  1. Well, the master interrogator met his match with the master denier in 24 year old Lee Harvey Oswald, didn't he? Oswald simply could not be allowed to go to trial. A good defense team would have had a field day. And an Oswald trial would have opened up massive questions about the failures and flaws of every agency involved with JFK's security. An Oswald trial would have transfixed and totally consumed the entire nation ( and the entire world!) for it's duration. The trials of OJ, Clay Shaw, even Jack Ruby ... child's play compared to an Oswald trial.
  2. My common sense tells me there are no files that could reveal anything that could bring down the agency. That any such files would have long ago been destroyed. This is all a charade. One that TC is using to ingratiate himself with certain parts of our critical thinking citizenry who have always represented a powerful and influential voice against the elitist doctrinaire ideology his mentors pay him a fortune to represent and promote, along with demonizing the little person representing left. It's unsettling to me to see any of our JFK, MLK, RFK truth seeking community giving this guy almost Gary Cooper-High Noon hero status adulation praise...and for what? Teasing that he really is one of us and also wants the awful truth to be known so that America can be free of such evil, democracy undermining and threatening force control? Championing the warning tenets JFK stated in his April 27, 1961 address to the American Newspaper Publishers Association on April 27, 1961. "The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment." Sorry. IMO Tucker Carlson is not and never will be a champion for the little guy in this affair. Even he knows this righteous crusade for the JFK event truth is a wild goose chase charade. You're all being played. It's incredibly cynical I know...but cynicism has been TC and Fox "News?" stock and trade MO since their inception. They own the term. IMO anyways.
  3. Yes, I agree with most of your instantly disseminated Oswald background points here DVP. Ruby could have seen this info on TV like everyone else before Wade's news conference. However, there's something more important going on here. When strip joint owner Jack Ruby thrust himself right inside the DPD building during the unprecedented highest anxiety and tension time in Dallas PD history, and is never confronted, impersonates a press person to the degree of wearing fake glasses and holding a pad and pencil in his hands, then actually jumps up and stands on a table in the back of the press room and shouts out to Henry Wade (who is being seen live or minutes later by over 100 million viewers ) "That's Fair Play For Cuba, Henry." ??? This whole scene is not just crazy Texas bizarre and even humorous. It is also just too seriously suspicious and improbable! Especially considering what Ruby did two days later, changing American history almost as much as JFK's killer. Look, no matter how everything with the Ruby DPD access and action story is diced and debated here, bottom line is that the entire American nation watched with gut wrenching angst, Ruby whack Oswald right inside the DPD. From a common sense rational point of view...90% or more of the nation felt something was just way too fishy, way too wrong with what they saw the morning of 11/24/1963. No amount of diversionary or simplified alternate reality presentations made to convince them it was all just another case of "a loon who just got lucky" could ever change that deep first, gut instinct feeling Americans felt that this was all a set up with the extremely improbable circumstances such as Ruby'd ability to get within inches of Oswald's gut in an area with dozens of police all around. There was a "pole shift" of government doubt and mistrust with the majority of American's starting that day. A rationally based one. And after 60 years, it has only dissipated because of future younger generations distant past lost interests.
  4. Walt "Chewin Tobacci" Garrison. Skoal Man! "Just a pinch between cheek and gum" and I'm good to go y'all! Spittooie!
  5. Here is the video clip of Henry Wade's news conference the evening of 11/24/1963. Right after the 14 minute mark Wade is asked by a reporter whether he knew Jack Ruby. Wade responded..."no." A minute later you will hear a reporter telling Wade that to him ( the reporter) it looked as if Ruby and Wade were friends. To which Wade looked down and grinned widely and imo...like someone caught in an embarrassing lie! If Wade ever stepped foot in Ruby's Carousel Club socially, he can't say he didn't know him and who he was. HENRY WADE'S PRESS CONFERENCE (11/24/63)
  6. Can someone find the Wade news conference video and link it to us? I would like to hear these other reporters yelling out the same correction we hear Ruby shout out from the table top in back. And if Ruby did indeed shout out the correction followed by stating Wade's first name "Henry" ...wouldn't one assume that Ruby knew Wade well enough to address him by his first name...especially in such a high profile world media watching setting? I'm surprised Wade didn't shout back...thanks Jack!
