Finck, at the Shaw trial, said that although he thought the Rydberg drawings, and the autopsy report's "slightly above the EOP" measurment, depicted the wound slightly too low, but that "4 inches" was still too high (he consistently used the phrasing "4 inches", so a lone nutter could try arguing that Finck was acknowleging the possibility of 3.9 inches - at least as far as the Shaw trial testimony is concerned).

Lifton had 40 filing cabinets of stuff he paid a storage unit to house. Where are those now? Not ony that storage unit, but he had to have had numerous other things laying around, physical or digital media. That, plus the information we already have could allow us to make a reconstruction. Just like how Turner Classic Movies made a one-hour long reconstruction of the lost silent horror film from 1927, London After Midnight, by showing surviving still images from the film accompanied with dialogue from the script. And we know Lifton's manuscript was not even completed before it's loss and Lifton's death, so either way we woud get an unfinished product which would need further reconstruction from things like Lifton's personal interviews, his forum posts, summarizing some of the already-well-discussed philosophy he talked about regarding evidence - as well as a full accounting of all of the information and discussion we have suggesting the possibilities of body alteration, photographic evidence in Dealey Plaza being alterd, Oswald being an actor. I'm trying to make The Case For An Altered Throat Wound as full as possible.

The Archive.org version of Weisberg's archive has more files than jfk.hood.edu! I don't know what else is different, but it's different.

Who actually wrote the report of a "bronze-colored plastic casket"? There's no name signed on the page in question, just a squiggle I can't make out. People seem to think it's from Dr. Kemp Clark, perhaps in the wrong order of pages. As Harold Weisberg explained in some of his personal notes, "...There is also a typed document (report 516-8), not in Clark's "own hand" about which there is some mystery. It is, in fact, not dated. It is signed. The third page is numbered 2 and the second page which appears to be the first is numbered 1. The first page is not complete and is less than a half page in length with the word "Statement" written in a neat hand in the upper right. The rest of the sheet has been out off and the reproduction shows only the part of the page with the typing. It seems to be in a different typing than the other two pages. It is this part which begins with the statement that the President arrived at exactly 12:43 p.m.. The second page has a heading, "Summary". This also is one of the cases the time of 12:43 wasn't changed to 12:38, important if the tenuous Oswald time reconstruction isn't to be destroyed. The ground zero rubble does not show such messy cuts, as would be expected from the columns being melted straight through with thermite. The "slices" seen on some photos appears to be from the thermal lances of ground zero workers. Ordinary thermine can not heat or melt through a skyscraper column in a fraction of a second, even one pre-weakened with demo work, and it can not create timed explosions to explain all of the "squibs" which are allegedly bombs or blasting caps instead of ordinary air pressure. One possible way to have quieter explosives would be to somehow pre-heat a column in a fraction of a second could be taken out with a kicker charge planted on the weld point, but I am not aware of any technology that could heat such thick steel so fast. The sound problem probably can't all be explained away with pre-9/11 demo work.

Office fires alone allegedly weakened the steel structure, but since we know there was functional intact fireproofing on these columns (unlike the Twin Towers), the government blamed low-heat thermal expansion of girders, rather than regular high-heat "weakening" of steel. The demolition side of the argument also needs to demonstrate that such a demolition device is possible, one that shows big white explosions and breaks apart skyscraper columns despite not being nearly as loud as commercial explosives.

Weisberg conspired to send Livingstone to a mental hospital. Weisberg is especially evil for trying to add that detail, to what could have been a simple phone call to the Police. And even then, I think that some forms of threats and harassment should be legal. Every political ideology is violent, and civility is a two-player game of pretend.

I don't care. It wasn't worth it. Weisberg should be remembered as a bad person. Although I should add that I also despise people who peruse legal action over slander or intellectual property violations, two more things that I think should be legal.

Two weeks ago I was assaulted outside my house and I believe I would have been killed had not my screams for the police brought them. I am badly battered now, and worried that I may have permanent damage to my kidney or back. I was repeatedly kicked as I lay on the ground. He was much bigger than me, and had been sitting outside my house for months. He looked like a cop to me and I felt like I was being surveilled. I had two acute anxiety blocks today when I couldn't handle things. Groden caused one of them. He really can do nothing to get the book out, so I have to do it all. He has paniced me in the past. Got me into trouble, in fact. But we all have faults. In 1971 my publisher told me "You will never be published again. We can play pretty rough." I never got over it, and they not only prevented me from going on with my career and developing as an author, but they ruined my life. Many things were done to me. I went quite crazy. There were many beatings. Much violence. I thought that had ended when I came here, but now it has started again. I became my own worst enemy too, and it has been a nightmare. I have a three volume work called The Nightmare, which is about all of this, though it is very rough. Since writing the above, I learned that the Canadian publisher I first spoke to about the book in 1982, will publish it as best as they can, by January. When it happens, I'll believe it.
