  1. So, you did sort of break it down. Thanks for that. Tom, I like many, agree with you on points 1, 3, 4. 2,5 and 6 are a bit more of a problem. Why? Well, how do you explain that the back wound sustained by JFK, and the hole in the front of the neck can be from the same bullet? First off, this would make it a bullet on an upward trajectory, second of all, the wound in the back was probed, in the presence of many, and was demonstrated to be no deeper than one inch or so. A few (dozen) frames after the 313 headshot, Connally is being pulled down towards his wife, while he is already injured. This is not clear in the Zapruder film, but is clear from Mr. and Mrs. Connally's testimony. According to the testimony, John Connally is already wounded in the back and chest from the gunshot wound sustained by the second audible gun shot. Here is Nelly Connally's testimony. She is very clear about this tragic scenario: Mr. SPECTER. And you are indicating with your own hands, two hands crossing over gripping your own neck? Mrs. CONNALLY. Yes; and it seemed to me there was--he made no utterance, no cry. I saw no blood, no anything. It was just sort of nothing, the expression on his face, and he just sort of slumped down. Then very soon there was the second shot that hit John. As the first shot was hit, and I turned to look at the same time, I recall John saying, "Oh, no, no, no." Then there was a second shot, and it hit John, and as he recoiled to the right, just crumpled like a wounded animal to the right, he said, "My God, they are going to kill us all."I never again---- Mr. DULLES. To the right was into your arms more or less? Mrs. CONNALLY. No, he turned away from me. I was pretending that I was him. I never again looked in the back seat of the car after my husband was shot. My concern was for him, and I remember that he turned to the right and then just slumped down into the seat, so that I reached over to pull him toward me. X was trying to get him down and me down. The jump seats were not very roomy, so that there were reports that he slid into the seat of the car, which he did not; that he fell over into my lap, which he did not. I just pulled him over into my arms because it would have been impossible to get us really both down with me sitting and me holding him. So that I looked out, I mean as he was in my arms, I put my head down over his head so that his head and my head were right together, and all I could see, too, were the people flashing by. I didn't look back any more. The third shot that I heard I felt, it felt like spent buckshot falling all over us, and then, of course, I too could see that it was the matter, brain tissue, or whatever, just human matter, all over the car and both of us. I thought John had been killed, and then there was some imperceptible movement, just some little something that let me know that there was still some life, and that is when I started saying to him, "It's all right. Be still."

  4. Tim, I'm sure you know the answer, but "Science" fiction&fantasy of course. Some may wish to place the WCR under comics and graphic novels, due to the large number questionable drawings in it.
  5. This is your scenario, why don't you take it all the way and demonstrate how it works, by connecting the dots.

  7. Ok, if the three agents test fired the Oswald Carcano for accuracy and noticed that it hit, on average roughly 4 inches high, and one inch to the right of the target at a distance of 15 yards, then: Scaling the above scenario to the actual shooting scenario, if the 1st shot was fired from a distance of say 60 yards, it would have hit roughly 16 inches high and 4 inches to the right from the target. At 100 yards it would have hit about 27 inches high and seven inches to the right. Hmmm.... no wonder the spectators at Dealey were ducking.
  8. So, you are saying there were 5 bullets that hit JFK, A, B, C, D and E?
  9. Ok, please explain which shot hit Connally and what wounds / damage you perceive was done by this same shot that hit Connally? I do agree that a shot struck the President at roughly Zapruder film frame 194 (as he is just going behind the roadsign from Zapruder's pov). I also agree that a further shot struck the President in the head at Z312-313. In my view the hardest part is determining the other shot(s) that occurred. What (shot) caused the small 3x5 mm wound in the President's neck slightly below the Adam's apple roughly in the midline of his neck, at the location of the tracheotomy incision? Where did it enter and exit? Thanks.
  10. Teresa Mauro: ************************************************************************ Why was this post of Peter's edited by Antti Hynonen? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Talk about disinformation. This piece by DeEugenio, who used to be a friend of mine is full of it. I will detail them later, I must teach now...but I almost threw up, and wanted people to know a qucik take on this excrement about me and Cryil Wecht - is almost all false or twisted beyond recognition. I never gave that con artist 100,000 dollars. I will read more carefully, and respond later. This is the kind of backstabbing and unresearched bull**** that goes on in the research community all too often. Sad, becuase Jim was a good researcher and not on the 'opposing' side, but once he takes a dislike or a suspicion about someone......and I'm obviously now on his 'XXX list'. Edited: language.