  7. Is this about TC revealing his "CIA did it" source?
  8. Looking at the above video again and again one notices interesting details that are worth mentioning. The distance from the glass door opening into the basement entryway to the exit ramp and waiting press crowd was very short! I counted the steps of Oswald and his two side guards and it looked to be not much more than 10 ! So the time frame of Oswald first appearing through the door until he was shot by Ruby was a mere 20 to 30 seconds? You can see the lights of the press directed at the Ruby guard detail being quite bright. Of course this could make it hard for them to clearly see the faces of those in the press line. Most impressionable to me however was how anybody responsible for Oswald's physical security could not see what a cramped, tight space all that was and not immediately see how illogical it was to allow a frantic, pushing press crowd to squeeze into that sardine can packed space. This was beyond ridiculous from a security point of view! No physical body police line between Oswald and his two side guards and the press line? Not even a theater event rope or tape barrier to keep the press line at least a safe distance away? Press reporters were allowed such close access they could have touched Oswald with their microphone holding outstretched arms, like Ike Pappas almost did! You call that security? In my 12 year old mind as I watched this event live on TV, I instantly noticed the illogicalness of that overly packed tight little space scene. It was just too tightly packed for the limited space it was. And Oswald was so open from the front even I felt a nervous twinge in my gut that he looked just too open. Like another poster here stated. Of all three killings, JFK, Tippit, Oswald...the Oswald one was the most easily suspect. One can see with their own eyes how illogically poorly thought out the Oswald transfer DPD basement security really was. And again as another poster mentioned ( Roger DeLaria ) that overly crowded cramped little space in the DPD basement does remind one of the Los Angeles Ambassador Hotel pantry when Robert F. Kennedy was led into it on June 6th, 1968.
  9. One of the most cringing aspects of the Henry Wade news conference after Ruby whacked Oswald, was how Wade sheepishly feigned not knowing Jack Ruby personally. Wade quote " his name is a Jack Rubenstein I believe?" Oh come on! Everybody in law enforcement in Dallas knew full well who Jack Ruby was. Over the years many of them and even Dallas highest society folks had popped into the Carousel from time to time. Wade himself had been in the Carousel in the past and been served at least one drink there according to Carousel bar manager Nancy Hamilton who served him the drink! Of course Wade had to pretend he didn't know Jack Ruby. Could you imagine if Wade told the world press the truth? Yeah...I know Jack. He owns a swingin' strip club down on Commerce. I've popped in their myself once or twice. ? There is a great video clip of a reporter asking Wade about his relationship with Ruby after the news conference. Asking Wade about a one-on-one talking interaction he had with Ruby that this newsperson had witnessed just minutes earlier. Wade mentioned how Ruby approached him to ask if he ( Wade) could speak on the phone with a radio newsman that Ruby knew. Wade presented this incident as if he didn't know Ruby from Adam. The reporter asking Wade about his interaction with Ruby interjected to Wade ( paraphrasing until I find and post the actual interview ) "it looked to me like you two were friends." Wade had an almost laughable "kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar" big guilty as sin grin reaction to the reporter's incriminating analogy. The point here with that reporter's awkward "you looked like friends" comment to Wade was that ...it was true! And Wade could not honestly counter it with an "absolutely not" answer. Wade's honesty integrity and questionable personal and professional associations history has always been a point of great suspicion debate.
  10. One of the most convincingly revealing interviews of Ruby associated witnesses ever. Ruby club piano player J. Johnson affirms Hamilton's assessment of Ruby's DPD officer relationships almost exactly.
