Altgens 7 was either cropped or covered up when copies were made... you can see the grey-ish color where the image begins at the top left... I added contrast and darkness Seems to me, there were people at that end... The Cabluck image I used to fill it was taken well afterward.... Here's the Dillard image with people on the overpass... The policemen there were WHITE and FOSTER... With FOSTER the one seeing the manhole cover bullet hit and be taken away... and here's BELL also with an overpass view... Ok Keyvan, you will do yourself some good by reading the articles I posted... I get very in-depth about all this... Here is a small piece of why I feel this way ---To be clear, you are stating that there was a Lee Harvey Oswald in Mexico, but it was not LHO who is accused of shooting at JFK and Connally. I am stating that there was a story about an Oswald starting with a visit to the Cuban Consulate on Sept 27... That LHO was with Cubans who traveled from New Orleans thru Austin to Dallas, visit Odio and goes to the Sport Drome that weekend.... he winds up at the Dallas YMCA for the night of Oct 3rd... when he calls Marina asking that she ask Ruth to come get him... they get him on the 4th yet bring him back to Dallas a day later to start looking for work.. From my vantage point there is too much evidence which places Oswald at Odio and in Dallas during that time. The real question remains... was this the work of an imposter - a real physical person playing the part - or was it all fabricated? I am starting to get the sense that it was indeed entirely fabricated event. But let's explore the reasoning a second.... Ruth picks Marina up to drive her to Irving on the 23rd... Oswald supposedly has told her he's going to Mexico, taking a bus, staying in a hotel.. pretty big deal I'd think... not only does Marina neglect to mention the Mexico trip when asked the first couple times by the FBI and SS... she doesn't say a single word about the trip to anyone.... not even her multi-day car companion... it is not until months later that she flips her answer.... JENNER here is asking Ruth what Oswald said he was going to do after they left New Orleans (Sept 23): ..... I hear you buddy... yet from the reread it is obvious that this analysis assumes the limo and JFK passes thru POSITION A and is then at 133 with the Queen Mary directly behind it. Not sure why Truly is the only one to mention it yet we see no one really asking about it either. But let's make the assumption that JFK passes thru POS A - how do we explain these frames? Can you answer me a question about the TOWNER image you posted and I include here but from a fraction later... Where is TOWNER while filming this? (edit - and we see there is no one in the line of sight....)

After reading Sherry's work many, many years ago... I produced this graphic to give some sense of where JFK was facing at the time of the Z313 shots... The yellow line is the center of JFK's head pointing in the direction he's facing... Mr. ALTGENS - Yes. What made me almost certain that the shot came from behind was because at the time I was looking at the President, just as he was struck, it caused him to move a bit forward. He seemed as if at the time----well, he was in a position-- sort of immobile. He wasn't upright. He was at an angle but when it hit him, it seemed to have just lodged--it seemed as if he were hung up on a seat button or something like that. It knocked him just enough forward that he came right on down. There was flesh particles that flew out of the side of his head in my direction from where I was standing, so much so that it indicated to me that the shot came out of the left side of his head. From where Altgens was (you can see his name just below the yellow line as it reaches the curb) with a car moving left to right and physical proof that at least one or more shots occurs but 15 feet from his location... the shooter would seem to need to be much further WEST than the east corner of the TSBD pr even the WEST corner of that building... And any time the South Knoll comes up, we should give a shout out to Tosh and this diagram... believe or not, there is good indication that at least 1 shot comes from the south knoll area... FWIW DJ

On May 12 SA Fain sent a report of his interview with "Marguerite" to FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC and wrote, "Since Oswald had his birth certificate in his possession, another individual may have assumed his identity."27 After receiving the Airtel from New York,]. Edgar Hoover sent a memo to the Office of Security at the State Department. Hoover's June 3, 1960 memo states, "Your attention is directed to the report of SA John W. Fa in, Dallas, Texas, dated May 12, 1960, entitled 'Funds transmitted to Residents of Russia .... .In that report you will note that subject's mother, Mrs. Marguerite C. Oswald, Fort Worth, TX (Fain's report listed her address as 1111 Herring Ave. Waco, IX), advised that she recently received a letter ad- dressed to her son from the Albert Schweitzer College in Switzerland indicating that Lee Oswald was expected at the college on April 20, 1960. She stated subject had taken his birth certificate with him when he left home ..... To bring it full circle... I wanted to understand the FBI's reach in Mexico City... Turns out that ALL the evidence related to Oswald's trip came thru one person... an FBI asset at the Gobernacion who had been one for quite some time... his name appears virtually nowhere... I've mentioned him a few times but have decided to keep it under wraps until I edit my Mexico work... He had the FM-11, FM-8, Hotel registry, bus tickets and manifests and luggage lists - all picked up by "Presidential staff" within hours of the assassination. As I continued I found the 20+ Mexican informants which SA PECK questioned... so I followed that path to how those Informants would have been created.. it goes back to the SIS and how the Intel networks which would ultimately be turned into FBI local support... IOW Hoover's private intel army.. I don't think people can appreciate the depth of Hoover's reach throughout the entire world... granted he was no Dulles brother or Harriman... but he was not without his means...

