Chuck Schwartz
Right now, my favorite line(s) is from Dylan's " Murder Most Foul" - "The day that they killed him, someone said to me, "Son The age of the Antichrist has just only begun" Air Force One coming in through the gate Johnson sworn in at 2:38 Let me know when you decide to throw in the towel It is what it is, and it's murder most foul"

Denny Zartman
My favorite line is from Mark Lane, talking about Ruby's mother's dental records being brought into his trial. Lane said that the records wouldn't have been relevant even if Ruby had bitten Oswald to death.
Ron Bulman
Not necessarily a favorite. But, as I'm reading it, from Brothers John Foster and Allen Dulles by Stephen Kinzer. "A reporter once asked him (Allen) what the CIA was. "The State Department for unfriendly countries," he replied."

Joe Bauer
Was there ever an autopsy report on Mary Meyer? Available to the public? After all these years what are the "officially documented" details of her wound or wounds? Was she shot in the body? What part? Was she shot in the head? Has the autopsy been kept under wraps? I would think James Angleton and Ben Bradlee racing to Mary Meyer's residence ( garage? art studio? ) within hours of her death, and with Angleton beating Bradlee there to retrieve Mary M's red diary is much more telling that M+M was someone JFK's adversaries considered with great concern versus not. Favorite line about the JFKA? So many. Still have to go with Oswald's own utterance when asked if he shot JFK. No ................. "I am just a patsy." My own personal all-time favorite line was related to me 10th hand 30+ years ago by a long-time family friend of it's original high security clearance author. "If the average person knew 'just half' of what's really going on in the world...they'd probably go into their back yard and shoot themself." Robert Morrow
On 5/18/2024 at 6:14 PM, Cliff Varnell said: When DiEugenio wrote that article he regarded the location of JFK's back wound as "unknowable." All of Fetzer's odd notions put together don't equal the absurdity of DiEugenio's former position on the back wound, or his current position regarding the clothing evidence. "The above quote shows an almost astonishing lack of perspective and self-reflection. As we have seen in this relatively concise review of his public career, Jim Fetzer has had more gloves laid on him than a wealthy woman at a Gucci store in Beverly Hills." That's rich coming from DiEugenio, a critic who cannot abide criticism. As you often say, Cliff, if you want to know the exact location of JFK's back wounds, just look at the bullet holes in his shirt and coat. That seems pretty definitive to me. Robert Morrow
Jackie Kennedy, on the flight back from Dallas, referring to the murder of her husband JFK: “Lyndon Johnson did it.” Eddie Fisher, the famous singer who used to date Pamela Turnure: QUOTE Pam was with the President and Jackie on that fatal trip to Dallas. He was assassinated on a Friday, November 22, 1963. Jack Kennedy and Pam had arranged an appointment for me with Vice-President Lyndon Johnson for the following Monday to discuss an effort I was leading to change our national anthem from “The Star-Spangled Banner,” which is very difficult to sing, to “America the Beautiful.” Obviously that meeting never took place. On the flight back to Washington after the murder, Pam told me, Jackie Kennedy told her, “Lyndon Johnson did it.” Words I’ll never forget.” UNQUOTE [Eddie Fisher, Been There, Done That: An Autobiography, pp. 257-258] Eddie Fisher’s autobiography on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Been-There-Done-That-Autobiography/dp/031220972X/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=eddie+fisher+autobiography&qid=1627459291&sr=8-1 Eddie Fisher and Pamela Turnure – March 21, 1975, watching racing at Gulfstream Park, Halendale, Florida https://www.pinterest.com/pin/14636767517516864/ Pamela Turnure was on Air Force One on 11-22-63 on the trip back to Dallas. The JFKA may be the only cold case murder in history where the physical evidence is relentlessly ignored (e.g. Speer, Pat) or openly despised (e.g. DiEugenio, James). Joe, According to Hit List, (p. 143) Mary Pinchot Meyer was shot in the back of the head at point-blank range by a 0.38, followed by a point-blank, frontal shot in the heart. It had the hallmarks of a professional hit. Edited May 29 by W. Niederhut