  11. Perhaps she had a lot to remember.... I don't know Tim. It just strikes me as mighty peculiar that a woman (key witness) states under oath that she has taken one photograph of her husband in the backyard of their home. She then admits to it probably being two. In fact half a dozen is more accurate. Additionally this was one of the first, if not the first time, that she took photographs, in her life. In my opinion the photos turned out quite well considering this was her first time taking photos. The only reservations being the slightly odd position and posture of Oswald. Additionally his head does not quite agree with the rest of the photo. I think Jack White was on the right tracks with these and made the correct conclusion that they were somehow manipulated.
  12. Tim, I'd guess she forgot what she was supposed to say regarding these. Additonally per her testimony she had not taken a photograph (or not taken many) before that day. Considering this fact, these photos turned out quite remarkably well, no missing parts of limbs or head etc. However, in the photos, Oswald does not look quite natural, so I tend to believe they have been doctored. However, I'm not an expert, so it's just a lamen's opinion.
  13. Tim, the number of the backyard photos is something like 6 or 7 photos. There are at least the two found by the police at the Paine residence, one separate one was given to DeMohrenschlidt, one was in the possession of Roscoe and Ricky White and approximately two were sent to a newspaper or magazine in New York. The two New York ones were photos where Lee did not hold any weapons. The source regarding the existence of the New York photos, is Mr. Gary Mack, disclosed in a PM to me in 2005, if I recall. Based on the total number of 6-7 separate photos, and Marina's initial testimony / recollection (less than a year after the fact) that she only took one, I'd say something fishy is going on. Wouldn't you...?
  14. To all, I have a quick and easy solution! Anyone not happy with the Forum and the way it's run, leave! No one is forcing you to stay. Thank you for your attention.
  15. Here's the page that came up when I did the same search. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carl_Jenkins
  16. Perhaps the convenient location of the Harper fragment will appear in a later edition, who knows. Or perhaps they disregarded this evidence as it was too evident a case of planted evidence and would be against their theory. How do you see it Tim? Do you think this fragment was located in a perfectly logical location, considering the other debris from the head? Do you think the fact that Harper found the large skull fragment a day or so later it is totally normal? I think it is quite illogical and unusual given the circumstances, but who knows.
  17. Tim, sure, totally understandable. TG: This is entirely possible. It could have been taken from the hospital too (god forbid). I don't know the details. How do you suppose this large fragment ended up here (south -west) of headshot location, when much (or most) of the other debris was blown back (more or less toward the TSBD) and towards the east? There is photographic evidence of something similar happening in the aftermath. The photo includes "Buddy" Walthers among others. With regards to this photo, the suspicion is that a 45 cal. slug was dug up from the furrough at the location and pocketed by Walthers to be later disposed of, so as to not be used as evidence of multiple gunmen. Something similar could have happened with the harper fragment, and I say that this is more likely than not. Speculation, yes, but on the other hand, no better explanation has been offerred by those in the photo nor anyone else. TG: (Lucky enough to find evidence first) Good thinking. An entirely possible scenario. No, of course not all cops were part of the plot. Seymour Weitzman, Roger Craig and Officer Hargis come to mind immediately as not having been on the inside. In my mind a lot of things went quite well for them in Dealey that day. TG: Obviously "they" needed to strenghen their case, therefore these (somewhat) knowledgeable investigators quickly knew what they needed to establish and secure in terms of physical evidence, means and opportunity to nail their suspect. They only destroyed evidence they couldn't use to strengthen their case. Afterall the entire idea was to create an illusion of a LN shooter from the TSBD, in other words, from the outset they needed to ensure that only one shooter would (could) be identified, these were the instructions that were given from DC from Hoover. The FBI soon "took over the investigation" anyhow to ensure that the predetermined outcome of the investigation was to follow. The pathologists at Bethesda did not notice many things, made several assumptions and miscalculations. For instance they did not know that the President had sustained a gunshot wound to the front of his neck, below the Adams apple (where the tracheotomy incision was performed). When they found this out they went back and changed their autopsy report (yet again? I believe) The poor work done by them on the President's body and the related report is why most people knowledgeable in the areas of pathology and forensic pathology have been so critical of their achievements that week-end. In my mind their biggest failures then were the poor job done with regards to the bullet wounds, and the analysis thereof. Had this autopsy been performed along the highest established standards of 1963 in the USA, we'd have a lot less to figure out today.
  18. Lee Forman wrote: I concur with this statement to the fullest extent. Considering the number of people (eyes) and the search efforts taken in DP on the day of the assassination, that LARGE fragment would have been one of the first items found that day (11/22/63). It was planted there, and purposely placed in a location which would support the LN firing scenario from the SW 6th floor window of the TSBD. Unfortunately the location where the fragment was found, is in total disagreement with the testimony of Police motorcycle officer Hargis' testimony, who of course was sprayed with Kennedy's brain matter and skull pieces with such a force that he first thought he was a gunshot victim himself. Naturally those on the inside were swift to remove any evidence that might support anything but a LN from the SW 6th floor TSBD.
