out of control fellow Repub circus act performers was to make red faced embarrassed grimacing "would you clowns shut up!" facial expressions which made the whole scene even more of a howling laughter comedic TV show affair. Someone really should nominate this Republican party laugh show for the best TV comedy award at next year's Emmys. IMO anyways.
  7. Curious why this issue of the Warren Commission corrupting the sworn oath testimony of established journalist Seth Kantor has never received the media attention it deserves. For almost 60 years now. IMO, their doing so was one of the most outrageous smoking gun indicators of their own JFKA truth distorting agenda corruption.
  8. If only Oswald had just paid to go into the Texas theater and even stopped to get a box of popcorn on the way in...just imagine, no one may have called the cops on him.
  9. Coming from another solid reporter. I've gone off many times on the Warren Commission's purposely corrupting Kantor's sworn oath testimony about meeting and talking to Jack Ruby at Parkland hospital that afternoon. And, instead their accepting mental case Ruby's denials of being at Parkland that day. Their doing so is so illogically incongruous it's incredibly suspicious.
  10. Now you're really confusing me. No lunch room encounter?
  11. What is the correct name of the Mountain top in Maine that we are all referring to? And I have seen a few other news reports that the temperature was even colder than the 102 below I cited. 104 to 108 below ??? Isn't that similar to temperatures on the moon and Mars? That Dennis Quaid science fiction disaster film "Day After Tomorrow." is looking less science fiction with each new record breaking cold wave sweeping lower and lower down from the North Pole.
  12. Ha, yes. I was a part of that 3 year old thread. I was asking the same questions as I have been in this one. I forgot about these questions being answered in that older thread. Little Lynn lived 32 miles away from Ruby. Too far to hand deliver the $25. Ruby had done business with the Western Union office he used to send Little Lynn's money. Forgot about the news truck technicians parked next to the DPD building who claimed a man looking very much like Jack Ruby approached them and was asking them questions at 8:am that morning.
  13. Those stairs were tight and not many between each floor. If Oswald heard Baker and Truly loudly stomping up the wooden stairs from the first floor ( Baker had police boots and was a big dude ) and they were "racing" up them instead of casually, slowly doing so, he had but seconds to turn and run into the lunch room. I have always assumed that when Baker got to the top of the first floor steps to the landing of the second and looked in and immediately walked into the entrance to the lunch room, he saw Oswald "already holding" his machine dropped Dr. Pepper in his hands - yes? Just the time it took Oswald to turn back, go into the lunch room and go to the back where the soda machine was, dig out a quarter, pop it in the machine, pull the handle, grab the dropped can and open it would have taken way more time than it took Baker and Truly to reach and enter the lunch room. IMO anyways.
  14. George G. I never heard that there was a Western Union office closer to Ruby's apartment than the one he went to. Is that a proven fact? Was this other WU just slightly closer or at least a 5 minute time saving closer? Since Ruby reportedly placed his usual cash monies that he carried on him ( a couple of grand=$20,000 in today's dollars ) in his locked car trunk before sauntering down to the DPD exit ramp crowd that morning, why would he feel the need to keep his loaded 38 on him? He told the Warren Commission he carried the gun because he carried large amounts of cash on him. Same with carrying his loaded 38 right into the DPD building on Friday night? Ruby was stalking Oswald for sure. Waiting for an opportunity to get a close up shot into him. This truth has been proven and was even admitted to by Ruby himself. "You guys ( the Dallas PD ) couldn't do it. "I wanted to spare Jackie Kennedy any more grief. And to show Jews have guts! I wonder if Ruby asked Little Lynn to call him with her money request ( $25 ) to give him the perfect alibi for going to the WU when he did. Considering how traumatized everyone was over JFK's killing, I would think Little Lynn might have thought her boss was too shook up to bother him like that...and on a Sunday morning? Did Little Lynn live so far away from Ruby's apartment that he couldn't just drive to her home and give her the money in person? Little Lynn held back much that she knew about Ruby and other related things she heard or witnessed I am sure. Didn't she allow herself to be eye candy once or twice for Ruby's big shot mob friends that came into town in her short few months working for Jack?
  15. Maine mountain top ( Mount Washington ) temperature yesterday...102 degrees BELOW zero! With the wind chill factor but still....!!! Maine does not have an illegal immigration problem. Wonder why?
