James DiEugenio Posted October 22, 2021 Posted October 22, 2021 I actually got my name on this one, toward the end for an instant. David Talbot is the star this time. Both these trailers have been good.
Benjamin Cole Posted October 22, 2021 Posted October 22, 2021 I saw it! "James DiEugenio." Congrats and more importantly congrats on helping to create this documentary, which we are all dying to see.

I wonder who Biden will turn to for advice on this. https://www.zerohedge.com/political/bidens-first-family-corrupt-or-merely-crazy Unfortunately, there is a ocean of compromising material out there....Biden may get an offer he cannot refuse.
Lawrence Schnapf Posted October 22, 2021 Posted October 22, 2021 and check out this press advisory for the upcoming news conference i organized with UVA: -- https://centerforpolitics.org/crystalball/articles/wednesday-the-hidden-jfk-files-what-secrets-remain-and-did-biden-comply-with-the-law/
Lawrence Schnapf Posted October 22, 2021 Posted October 22, 2021 we've had lots of communications with Congress over the past six months so pleased that Rep Eshoo sent this to the President. we're still working on leadership to make a public stand... though they are a bit distracted right now with the reconciliation bill.
Michaleen Kilroy Posted October 22, 2021 Posted October 22, 2021 The trailer gave me goosebumps. Looks like a helluva doc! We’re blessed to have you and Oliver still on the case, Jim.
James DiEugenio Posted October 22, 2021 Author Posted October 22, 2021 Thanks Mike. Between this film and the JFK Act and what Larry has done on that, the case still lives.
James DiEugenio Posted October 24, 2021 Author Posted October 24, 2021 Although I don't like it, I think this actually helps the film. Plus Oliver is trying to place an Op Ed in a major media market, so this should help that also. Because the film is largely made up of previous ARRB disclosures. Which the MSM ignored.
Pete Mellor Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 I'm interested in the image at 0.14 of the Newman family on the ground. Trask shows this image only in b/w in 'Pictures of the Pain' taken by photographer Atkins. Other photographs show two reporters near the Newman family, Atkins & another guy who may have used a colour movie camera. I would like a copy of this colour image, but not sure how to lift the frame from the trailer. Any help on this?

James DiEugenio Posted October 25, 2021 Author Posted October 25, 2021 (edited) Thanks Bob, BTW, to my knowledge, there has never been a documentary with this many award winners. Sutherland won an honorary Oscar and an Emmy. Whoopi won an Oscar. Bob Richardson, the cinematographer, has 3 Oscars. And Oliver has three Oscars. Its a very good trailer, but I would have played that up even more. Edited October 25, 2021 by James DiEugenio