  11. I also viewed a couple of Belzer talks. Agreed with 90% of everything he proposed. I believe he had it all right.
  12. More Karen "Little Lynn" Carlin Warren Commission testimony. August 1963. Subject: Ruby/Oswald connection. Karen Carlin seeing Oswald at the Carousel Club. Her believing Ruby was somehow involved. IMO Little Lynn says she didn't recall seeing Oswald but then keeps open the possibility she did see him. If she did, she said it would most probably had been at the club or in Ruby's office? Mr. HUBERT. Did you ever see him?Mrs. CARLIN. No; as I told you before, I never did see him. >>> I saw him somewhere but I wouldn't say <<< it was either somebody that looked like him or I had seen him somewhere, but I couldn't say where because I don't remember.Mr. HUBERT. When you say you saw him, you mean you saw a man whom you think resembles the pictures that you have seen of Lee Oswald since? Mrs. CARLIN. Yes. Mr. HUBERT. Could it have been at the club?Mrs. CARLIN. As I said before, it could have been, but I don't know for sure. I won't say for sure. I just know that it was either him or someone that resembled him--I've seen somewhere. It could have been just about anywhere. Mr. HUBERT. I take it then that you are really uncertain as to whether the man you think was or possibly resembled Oswald was in fact Oswald, you're not sure about that?Mrs. CARLIN. I don't know Oswald; no.Mr. HUBERT. You just think that there was a resemblance between the man you recollect and the pictures of Oswald?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes. Mr. HUBERT. But you do not remember--you are not positive about it being the same man?Mrs. CARLIN. No.Mr. HUBERT. Nor do you remember where you saw him?Mrs. CARLIN. No--I saw so many different faces. I never paid any attention to them.Mr. HUBERT. Let's put it this way--would it be most likely if you saw such a man,-would it have been in the club or could it have been some place else?Mrs. CARLIN. Well, most likely it would have been there at the club or where I went to eat around the club, because that's about the only places I've been--walking from the club to where I eat, the drugstore, and walking back. Mr. HUBERT. This man that you saw that you think resembles the pictures of Oswald, or maybe did, you would have seen either at the club or at this drugstore near the club?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes.Mr. HUBERT. At the drugstore where you had supper?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes. Mr. HUBERT. Do you know a Secret Service agent by the name of Roger Warner?Mrs. CARLIN. I don't remember him. I've talked to so many. >>> Mr. HUBERT. Well, do you remember telling any Secret Service agent that you had seen Oswald at the Carousel Club? <<< Mrs. CARLIN. No; I remember telling them the same thing I told you. That's all I've ever said, that it could have been but I'm not going to say for sure.Mr. HUBERT. In other words, it was not a positive identification?Mrs. CARLIN. No.Mr. HUBERT. And if it's so reported, it's simply a misstatement in the report?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes; I would say so because the only thing I have said is that it could possibly be, but I'm not going to say for sure, >>> but the man resembled Oswald <<< Mr. HUBERT. Did you ever tell any Secret Service agent or any Government official at all that you thought that Oswald and Ruby were connected in some way?Mrs. CARLIN. No; I can never remember that. >>> she doesn't say "no." <<< Mr. HUBERT. Do you remember speaking to anyone about that--the possibilities of their being connected?Mrs. CARLIN. Oh, yes; I spoke to several people at the club--the Secret Service and the FBI--so many of them.Mr. HUBERT. No; I'm talking about the possibility of a connection between Ruby and Oswald?Mrs. CARLIN. No; I don't remember ever saying anything like that. >>> I've said it before but it was only hearsay or what I believed myself. <<< Mr. HUBERT. What do you believe yourself?Mrs. CARLIN. Myself?Mr. HUBERT. Yes.Mrs. CARLIN. Well, maybe I shouldn't say. I don't think I really should because it's just one person's opinion. Mr. HUBERT. Well, do you have anything to base it upon?Mrs. CARLIN. No; it's just my own opinion--nothing that I saw, you know, for myself. It's Just my own opinion by the way people talk and by him, Jack Ruby, himself.Mr. HUBERT. Well, what was that about Jack Ruby himself that would support a possible connection between him and Oswald?Mrs. CARLIN. Just the way he was--the things I've read in the newspapers and things about him I saw for myself; people he would talk to; always having people in his office; and things like that. Mr. HUBERT. That leads you to form that conclusion?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes; for myself.