  16. There are coincidences and then there are coincidences within coincidences. So, nobody knew exactly when Oswald was going to be physically led down into and through the basement hallway to the press crowd in the garage? Curry did not tell "anyone" the "exact" time frame for this? All the press set up inside and outside were not told even a "general" time frame for Oswald's exposed walk through and vehicle transfer? They just set themselves up there not knowing if it would be a 10:am move or a 12: pm move? And the same with the assembled crowd across the street from the heavily guarded exit ramp? Ruby seeing all the commotion in that location was the only way he found out that Oswald was being brought down to the basement at that time and then driven away? Just spontaneous, coincidental timing luck? With just enough time for Ruby to saunter down to the DPD ramp opening, stealthily sneak into and down the ramp, wriggle through and hide himself among the press crowd to get feet away from Oswald who was then walked right to him? That's a remarkably fortuitous multiple timing factors bit of coincidences and luck. Ruby just happened to go to the Western Union office at just the right time. He leaves the WU office at just the right time to notice the crowd gathering commotion and on a whim walks over to it and just keeps testing his luck to sneak down into the basement, hide among and then push through the press crush ( with no press pass ID ) just as Oswald is led mere feet to him? And luckily ( again ) Oswald is only protected by two guards on his sides with his front totally exposed? Oh, and Ruby just happens to bring his loaded 38 with him into the DPD basement? Knowing he should not be doing so? He could have left it in the trunk of his car. I've read that there were alternate plans regards Oswald actually being driven in the armored car. That this would be a "decoy" vehicle in case someone during the drive to the County jail wanted to attack it, thinking Oswald would be inside. That instead, Oswald would be placed in the back seat of a follow up car, told to lay down and covered up? No such switch could have been done as the armored car and follow up cars were right there in front of the press crowd, so they would see the real transfer vehicle.
  17. I agree with the host's proposition that Carlson is "fostering a false camaraderie."
  18. Now wait a minute mi amigo Steve. You do know that Rapheal Cruz Sr. was living in New Orleans the summer of 1963 as Oswald was doing his thing there? He had moved there from the Dallas area where he was extremely active in expatriate Cuban groups and spoke many times to them and other groups trying to raise funds for their causes. He talked often about his fighting Castro forces and his life and death dangerous escape from the island with no money and how he went on to get a college degree in Texas. So, he is very active in anti-Castro political group meetings in Dallas. He then moves to a city which is one of the two most heavily populated and hot-headed Castro hating and Castro overthrow planning ones in America. Miami being the other. And he goes completely dark there? He doesn't get involved with any of the leading anti-Castro groups and their leaders such as Carlos Bringuier? Politically active Cruz Sr. read the New Orleans papers. He watched New Orleans TV. There is no way that he didn't hear about, read about or see the news reports of the Oswald/Bringuier dust-up in broad daylight downtown New Orleans. I sense Cruz Sr. had some contact with the lettered agencies. His "hot spot" activities in Cuba and later in Dallas would have crossed their paths for sure. I've looked at the Trade Mart Oswald flier passing photos many times. Oswald had helpers there with him. And some very strange looking other characters were milling around with them as well. In my opinion there is a very thin build white Cuban looking fellow ( as Cruz Sr. was ) with Oswald that looks like a young Cruz Sr. And remember, Cruz Sr. was the same age as Oswald. And there is even a white Caucasian looking fellow with an Everly Brother's pronounced pompadour hair style in at least one of those photo's who looks very much like the Texas School Book Depository supervisor Bill Shelley...again in my opinion.
  19. Was the rear entrance door anywhere near Ruby's police buddy Blackie Harrison's favorite DPD basement level cigar/cigarette vending machine? Which he accessed earlier that morning? The picture of an almost dementia addled looking Fritz wandering off ahead of Oswald to the waiting car rear door always gives me a bad gut feeling of suspicion. Fritz looks so out of it. And Ruby's cannon loud shot into Oswald's gut just feet away from Fritz barely elicits a super delayed reaction from him. Look at how exposed Oswald is. He is totally exposed frontally! Just those two guys at his side, even slightly behind him! Just "feet" from the jostling, yelling, photo snapping press crowd! Now THAT's what you call the greatest security measures in Dallas Police Department history ( Curry's claim to the press ) for "the most threatened" criminal suspect in AMERICAN history! BOOM! Bye Bye JFK truth evidence Lee Harvey Oswald.
  20. May I take a short mental break from the Oswald/JFK tragedy and share a warm memory about 1940's 50's and early 1960's SF as you just did LP? My apologies to orthodox stay on JFK point members for doing so. San Francisco was simply one of the greatest cities in America during that time. In so many ways. It's fresh air ocean surrounded physical location beauty. It's architectual variety and beauty. It's cultural diversity. It's social warmth. It's cleanliness. It's affordability. It's history. It's glamour. It's safety. "Bagdad By The Bay" Herb Cain labeled it. What a mix of cultures ( and food!). Always a huge Chinese population. But also a wonderful mix of Italian, Russian, Greek, Japanese ( Japan Town?) you name it. Every few blocks you entered a different cultural world. You could smell the cultural foods cooking that defined each neighborhood. Chinatown was safe and bustling. Great affordable food. You could buy firecrackers in their many packed to the ceiling cheap trinket stores. Italian town ( the wharf especially) was food heaven. Fun and interesting places to visit everywhere. Golden Gate Park, The Zoo, The wharf, Playland, Sutro bath house, Coit Tower, Market street, fancy stores, fancy glamor hotels, the Fairmont, 4 Seasons, Mark Hopkins. Take a look at 1950's downtown San Francisco in the Alfred Hitchcock film "Vertigo." Clean streets. Clean affordable apartments. People dressed in suits and dresses. Classy, classy, classy. Lots of Kim Novack and Jimmy Stewart beautiful people everywhere. Safe even at night to walk around. The city always had it's unique ocean fresh air refreshing relaxedness. I believe it symbolized it's liberalness politically and socially as well. Hard to be enraged at other ideology folks when you are sitting above a beautiful, soothing ocean view and breathing in that wonderful fresh ocean air. Kind of a geographical valium?
