I am not a lawyer, but this is what they nailed Mike Vick on with his dogfights, that he crossed state lines in setting them up.

They took down the ad pretty fast from what I read.  Consciousness of guilt.

If Trump's DoJ wanted, they could investigate this through FBI counterterrorism units, as they have in a number of domestic cases.  We'll see if the Kneosha PD skates on abetting, or not.

Is the question not why did the officers shoot Blake in the first place, which started this instance of BLM?  They once claimed to be a "newspaper of record".  Horse schit.

Kyle Rittenhouse was, apparently, sitting in the front row at a Trump MAGA rally in Des Moines, Iowa on January 30th this year.  He's a hardcore MAGAt.

And the Kenosha PD knew in advance that right wing vigilantes like Rittenhouse were coming to Kenosha to take on the protesters.

Trump is probably thrilled.  The conflict "lifts" him.

The lifelong criminal, Donald Trump, gets to sell himself as the "Law and Order" candidate who will save America from minorities and socialist thugs.

In his RNC speech, Trump promised to bring law and order back to US cities, warning that violence on the streets of Minneapolis, Portland and Chicago could spill over to "your town" under the Democrats.  He studiously avoided mention of Kenosha, which was going on that night.

Here's an in your face example of white (and right wing) privilege . Does anyone here believe, even though Wisconsin is an "open carry" State, that if an African American protester (or a so called "Antifa" member) had been spotted brandishing an assault rifle, that there would have been absolutely no response from law enforcement?

Disgusting.

- Tucker Carlson -

“How shocked are we that 17-year-olds with rifles decided they had to maintain order when no one else would?"

Maybe the Kenosha Guards and the Proud Boys could set up recruiting booths at junior proms around the country.

On May 2, 1967, two dozen armed African American men entered the state Capitol in Sacramento, California and ten of them made their way to the back of the Assembly Chamber before they were disarmed and marched away by state police.

The incident led to the expedited passage of the Mumford Act. The law banned the carrying of loaded weapons in public. The NRA backed the bill, and the bill passed, with strong bipartisan support.

The Mumford Act was signed into law by Governor Ronald Reagan on July 28, 1967.

I believe that it was the only time that the NRA opposed an open carry law.

Last night, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Kyle Rittenhouse tried to surrender to police after murdering two protestors, but was unable to attract the attention of law enforcement, even though he was walking down the street with an assault rifle slung over his shoulder.

Unsurprisingly, one of Fox News Corporation's most popular commentators, Tucker Carlson, defended Rittenhouse's actions.

As I look ahead I am filled with foreboding, like Virgil's Sibyl I seem to see "...wars, terrible wars, and the Tiber foaming with much blood..."

You too can become a lawmaker in the State of Washington.

Questions are being asked, you know?

https://www.inlander.com/spokane/blind-links/Content?oid=20165904

"In December, Washington state Rep. Jenny Graham, a Republican in the 6th District, posted a Facebook link to an article at a site called "Vaccine Impact" about the weaknesses of the Pertussis vaccine.

But the article not only perpetuates a long-since-disproven link between vaccines and autism, the "Vaccine Impact" site has since become an unabashed QAnon conspiracy site, perpetuating bizarre claims about globalist pedophiles harvesting "children's blood just before they are murdered as a sacrifice to Satan."

In another December Facebook post, Graham wrote that the "appetite to have sex with children as young as infants is a growing business" and linked to a blog post claiming that makes the dubious claim that "a significant portion" of 460,000 missing children a year "end up in sex dungeons to be exploited and repeatedly raped by ... demons."

Literal demons, the blogger explains in another post — or more specifically Reptilian-human hybrids put into positions of power by evil extra-dimensional beings.

Graham says she was unaware of the weirder views on those sites, but didn't express regret about sharing those links.

"The trafficking is real, and sadly enough, so is the occult situation," she says, explaining that she knew someone in a cult. She says it's her job to ask tough questions and engage on important issues."

I wonder when we are going to return to burning people at the stake.

This vigilante Kenosha shooter looks like an innocent, peach fuzzed, barely passed puberty high school freshman or sophomore.

Of course, even at 17, his emotional and socially cognitive mind development is surely not yet adequately out of the adolescent stage.

His sense of what is wisely right and wrong is obviously stunted as with most minors. And legally he is a "minor."

His life is now ruined forever.

When kids his age have access to automatic weapons outside of military duty (where hopefully 18 year old recruits are trained to use them, respect them and are given some instruction as to when and where to bring them into engagement ) and are allowed to brandish them in the most highly charged social protest situations...we have crossed a very dangerous line of outrageous policing irresponsibility.

Irresponsibility regards policing law abiding protests and respecting one of our most important guaranteed rights of our democracy and at the same time allowing automatic rifle toting "kids" in the middle of super charged public protest events and even patting them on the back, thanking them and offering them bottled water?

Well, like everything else in these Trump times ... it's just NUTS!

"FB has blood on their hands".  Pretty much.  I understand anger over the shooting of Jacob Blake.  Looting, burning buildings and vehicles should be stopped.  By the police and or national guard, as non violently as possible.

But being a vehicle to advocate armed teenagers or anyone else to come to the call to arms of militia advocating violence is more than freedom of speech to me.

The militia's, boogaloo boys, seem to be the ones  inciting further violence imho.

Rittenhouse also faces a misdemeanor charge of possessing a dangerous weapon under the age of 18.  How so, why?

He shot the guy at the gas station in the head, ran, chased, fell down, shot two more people.  Other gunshots going off.  No response from the police who he conversed with shortly before (thank ya'll for coming out, helping us, need a bottle of water?).  He get's up, walks past them, goes home.  The Kenosha police are just a responsible for his two killings and wounding of another as they are for Blake being shot 7 times.  Is that cop in jail yet?