  13. Ruby strip club dancer Karen Carlin ( stage name "Little Lynn" ) has always been the most interesting of Ruby's girls imo. Just 20 years old when JFK and Oswald were murdered! She had already been around the country doing whatever it took to survive. Before she came to Dallas she had lived in Calif. She originally came from Tennessee. I don't have Carlin's childhood bio ( her birth name was Karen Bennett ) but I speculate she was raised in a typical poverty stricken backwoods town in Tennessee. She left her home at a very young age. Married young. She was barely making enough to get by in Dallas. Stripping at another downtown club before Jack Ruby saw her at a bus stop and threw one of his business cards out of a Cadillac car he was driving ( feature stripper Jada's car? ) and onto the sidewalk at her and her accompanying fellow strip girl friend's feet. Karen had already endured working for another notorious nightclub owner at his downtown place called 'The Cellar." A topless waitress/beatnik themed joint made more famous by serving several JFK Secret Service Dallas detail members late into the early morning hours of 11/22/1963. One assumes the SS agents preferred topless female servers over typical family type restaurant servers like Denny's. They were hungry and thirsty. Probably didn't order milk and cookies there that late night/early morning though. Karen's experience at "the Cellar" turned out to be a "life and death" threatening one because she happened to say something to the local police about her boss's corruption, including having Dallas cops on his side payroll. Her boss made life and death threats toward her and so terrified her with them, she had to move away to other apartments to try to keep her whereabouts secret from him. She also purchased a pistol to carry with her just in case! Fascinating story. She recounts this scary story in her August 1964 Warren Commission testimony. Little Lynn also states some bombshell recollections and speculations about Jack Ruby in her WC testimony. Besides some creepy accounts of Ruby constantly asking her if he ( Ruby) looked like a queer to her, she more that infers that she felt there was some connection between Ruby and Oswald before 11/22/1963. She wouldn't come out and directly say she saw Oswald with Ruby at his club office. But, she kept inferring she did. Mr. HUBERT. Do you recall that during the course of the Ruby trial when you were waiting to testify that there was a jail break there and some people got out of the jail, and I think they passed right near by you, I believe?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes.Mr. HUBERT. Do you remember what you screamed or said?Mrs. CARLIN. "Oh, my God, they're after me."Mr. HUBERT. Yes what made you believe that "they" were after you?Mrs. CARLIN. Because I was scared I was going to get killed before I ever got court.Mr. HUBERT. Who do you think was going to kill you?Mrs. CARLIN. I don't know exactly who or why. I just felt that I was going to get killed.Mr. HUBERT. Well, who did you mean by "they," when you said "they" were afterMrs. CARLIN. Well, there was a man that was running after me there was two of them, and I saw some kind of little weapon, it looked like, but I don't remember very much.Mr. HUBERT. So, when you used the word "they," you meant those people there who were escaping?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes.Mr. HUBERT. You didn't have in mind some other group of people who were after you?Mrs. CARLIN. No---well, it all goes back to where I used to work. I had already been threatened by Pat Kirkwood and I didn't know they were escaping from the jail when I saw them.Mr. HUBERT. Who is Pat KirkwoodMrs. CARLIN. He owns the Cellar and I had already been threatened by him. My life had been threatened by him.Mr. HUBERT. Why did he do that?Mrs. CARLIN. Well, it was--he had some publicity people down there--- television and cameras and so on, and we never got along too well because I told the police, the vice squad about him and identified some policemen that were being paid off by him and everything, and of course, he had so many friends he got out of it real easy, but then he hated me for what I had done.Mr. HUBERT. Was that before the President was shot?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes, that was before, and so after the President was shot, he found out what was going on and he called me on the telephone, and he says, "I want you down here in about 20 minute," and I said, "Kirkwood, I don't want to have anything to do with you or your plans, just leave me alone."Mr. HUBERT. That was after Oswald was shot?