  21. Lance P. If I am on the jury I give you credit for articulating a plausible theory of the case that is in many ways reasonable in my thinking. I agree with many of the points you bring up. Yet, still, everything about Oswald and the larger picture of his life and actions just throw rational thinking, reasonable doubt assessment of him as the lone gunman for a loop. One can read everything out there about Oswald. From Mailer and Epstein to Garrison, Bugliosi, Posner, Brussell's "Last Words Of Lee Harvey Oswald", Thornley, Judyth Baker, George De Mohrenschildt, Paul Gregory, you name it...and in the end Lee Harvey Oswald is STILL a confusing mind twist mess to figure. Since joining the forum and spending so much time reading everything shared here, I often have to take breaks because there is almost too much to contemplate, especially regards Oswald. More than I used to, I feel myself wondering whether Oswald was simply a raging hate and anger filled, even suicidal psychopath. A young man so hurtfully traumatized and damaged in his extremely neglected youth that it left him viewing the world extremely angrily and resentfully as no more than an uncaring dog-eat-dog jungle where human kindness and fairness is just a cruel lie and you have to sometimes kill to rectify the injustice of it all? Oswald had at least some better world view emotional stability for sure however. Even love. He and Marina in Minsk may have been the closest thing he ever knew and experienced in this regards. Oswald clearly started exhibiting growing anti-social behavior and thoughts after a year back in Texas. It seems that he was becoming more upset and desperate with every frustrating turn of low level jobs, inability to provide for his wife and child, signs of Marina's disaffection, etc. Coming back to Texas and New Orleans may have been a bad choice for him. Most of his childhood pain and suffering trauma took place there. His awful Freudian nightmare mother was here too. Too many bad and sad emotional pain triggers? Oswald's activities in New Orleans are what confuses me the most about him. He clearly was in some really nefarious stuff there and dealing with truly nefarious others. There had to be some intrigue going on there that is hard to totally dismiss in it's connection to his Fall activities of his alleged Mexico City trip and in his end of life craziness in Dallas. When Marina described her husband's growingly crazy violent mind set activities starting with shooting at Walker, wanting to take a gun to a Nixon appearance, proposing hijacking a plane to Cuba and his desperate trip to Mexico City, I think everyone asked the same question. Marina...your husband was going over the mental stability line here. Shouldn't you have tried to get yourself and your baby away from him at all risk and cost? If Lee Oswald did shoot JFK and then later J.D. Tippit and tried to shoot it out with the cops in the Texas Theater all within hours, he was in full psychopathic suicidal rage mode. The shooting of JFK in the head just inches from his wife's face, the over-kill of Tippit with three body shots and a Mafia Hit Man cold coup de grace head shot suggest a full psychopathic break down, again to a suicidal degree. Does this assessment explain what happened in Dallas on 11,22,1963? Is it all that simple? According to Lance's jury summation take...it is. And there are times I can't totally disbelieve that scenario. Sometimes I'm just left cursing out Jack Ruby and the DPD for the destruction of the most important piece of evidence we had in trying to figure out the whole JFK event story. A living breathing Lee Harvey Oswald.
  22. Roger Stone the source? AHA! Maybe Nixon himself told Stone the CIA did it? In Stone's JFK book he claimed LBJ was in on it. Echoed E. Howard Hunt's end of life JFK "Big Event" guilty party admission. LBJ, Cord Meyer, et.al. Don't you miss Roger Stone turning around and lifting his shirt up to macho flash his huge Nixon portrait back tattoo to wow whoever he was doing this to? What a character! America's most famous "Dirty Trickster!" And an iconic Karl Lagerfeld inspired fashion maven to boot! Loved his bright white collars and cuffs, bowler hats and big round Elton John type glasses. Right on big Rog!
  23. If there was someone else on that 6th floor besides Oswald, of course they would plan on getting out asap via the back loading dock. They certainly wouldn't go down to the lunch room, buy a soda pop, and then continue down to the first floor and simply walk out the front door. I mentioned earlier that for Oswald to shout he was denied legal assistance by the Dallas PD to the massive live TV press crowd with the entire world watching 24 hours after his arrest and intense interrogation was an astounding event. Even I as a 12 year old watching this thought "isn't there something very wrong here regards Oswald's constitutional rights?" Also, the whole frantic body against body press mob scene with all that pushing, shouting and Oswald's guard escorts shoving them out of the way like a rugby match seemed so bizarre and illogical to me and I am sure millions of other Americans. One had to ask the obvious... Why is the DPD allowing the very insides of their inner most offices to be over-run like that...and then parading Oswald right into and through that shouting shoving circus? I never bought Curry's oft repeated excuse that "we wanted to show we weren't abusing Oswald physically" nonsense.
