Hickey might have fired his AR15 -- members survey.

Recommended Posts

Closeup of Hickey spinning around to see how many he had killed. He was already in trouble for shooting a President out of season without a permit.

And Murphy jumping up onto his 3-wheeler -- u can see him from the chest up -- over the high signage (blocking his view).

I pretty much quit reading your posts after the first one.  If the captioning in this picture is not a feeble attempt to make fun of and discredit legitimate research and discussion of the assassination what is it?

The Donahue drawing of the jfklimo is awry -- so i made it a bit more real.

Anyhow, here again are the kinds of elevations & angles needed for the Z313 shot & the dent shot etc.

[edit 15aug2022][see my drawing in my posting 7aug2022, which shows that the impact point on jfk's head was much higher, & the AR15 needed to be only about 1" above the windshield, & if the braking nose-dive of Queen Mary was severe enuff (mass is over 4 ton including the 9 guys) then the AR 15 might have needed to be only level with the windshield (all of my heights & levels are based on Elm St being level ie horizontal for simplicity]

One green ellipse shows Hickey's head when half sitting half standing on the 2 leather cases on the back seat.

The higher green ellipse shows Hickey's head if standing up.

I wonder what Hickey is sitting on in the Willis photo that rises him above everyone else in the Queen Mary? This video, of what I believe is a replica, shows a raised seat in the middle of the back seat but Hickey seems to be sitting on the far left of the back seat in the Willis photo.

I brought this up earlier, but you ignored it. You acknowledge that if Hickey was sitting, his head would have been just above the level of the Queen Mary's windshield. Since you also claim the rifle was fired directly over the top of this windshield, you thereby have the rifle being fired from the level of Hickey's face, directly forward. Please create an illustration showing what this would look like, so we can compare it to the photographic and eyewitness evidence.

Hickey half stood half sat on 2 leather cases for the AR15 & magazines & ammo. See the photo on the previous page -- repeated here.

Here are my estimates for head elevations & the AR15 shots (4 or 5 or 6 shots).

As can be seen if Hickey wanted he could have simply raised the AR15 to his nose level & fired all of the necessary shots from his basic pozzy half standing half sitting on the 2 leather cases on the back seat. Photos show that Hickey's top of head was level with SSAs on running boards bottoms of chins.

If he stood fully up the AR15 would have needed to be no higher than his ribs. Here i have assumed that Hickey was 74" tall, & that the floor of Queen Mary was no higher than the running board (but it might have been a bit higher).

The muzzle of the AR15 might have been almost at the back of the front seat, if he fired whilst lurching forwards. The muzzle would have had to be only a couple of inches above the top of the windshield. Actually, if the muzzle was a few inches higher again then the shots would not even have to have been between the raised vizors of Queen Mary.

Anyhow, the anti-Hickey argument that the AR15 would have had to have shot throo the windshield is a dead duck.

[edit][Just remembered -- when Kinney braked the 4 tons of limo including 9 guys would have dropped the windshield praps 2" -- in which case the AR15 need only have been level with the windshield before the lurch][Now we are in new territory -- Hickey could almost have done the dirty deed without raising up much at all]

Here we see that the top of Hickey's head was about level with the standing SSA's chins, & Hickey's head is above the level of the Queen Mary windshield, & the top of Bennett's head is about level with Hickey's chin.

So, Hickey did not have to stand fully up, he only had to stand a bit up, for a half a second.

I need to revizit the Bronson frames.

Ok, you're still not addressing the issue I have raised. The Hickey-did-it argument holds that Hickey accidentally shot Kennedy while lifting the rifle up to defend Kennedy. Menninger had a drawing created to demonstrate how this could have happened. In this drawing he had Hickey standing on the seat. I and who knows how many others have since demonstrated that the Bronson film proves this to be false--that Hickey was not standing on the seat. Now you are claiming he could have accidentally shot Kennedy while sitting down. You acknowledge for that matter that for this to have happened, Hickey would have to have been firing straight out from his face. I can not visualize how this could happen. Sure I can imagine him lifting the rifle up sideways and turning it to fire forward with his head at gun level, but this wouldn't have been an accident, it would have been him aiming forward and pulling the trigger. So how could his firing a rifle straight forward from his position have been an accident? Please demonstrate.

Yes -- Hickey could not have done the dirty deed accidentally from his half standing pozzy -- but we can see that he merely had to be half way into the process of standing up, to then swing around, to find a target behind.

I am just now making a table of Bronson's frames versus Zapruder frames -- as a start point for reviziting the Bronson footage.

Bronson frame 20-50 is too blurry to be of any use.  When measuring the good 19 frames i noticed that up to 6 frames were missing, because Bronson's camera was 3rd rate (or perhaps sabotage).  The skipped or missing frames were found by measuring the horizontal distances moved by the lamp-pole & sign post relative to Queen Mary.  I found  5 frames where the distance moved from the previous frame (ie the gap) was double or triple the usual.  My measurements were in mm, measured on the glass face of my computer monitor.

The Zapruder frames are based on 18.3 fps versus the Bronson 12 fps.

I assumed that the missing frames should be included in the 12 fps. I might have to come back & assume that they aint included, we will see.

I assumed that Z313.000 was at B09.000.

The frames 2a 6a 8a 12a 15a & 15b are dummy frames inserted where the Bronson frames seemed to leapfrog & miss giving a proper frame.

This info might come in handy -- i doubt it.

Columbo:  There are a couple of loose ends I'd like to tie up, sir. Nothing important you understand.  Actually, so far, sir, we don’t have a thing.

Hickey:  Well, that’s heartening.

Columbo:  Officially, that is.

Hickey:  And unofficially?

Columbo:  Unofficially, we don’t have anything either.

Hickey:  So, when did you first suspect me?

Columbo: As it happens, sir… the first time i read the report.

Hickey: That can’t be possible.

Columbo:  Well sir, little things bother me.  Like when i was looking for the tests done on your AR15, & the bullets, & the dent in the chrome windshield trim.  Especially your sworn witness testimony, sir.

Hickey:  There were no tests, & i wasn’t called as a witness.

Columbo:  Yes, that's what i mean sir.  It's just one of those things that got in my head and kept rolling around in there like a marble

Columbo:  My wife was a great fan of JFK sir.

Hickey:  Well, tell her it was just rotten luck.

Columbo:  Yes sir, u were just doing your job.