I'll have to disagree respectfully Jim... The Oswald Project could have simply been his expanded involvement with infiltration of left/right groups... His role was to appear in support of CASTRO, represent the FPCC and ID those in New Orleans who supported them... to connect that activity to the JFK conspiracy, is to me a bit of a stretch. I don't see it - the conspiracy to kill JFK - "STARTING" in April of 1963... but in a room where those most affected by his policies and politics would decide they could 1) pull it off as they had elsewhere in the world; 2) insure a guilty party is identified and killed; 3) cover it up as so many similar projects had been... Very interesting Gene... I too have delved into the history of "Intelligence" which in turn leads to things like "National Sovereignty" and even farther back to the concept of personal ownership rights and the Tragedy of the Commons. One thing that seems an oversight is mention of the first intelligence agency outside the military to perform intel gathering and network generation outside the US.. From the initial chapter of the Mexico City articles: One should note that prior to the 1947 creation of the CIA, the FBI’s Special Intelligence Service (SIS) was specifically responsible for Intelligence gathering in the Western Hemisphere from 1941 thru 1946 along with existing Military Intelligence entities with acronyms, like MID (Military Intelligence Division) & ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence). The SIS story begins on 26 June 1939, with Roosevelt signed a Presidential Directive stating: It is my desire that the investigation of all espionage, counter-espionage, and sabotage matters be controlled and handled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the Department of Justice, the Military Intelligence Division [MID] of the War Department, and the Office of Naval Intelligence[ONI] of the Navy Department. The Directors of these three agencies are to function as a committee to coordinate their activities. (Presidential Directive of 26 June 1939; Section 2; File 64-4104; Administrative Records of the SIS; RG 65; NACP.) FDR clarified his position on June 24, 1940: He ordered that "The FBI should be responsible for foreign-intelligence work in the Western Hemisphere, on the request of the State Department," while "The existing Military Intelligence and Naval Intelligence branches should cover the rest of the world, as and when necessity arises." Berle became a professor of corporate law at Columbia Law School in 1927 and remained on the faculty until retiring in 1964. He is best known among economists and corporate law specialists for his groundbreaking work in corporate governance. His book, The Modern Corporation and Private Property, which he co-authored with economist Gardiner Means, remains the most quoted text in corporate governance studies. Berle and Means showed that the means of production in the U.S. economy were highly concentrated in the hands of the largest 200 corporations, and that within the large corporations managers controlled firms despite shareholders' formal ownership. (DJ: the book is quite amazing in that in 1930 he shows how "CORPORATIONS" by their very existence allow for the very few to control the many... he says the 200 companies that owned mostly everything at that time would only shrink until a small handful of the hugest conglomerate corporations are left, owning and dictating globally...)

Fair enough Gene... sorry if I sounded authoritarian or some such thing... I have my own thought on the OSS/CIA creation which involves acknowledging it was the Military's intelligence arms which really wanted the anonymity... Creating the OSS/CIA puts all the focus on the watchdog and none on the master... ONI/MID are the oldest intelligence units in the US... I simply have a difficult time accepting that career military men would allow that arm of their arsenal to be superseded by another "agency" Case in point is the JFK case and Oswald... that ONI and MID, etc were not the focus of the investigation, their intel and documentation is probably the most thoroughly combed thru batch of info we can find... if we can even find it. RUFUS TAYLOR - it seems, is arranging to create a sanitized version of Oswald's file as well as replace the existing "Case History File" with a different one.... I believe in the grand scheme - that ONI and I&NS were much more involved than we see in the available evidence... DJ There is an ONI notebook at Baylor from John... There is a 100 page "Enclosure A" and an 81 page "Enclosure C" I believe I found in Weisberg's Hood archives....

Other than the 6 chapters I compiled showing Mexico to be a charade.. The latest LITAMIL/9 releases support the idea... Alvarado was a CIA asset who told a story.... I've posted the unredacted evidence.... The man Ruby killed was not in Mexico...#1 in the list is a non starter... #2... They created the messages, not intercepted... And then try were attached to mystery man as Oswald thanks to Goodpasture who worked for Phillips.... #3 ... A lie is born... Whether this has to do JFK.. Whereas Alvarado (and another witness not spoken of much) had only to do with JFK... Alvarado does not come in until the week after the assassination. #4 is simply misstated... Oswald was in Dallas visiting Odio and making himself known at a shooting range.. Oswald had nothing to do with Dallas.. Just like Vallee had nothing to do with Chicago. The rest is assumption on a tangent which is not proven.... If JFK is shot in Tampa or Chicago do we all still think Oswald is the Patsy? What does that do to Mexico and New Orleans "Oswald" activity....? As for Oswald noticing other assassins, when did you get him onto the 6th floor with a rifle? Lol As I see it, the conspiracy is born at the same time as the acceptance of the concept... Sadly, with LBJ and his cronies... As well as Bundy, Harriman, Cabot Lodge, Dulles, McCloy, LeMay, Taylor...... Etc... He may have been marked soon after it was decided he won the election.... For 13 years these boys were making plans... Nixon would lead them to the promised land having led the Castro effort all along.. As well many covert actions he would lead while Ike slept. The military and CIA was poised, while JFK finally tells them to heal. JFK winning messed all that up...