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes; after I went to court that first time, the bond hearing, I believe.Mr. HUBERT. Yes.Mrs. CARLIN. After I went to court, he says, "I want you down here" and I said, "Well, I'm not coming down." He called me back in about 20 minutes and he said, "Why aren't you down here?" He said, "I'll send a cab up after you."Mr. HUBERT. Where were youMrs. CARLIN. I was at home in bed, I wasn't feeling too good, and my husband was out working. So, right after he called me---I was still on the telephone, and my husband walked in, and he had just finished saying, "If you're not down here, you won't be around too long," and then my husband walked in and let him have the telephone and they talked then.Mr. HUBERT. What did your husband say?Mrs. CARLIN. My husband told him I wasn't coming down and if he gave me any trouble he would tell the police about it, and he said, "Well, I'll see her on the way to the club and I'll see that she never makes it inside the door."We moved from the apartments that we were in that Kirkwood knew we were living in--we moved from there and Kirkwood didn't know anything about it, and he went looking for me over there and asked my landlord about me and where to find me, and then he was supposed to meet me up at the Carousel Club and knock me out so I couldn't get in--he was going to see that I never made it, and he never did show up. He called the colored man that took care of the place. He called him and told him to tell me that he had called, and I don't remember what all he said to the colored man, but he called him.Mr. HUBERT. Who is he again?Mrs. CARLIN. Pat Kirkwood.Mr. HUBERT. He operates the Cellar, you say? That's a nightclub?Mrs. CARLIN. It's a beatnik club here in town on Main Street.Mr. HUBERT. Have you heard from him since?Mrs. CARLIN. I haven't heard from him--no; not since then.Mr. HUBERT. That would have been last January?Mrs. CARLIN. Yes.

  15. Were the newsmen in the DPD basement required to literally wear their press ID badges on their person? Or were they simply required to "present" these before being allowed in there? Bob Ness, kudos for coming up with and posting the affidavits and other notarized documents above. As I have aways stated, this forum is so elevated by the presentations of documentations that require great research time and effort. So many here have done this research. Incredible research. Way beyond anything I could even imagine.
  16. Not sure which government agency regulates national "News" media regards violations of legal and/or ethics broadcast rules and mandates. However, can such corporate "News" titled entities have their licenses pulled if their violations were as egregious and long term as Fox News were? What is so outrageous with Fox News is they not only reported false news major stories to their national audiences ( and for years!) but documented internal memos and other communiques show that the people reporting these "knew" they were false! Yet, they continued to promote these false stories and claims for the purpose of keeping their ratings from falling? The charade is now fully exposed. Finally the Wizard Of Oz curtain has been pulled back and we see Fox "News" for what they really are. A Republican party controlled propaganda machine. A "Wag The Dog" fake and/or manipulated story board. Funny how hidden "truths" usually find a way to escape into the open.
  17. Was there ever a press badge or any other form of press ID found on Jack Ruby when he was wrestled to the floor after shooting Oswald, or when Ruby was searched soon thereafter? In one of the affidavits posted above, witness M.J. Daniels stated he saw a man who he described in detail that clearly fit the description of Jack Ruby, walking to and then down the exit ramp into the DPD basement. This witness stated exit guarding DPD officer Vaughn looked right at this man entering and then going down the ramp, yet didn't react in any questioning or blocking way. This witness stated the man he saw entering the ramp was "not" wearing a hat. Pictures of Ruby in the basement just before he leaped out to shoot Oswald show him wearing his often seen fedora. Curious about this witness affidavit discrepancy. We do see Ruby "not" wearing a hat when he was photographed in the DPD Henry Wade news conference Friday night where he shouted out a correction to Henry Wade's first mentioning Oswald being a member of the Free Cuba committee in New Orleans earlier that summer. If Ruby ever had a fake Press ID badge or sticker...who the heck gave him one?