  19. James, That sort of clears it up for Reynol Gonzales y Gonzales. By the way were you formerly the director of personnel at the CIA , or how in the **** do you come up with this stuff? Unbelievable.... just incredible.
  20. I could say:" a thirsty one". Just kidding. I recall that the chicken sandwich (and the paper bag, and the chicken bones) and therefore the Dr. Pepper bottle from nearby (wasn't it found on the same floor?) belonged to one of the other fellows working there (B.R. Williams). I wonder if it was Mr. Williams who was observed having been on the 6th floor at the same time with the shooter, before the shooting....? Addition: Oh, prints taken off the bottle, probably, but since they didn't have Lee's prints on them that wasn't so important so the Ommission probably left it out, or otherwise didn't notice it. Photo of where he ate his lunch, with the empty bottle in the photo. http://jfkassassination.net/russ/jfkinfo3/exhibits/ce484.jpg The testimony: http://jfkassassination.net/russ/testimony/williams.htm Here we go: Bonnie Ray Williams's WC testimony. He says he enjoyed the Dr. Pepper and the chicken sandwich. Mr. WILLIAMS. I carried my lunch from home to work in a brown paper bag. I believe it was size No. 6 or maybe 8--paper bag. Mr. BALL. Number 6 or 8 size paper bag? Mr. WILLIAMS. Yes, sir. Mr. BALL. Small bag? Mr. WILLIAMS. Yes, sir. Mr. BALL. Like you get in the grocery store? Mr. WILLIAMS. Yes, sir. Mr. BALL. What did you have in your lunch? Mr. WILLIAMS. I had a chicken sandwich. Mr. BALL. Describe the sandwich. What did it have in it besides chicken? Mr. WILLIAMS. Well, it just had chicken in it. Chicken on the bone. Mr. BALL. Chicken on the bone? Mr. WILLIAMS. Yes. Mr. BALL. The chicken was not boned? Mr. WILLIAMS. It was just chicken on the bone. Just plain old chicken. Mr. BALL. Did it have bread around it? Mr. WILLIAMS. Yes, it did. Mr. BALL. Before you went upstairs, did you get anything to drink? Mr. WILLIAMS. I got a small bottle of Dr. Pepper from the Dr. Pepper machine. Mr. BALL. Did you have anything else in your lunch besides chicken? Mr. WILLIAMS. I had a bag of Fritos, I believe it was. Mr. BALL. Anything else? Mr. WILLIAMS. No; I believe that was all.
  21. Sure looks like a Dr. Pepper bottle. Especially the one photographed from inside the TSBD. See this youtube clip with a Dr. Pepper ad from the 60's. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixRf3JC5haY The last letter on the bottle held by the cop sure looks like an "R". Wouldn't the traditional coke bottle (and I mean Coca-Cola) have the traditional shape: http://www.2collectcola.com/page/ACC/PROD/...2BA60-KingEmpty
  22. TP: ------------------------- Fo sho.. And the weapon he used in the MC in 1956 was... and the weapon he used in 1963 was... and the practice he had in 1956 was... and the practice he had in 1963 was... and the target in 1963 was, a live target, moving in a downward slope, oh and in addition it was the Pres. of the United States, quite so - no problem he thought, I'll just pop a few bullets into him and be as cool as a cucumber about it. Sure.... But seriously, firing three times from the snipers lair and hitting people in the moving limousine down below is possible, I agree, but for Lee Oswald to have done it in 7 seconds, with an MC carbine, particularly the one he used (as it has been described), sorry no. I, for one, don't buy the fairy tale. What about all the other experienced snipers and riflemen that couldn't duplicate the deed (firing at a practice target not a human being)? See what world renowned sniper Gunnery Sgt. Carlos Hathcock had to say about his issue, to mention one. Not too long ago someone posted the results of some 12 riflemen trying to duplicate the shots, they were not successful in the allotted time. An additional second or two would not have mattered. Perhaps you ought to consider some other evidence and testimony before you draw your conclusions. Just a friendly thought.
  23. How do you all see the testimonies pertaining to smelling gunpowder in and around the motorcade, and how that would fit in with the discussion of the smoke in some of the photos discussed here? I'm referring to Ralph Yarborough's testimony and as I recall there was at least one other person who mentioned this gp, could be wrong though. What I'm getting at is, if someone smelled gunpowder at the street level, then the shots were also fired not far from that location. Take into account the direction of the wind.... you get the picture. The TSBD 6th floor doesn't quite fit in.