  18. And by the way... We are still waiting for Mr. Carlson to give us even a little tid-bit regarding a source for his CIA Did JFK proposition. As I predicted, months have passed and ...well ...nothing?
  19. Chief Curry stated to the world press that after his investigation of the Ruby shooting of Oswald that "less than 50 men on his force even knew of Jack Ruby." 50 out of almost 1,000 men? Probably 12 of those DPD officers were in or at the entrance of the DPD basement when Oswald was brought through there! Harrison, Croy, Dean, Levealle, Graves, Pierce, Vaughn, etc. etc.
  20. The improbability factor of Jack Ruby being able to get into the DPD basement at the time he did and to do what he did was so great it begged valid suspicion and rationally so. Yet, consider this other fact about Ruby in the basement press line just before he leaps out to whack Oswald and it takes the valid suspicion factor to an even higher level. One of absurdity. Just before Ruby leaps out...look at who he is just inches from? He's slouching his head down while hiding behind the huge body of one of his most well known Dallas Police officers who had been popping in on Ruby's clubs for years! Big William "Blackie" Harrison. AND...just to Ruby's right, again only a foot or two away was Dallas Police Officer Sergeant Kenneth H. Croy! It's one thing to hear that Ruby slinked in amongst distracted newsmen who didn't know Jack Ruby from Adam. It's another thing to realize that Ruby was just inches next to two Dallas police officers who knew him very well. We are supposed to dumbly accept that Ruby's inches away proximity to two basement security detail Dallas PD officers just before he makes his Oswald shooting leap was nothing more than pure "coincidence?" Sorry. IMO that's pure "poppycock!" Ruby didn't just breach the DPD basement press crowd...he breached the Dallas PD basement security line as well! And where the heck was the head uniform security officer "Patrick Dean" when Ruby burst out from behind officer big William "Blackie" Harrison to have an unobstructed pathway opening to Oswald's gut!? If there was "one" time during the whole basement transfer of Oswald that Dean should have been right there between Oswald and the press crush, it would have been at the closest point between them. What's the point of being down in that cramped basement when the only threat to Oswald would be from that 6 foot close and pressing in press crowd?
  21. Isn't there some form of illegality in titling your corporation as a "NEWS" organization ( on your federal corporate registration filings ) when in fact what you state and present as "news broadcasts" are knowingly false reporting, and even admittedly so by your own employees via documented internet communications both internally and externally? Does our government Federal Trade Commission have mandates that spell out the definition of "news" and the use of the word in a corporate filing title? Mandates that if violated require the shutting down of such falsely labeled corporations? CBS NEWS, ABC NEWS, NBC NEWS. News can be subjective of course. Inherently, just by a presenter's choice of words in describing the news. However, when documentation is discovered that proves the presenters and editors of a "NEWS" organization say even they don't believe the news they are reporting is true...substantially so ...what must our government licensing agencies do in addressing these trade mandate violations? Especially if these violations by such corporations involve a huge percentage of their entire broadcast content and have been going on for years? My layman common sense suggests the first they should do is revoke the licenses of media broadcast corporations that label themselves as "NEWS" reporting ones.
  22. My God! In the second photo we see the uniformed DPD white cap wearing Croy looking "directly at Ruby!" Just seconds before Ruby leaps past another DPD officer friend of his - big William "Blackie" Harrison who is right in front ( just inches in front! ) of both Croy and Ruby!
